稀土磁化全价肥的研究

本文介绍了该肥的特点，增产效果，分析了增产机理及其应用评价。该肥的特点是以“肥”为主“磁”“肥”结合的新型高效优质肥料。它优于目前通用的各种肥料。与化肥相比粮食作物增产５－２０％，蔬菜增产１０－３０％，并能抗病促早熟。

辽宁省交通规划设计院始建于1954年，是隶属于辽宁省交通厅的国有科研设计企业，拥有工程勘察、公路工程全行业勘察设计、工程咨询等11项甲级资质证书，主营业务为公路、桥梁、隧道、交通工程、市政道路工程、轨道交通工程和建筑工程方案设计。“九五”末期，设计院进入全国勘察设计行业“百强单位”，企业设计、咨询技术居全国先进水平，2010年通过了三标管理体系认证，并被评为“国家火炬计划”重点高新技术企业。     

"泛珠三角"经济圈发展梯度分析及发展对策

“泛珠三角”经济圈特点之一就是区域间差异显著，但它也是“泛珠三角”成员间经济互动、优势互补的前提和基础．文章建立了“泛珠三角”经济圈经济发展水平评价的指标体系，利用层次分析法确定了15个指标的权重，根据2003年统计数据对“泛珠三角”经济圈的9个省区进行了综合评价，在此基础上划分了4个经济发展梯度区。并对“泛珠三角”经济圈协调发展提出了一些对策．     

基坑降水“疏不干”问题及其工程对策

“疏不干”是基坑垂直井降水工程中常遇到的一种地质工程现象，基坑降水“疏不干”的根本原因是垂直井点降水无法切断待疏干区内外地下水的水力联系，区外水不断补给区内，并达到补给－疏排动平衡。“疏不干”问题的存在，使基坑工程仍受地下水的影响，可使土钉支护的有效性降低基至失效，易诱发工程事故。增加抽水或渗水井、水平降水、堵（挡）水、含水层底板水平滤水管导流、垂直注浆钢管与土钉联合支护等等是可选的有效治理技术，而深层搅拌排桩或地下连续墙、旋喷等挡水技术等可使基坑工程避开“疏不干”问题。     

贵州省粮食增产工程项目——遵义县2004年玉米增产工程项目总结

为落实国家发展粮食生产的政策措施，充分调动广大农民种粮的积极性。2004年我县在中央和贵州省两个1号文件及遵义市政府2号文件的精神指导下，以实现农业增产农民增收为目标，针对提高我县玉米生产科技水平，改善品质，提高总产，确保农民增产增收。2004年我县顺利实施了贵州省粮食增产工程玉米增产项目，现将项目实施情况总结如下：     

阜蒙县百万亩耕地实施测土配方施肥

阜蒙县为提高农业综合生产能力．促进粮食稳产增产，使农民持续增收．县农业土肥部门紧密配合“无公害食品行动计划”和“科技入户工程”的实施，2005年秋以来，阜蒙县在全县10个乡镇．开展了“测土配方施肥秋季行动”，项目区覆盖面积达70万亩，通过对土壤样品检测分析．计算出各种主栽作物对各种肥料元素的所需数量，制定了“配方施肥卡”并发到农民手中，指导农民按“卡”施肥．     

工程理论课程思政元素的挖掘与实践——以“先进制造技术”课程为例

<正>本文以“先进制造技术”课程为例介绍了在工程类理论课程中，如何结合课程内容和专业特点，以“双线并举、三个对标、四个融合”的方法进行工程类专业理论课程思政元素的挖掘和实践。在此基础上，本文还对课程思政建设的实施效果进行了评价，希望能对解决工程理论课程思政建设中的思政元素选取难、融入难、评价不直观等问题提供有益借鉴。     

2008年安徽省工程勘察设计协会年会

2008年12月25日，安徽省工程勘察设计协会在合肥市安徽圣大国际饭店召开了2008年年会，省工程勘察设计协会常务副理事长兼秘书长陈东明同志主持会议。安徽省建设厅吴哓勤副厅长非常关心年会的召开，因公在外，作了“认真学习贯彻科学发展观，全面提高我省勘察设计质量水平”的书面讲话，对2008年协会工作作了充分肯定，并对2009年协会工作提出了明确要求。陈东明秘书长在会上作了“紧紧围绕全省勘察设计工作，办实事，求实效”的工作报告。他回顾了2008年协会做了许多卓有成效的工作，并部署了2009年的新的战斗任务。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
