β—环糊精改性淀粉类高吸水树脂的制备及其性能研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
将β-环糊精分子用环氧氯丙烷预交联后,与淀粉、丙烯腈混合、,用硝酸铈铵作引发剂接枝共聚,经水解可得拥有疏水空腔的β-环糊精改性高吸水树脂。该吸水树脂除具有良好的吸水和保水性能外,还对药物、香料等疏水性有机分子具有良好的包合或吸附作用。  相似文献

采用均相法对氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯二元共聚树脂进行了羟基改性研究。文中考察了反应温度θ、反应时间t、碱与二元氯-醋共聚树脂的质量比、溶剂甲醇与二元氯-醋共聚树脂的质量比、加料方式等因素对三元共聚物中羟基含量的影响。在t=5h,θ=40℃,ω(NaOH):ω(氯-醋二元共聚树脂):0.012:1,ω(甲醇):ω(氯-醋二元共聚树脂)=1:3.5,R=300r/min的条件下,可得到与进口产品——美国UCC公司VAGH树脂组成接近的共聚物。  相似文献

采用真菌生长法和土壤掩埋法对淀粉-丙烯酸接枝共聚高吸水树脂的生物降解性能进行了研究,运用表现观察法、重量测定法对试样的降解过程进行了测试,并对原有的测试方法作了改进,试验结果表明,淀粉-丙烯酸接枝共聚物具有较好的生物降解性能。  相似文献

在铈盐引发下用淀粉与丙烯酰胺共聚并进行部分交联得接枝共聚物(CS-g-PAM)继之与多聚甲醛和偏重亚硫酸钠反应制备交联淀粉-在化聚丙烯酰胺(CS-g-SPAM),该树脂具有高吸水性,其吸水性受反应条件、单体配比、交联度、磺化程度等因素的影响。  相似文献

以M废渣、苯酚、甲醛为原料,共聚合成了热塑性树脂,研究了反应条件、共聚组分对共聚物结构和性能的影响.通过试验确定,苯酚与M废渣的质量比为80g/20g,甲醛用量40mL,磺化用浓硫酸、废树脂比例为100mL/110g时制得的共聚树脂在试验范围内具有较好的综合性能。  相似文献

以玉米淀粉和丙烯基单体为主要原料,对淀粉接枝共聚高吸水性树脂进行中性一步法合成,优化合成反应路径。根据自由基聚合反应机理,在引发剂及交联剂作用下淀粉与丙烯基单体进行接枝共聚反应,定性及定量地分析反应物溶液pH值、反应温度、引发剂用量以及单体与淀粉的配比等因素对高吸水性树脂吸水性能的影响,从而找出最佳反应条件。同时采用量子化学ab initio UHF方法在6-31G基组水平上对两类淀粉链段自由基模型进行几何优化,分析体系的净电荷、前线分子轨道分布规律,以及自由基的稳定性和反应性特征,揭示接枝共聚反应机理。  相似文献

本文扼要介绍了以聚丙烯酸丁酯为主体的橡胶相,在橡胶乳粒上用苯乙烯和丙烯腈进行接枝共聚后,再与苯乙烯、丙烯腈共聚树脂的乳液共混而制得AAS树脂的生产方法。同时对橡胶相的交联度、接枝率、粒径以及树脂相的分子量等因素与AAS树脂性能的关系进行了研究;并提出了在生产上控制这些因素的方法。中试制得的AAS树脂经有关单位使用鉴定,认为可供推广使用。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
