对内蒙古将军沟战国时期墓地古代人群(jjg古代人群)DNA进行研究,使用4对套叠引物对线粒体基因组的高可变一区(364bp)进行了扩增和测序,从11例古代样本中得到了9个DNA序列.与现代人群对比构建系统发育树和多维尺度分析.结果表明将军沟古代人群与现代东亚人群在母系遗传关系上较近,推测将军沟古代人群可能是赵国为巩固边疆统治,防御匈奴而从中原迁来的移民.  相似文献

对10个古代个体的线粒体DNA高可变Ⅰ区进行了扩增和测序. 基于和林格尔古代人群与现今相关欧亚人群的mtDNA序列, 进行了系统发育分析和多维尺度分析. 研究结果表明, 和林格尔古代人群在母系遗传上与现在北亚人群的亲缘关系最近. 结合考古学、 人类学以及分子生物学的研究, 推断这个古代人群是从蒙古高原以及外贝加尔地区南下迁移至今天的内蒙古和林格尔地区的游牧人.  相似文献

本文是作者对中国古代哲学进行探索的系列论文之首篇。其对长期以来,中国古代哲学中贯穿着唯物主义与唯心主义的斗争这一观点提出异议。作者以恩格斯关于哲学基本问题的论述为指导思想,一方面从中国思维方式的特殊性入手,进行总体上的研究;另一个方面对孟子、朱熹、王阳明的典型唯心主义命题进行了个案分析。结论是:中国古代哲学的基本问题不是思维与存在的关系问题,中国古代哲学没有唯心主义体系。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
