利用单辊快淬法制备宽0.35 mm,厚0.033 mm的Fe76Si7.6B9.5P5C1.9非晶薄带,具有明显的纵向巨磁阻抗效应,最大磁阻比达到754%.氮气保护条件下进行热处理的样品,最大阻抗比和灵敏度都有明显提高,440℃退火1 h的样品最大阻抗比达到1 196%,灵敏度为715%/(A·m-1).  相似文献

利用540℃和17.8MPa退火后的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶合金薄带具有宽平台和陡峻下降沿的巨磁阻抗特性研制了一款新型磁敏开关,并介绍了磁敏材料的GMI特性及磁敏开关的电路设计原理.实验结果表明:该磁敏开关的重复性好(2.06%),迟滞误差小(2.71%).  相似文献

研究了频率、磁场强度、线圈匝数、薄带长度以及退火对Fe78Si9B13非晶薄带的磁阻抗效应的影响.结果表明:非晶薄带的阻抗随着频率的升高和线圈匝数的增多而增大,随着磁场强度和薄带长度的增大而减小;非晶薄带的阻抗变化幅度随着频率的升高、磁场强度的增大和线圈匝数的增多而增大,随着薄带长度的增大而减小;退火可以提高非晶薄带的磁阻抗效应.  相似文献

采用铁芯测试仪测得合金样品的初始磁导率随温度的变化曲线,定出居里温度;用磁化强度小角旋转法测量非晶及晶化合金条带的饱和磁致伸缩系数λs;研究了不同温度退火后Co66Fe4Mo2Si16B12合金的磁性.结果表明:Co66Fe4Mo2Si16B12合金经退火后非晶相和剩余非晶相的居里温度随退火温度升高而提高;Co66Fe4Mo2Si16B12合金经高于500℃退火后磁性能变坏,是饱和磁致伸缩系数变大所致.  相似文献

用低频脉冲磁场处理Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金试样,用透射电镜分析处理后样品的结构,用自制磁致伸缩测量仪测定处理前后样品的磁致伸缩系数。结果表明,低频脉冲磁场处理后的非晶合金Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9发生了纳米晶化,处理后非晶合金的磁致伸缩系数比原始样品减小很多,使非晶合金的软磁性能得到改善。  相似文献

报道了测量Fe73.0Cu1.0Nb1.5V2.0Si13.5B9.0非晶带的应力退火方法,通过测量经0MPa~245MPa不同退火应力作用下的Fe73.0Cu1.0Nb1.5V2.0Si13.5B9.0微米微晶薄带的磁特性,发现通过退火应力的控制,可以控制基磁晶各向异性场HK;利用材料的磁阻抗曲线,可以测定其各向异性场。  相似文献

采用单辊熔体快淬法在大气环境中制备Fe73.5Si13.5B9Cu1Nb3-xMox(x=1,2,3)非晶合金薄带,利用差示扫描量热分析和X射线衍射分析进行非晶合金的晶化动力学研究,计算出Fe73.5Si13.5B9Cu1Nb3-xMox(x=1,2,3)非晶薄带的晶化激活能分别为349、262、332 kJ/mol,其Avrami指数分别为1.95、2.14和2.00.结果表明,随着升温速率的提高,Fe73.5Si13.5B9Cu1Nb3-xMox(x=1,2,3)非晶薄带的起始晶化温度和晶化峰值温度相应升高;以Mo部分替代Nb降低了非晶合金的晶化激活能;α-Fe(Si)软磁相具有扩散控制的低维形核和生长的晶化机制,且形核率逐渐减小.  相似文献

测定了Fe36 Co36 Nb4 Si4.8 B19.2合金非晶管在环向磁化场作用下的纵向驱动巨磁阻抗效应,发现样品的阻抗比曲线在频率低于600 kHz时呈"双峰"现象,频率高于600 kHz时呈"单峰"现象,并对环向磁化场作用有良好的线性响应.用磁力显微(MFM)观察了样品的纵向和环向磁畴结构,分析认为是合金非晶管的分层磁畴结构分布导致了环向良好的线性磁特性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
