TMT管理自主权对双元性创新战略的影响研究——组织承诺的中介作用

引入组织承诺的3个维度:情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺为中介变量,探讨高管团队(TMT)管理自主权对企业双元性创新战略的影响路径,构建结构方程模型,分析变量之间的作用机制。以中国科技型中小企业为研究对象,实证结果表明:TMT管理自主权对企业双元性创新战略有显著的正向影响;TMT管理自主权对情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺有显著的正向影响;情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺对双元性创新战略有显著的正向影响;情感承诺、持续承诺和规范承诺在TMT管理自主权与企业双元性创新战略的关系中起部分中介作用。     

领导风格与组织承诺关系的实证研究 ——基于阶层线性模型

目前关于领导风格与组织承诺之间的关系主要关注变革型领导风格对组织承诺的影响,较少研究交易型领导风格对组织承诺的影响,而且缺乏领导风格对组织承诺维度影响的分析。对17家企业226名员工调查发现,变革型领导风格和交易型领导风格对组织承诺、情感承诺、持续承诺、规范承诺均具有显著的积极影响,且变革型领导风格比交易型领导风格对组织承诺及其维度的影响要大,具有一定的理论和实践意义。     

知识型员工工作态度与离职倾向关系的实证研究

采用实证法研究了知识型员工工作态度总体水平及各维度与离职倾向的关系,并建立了关系模型.研究结果表明:工作态度及其维度均与离职倾向显著负相关,且组织承诺对离职倾向的影响大于工作满意度;规范承诺、内在满意度、情感承诺、外在满意度、持续承诺依次成为影响知识型员工离职倾向的主要因素,均负相关.     

组织承诺对员工离职行为影响的实证研究

利用Price的离职意图模型,对组织承诺与离职行为之间的关系进行分析,得到企业员工组织承诺对离职行为影响的概念模型.首先应用因子分析检验了组织承诺的3种结构维度,然后用效度分析证明各部分的内在一致性,最后计算出情感承诺、继续承诺和规范承诺与离职念头和离职倾向的相关系数分别是(-843,-0.643),(-0.733,-0.572),(-0.600,-0.532),表明情感承诺对员工离职行为的影响最为显著.     

团队成员的主管情感承诺与集体离职倾向:组织发展氛围的调节作用

在理论研究的基础上,构建了团队成员的主管情感承诺影响其集体离职倾向的中介模型,和组织发展氛围调节二者关系的跨层次模型,并利用组织-员工匹配数据开展实证研究。结果发现:团队成员的主管情感承诺正向影响集体离职倾向;主管离职损失在二者之间起完全中介作用;组织发展氛围负向调节主管情感承诺和集体离职倾向之间的关系。研究结果有助于深入认识集体离职的形成机制,为组织提早建立集体离职预防机制提供理论支持。     

酒店员工职场灵性、组织承诺、服务品质间的关系

以青岛9家酒店作为调研对象,从职场灵性的角度切入,将组织承诺作为中介变量,运用相关性分析、结构方程模型等方法,分析酒店员工职场灵性、组织承诺以及服务品质三者间的关系。研究表明,职场灵性是通过组织承诺的3个维度,沿着不同的路径促进酒店服务品质提升的,即组织承诺在职场灵性和服务品质之间具有显著的中介效应。为提高服务质量,酒店应注重员工职场灵性和组织承诺的培养,尤其应运用多种激励手段提升员工的感情承诺。     

基于动态心理契约管理的组织承诺的重建

组织承诺对企业的生存而言有很大意义,然而作为其基础的员工和企业间的心理契约始终处于一种运动状态。许多研究集中在组织承诺如何构建上,但一旦构建好的组织承诺出现失衡状态时该怎么办？为此,文章探讨了组织承诺出现失衡的两条重构路径,提出了企业从认知层面和情感层面来思考问题的方法论。     

领导行为对员工组织政治知觉、组织承诺的影响

将组织政治作为领导行为影响员工组织承诺的潜在变量,通过结构方程对287位企业员工进行了实证研究,验证了领导行为、员工组织政治知觉、组织承诺之间的关系。结果表明:在控制了性别和年龄两个人口统计学变量效应后,变革型领导行为能减少员工组织政治知觉,提高员工组织承诺,交换型领导行为则会增加员工组织政治知觉,降低员工组织承诺。经过不同路径模型对比,结果进一步证实组织政治知觉是领导行为影响组织承诺的中介变量。     

体育教育专业大学生专业承诺的特点研究

用自编的体育教育专业大学生专业承诺问卷,对我国华中、华北、西北、华东、东北等5个地区,13个高等院校的体育院系的600名体育教育专业的大学生进行测量,结果表明,体育教育专业大学生的规范承诺最高,情感承诺次之,经济承诺最低;年级与专业承诺单因素方差和多重比较分析结果显示,年级在情感承诺、经济承诺、规范承诺上均具有显著差异.     

企业体育文化节对员工组织承诺和工作绩效的影响分析

本文以参加泉州某企业举办的体育文化节员工为调查对象,通过企业体育文化节中介变量,探讨员工在参与后对企业组织承诺与个人工作绩效影响情况。结果显示:员工参与体育文化节后,对组织承诺和工作绩效具有显著提高;员工组织承诺和工作绩效具有显著正相关;不同性别和婚姻状况的员工在总体组织承诺及三维度都未达到显著性差异。而不同年龄阶段、服务年限、职务的员工在总体组织承诺及三维度认知上均存在显著性差异。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
