生血康对特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者骨髓巨核细胞的影响

目的：观察生血康治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）患者骨髓巨核细胞的变化．方法：治疗组30例，采用生血康（蒙药制剂）3g，每日3次口服，对照组30例，强的松1mg／（ks．d），每日1次顿服（或每日分3次口服）．两组均以6周为一个疗程，6周后强的松逐减量．并观察骨髓象的变化．结果：治疗组治疗后原、幼巨核和颗粒型巨核细胞明显减少，产板型巨核细胞明显增多，与对照组比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）．结论：生血康具有促进骨髓巨核细胞的成熟，使原、幼巨核和颗粒型巨核细胞减少，产板型巨核细胞增多致使升高血小板之功能。     

硼替佐米联合化疗治疗复发难治性多发性骨髓瘤的临床应用研究

观察硼替佐米联合化疗治疗复发难治性多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效及不良反应;16例复发难治性MM患者给予硼替佐米1．3mg／m^2／次d1,4,8,11,表柔比星10rag,d1-4,地塞米松40rag,d1-4,20rag,d8-11随后停药10d（第12—21天）,3周为1个疗程。两次给药至少间隔72h。疗效判定主要采用EBMT标准,并按NCICTCAE标准判断不良反应;16例患者中NR2例（12．5％）CR2例（12．5％）NCR5例（31．3％）PR6例（37．5％）MR1例（6．2％）。总有效率87．5％,主要缓解率81．3％。最常见的不良反应为胃肠道症状、血小板减少、疲乏,经对症治疗后均缓解;硼替佐米联合化疗是治疗复发难治性多发性骨髓瘤的一种新的安全有效的治疗手段。     

复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎临床疗效观察

目的 观察甲氰咪胍辅治及预防复发性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)的疗效．方法 患者给予甲氰咪胍(0．25％)滴眼，1滴／次，8次／d，甲氰咪胍400mg加入注射用生理盐水100mL静滴，1次／d；无环鸟苷眼药水滴眼，6次／d．治愈后甲氰咪胍(0．25％)眼药水滴眼，4次／d，每周连用3d．结果治疗HSK病人38例38眼，1周后总有效率为94％，无效2例，占5％；复发2例，占5％．所有病人均未见明显不良反应．结论 甲氰咪胍辅治及预防HSK是一种安全有效的治疗方法．     

依那普利合用氢氯噻嗪倍他乐克治疗高血压166例疗效观察

目的：观察口服小剂量依那普利、氢氯噻嗪及小剂量倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的临床效果．方法：实验组86例高血压患者，口服依那普利5mg，2次／d，氢氯噻嗪12．5mg，2次／d，倍他乐克12．5mg，2次／d；对照组80例高血压患者，口服依那普利5mg，2次／d．结果：实验组比对照组临床疗效显著提高．结论：联合应用小剂量依那普利、小剂量氢氯噻嗪及小剂量倍他乐克治疗高血压与单独应用依那普利可使治疗效果显著提高．     

用乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病400例疗效观察

目的：观察蒙药乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病的疗效．方法：将400例乳腺囊性增生病病人分为两组，治疗组300例用蒙药治疗，对照组100例用中药乳癖消治疗．结果：蒙药有效率为98％，中药有效率为70％，两组间具有显著性差异．结论：蒙药乳腺Ⅰ号治疗乳腺囊性增生病疗效显著．     

利维爱治疗围绝经期综合症的临床观察

目的 研究利维爱治疗围绝经期综合症的临床效果。方法将160例围绝经期综合症患者平均分为两组，观察组为服用利维爱1．25—2．5mg，1次／d，对照组为服用尼尔雌醇1-2mg，1次／15d，观察两组用药前后更年期症状、情绪、泌尿生殖道症状及治疗效果等的改善情况。结果分别对用药后3个月潮热、出汗、情绪、阴道干燥、性交困难等均有不同程度的改善。观察组用药后3个月后显效58例（72．5％）；有效例21例（26．25％）；无效1例（1．25％）。对照组用药3个月后，显效50例（62.5％）；有效18例（22.5％）；无效12例（15％）。结论利维爱治疗围绝经期综合症的临床效果显著，在缓解围绝经期症状方面效果优于尼尔雌醇，不良反应少于尼尔雌醇。     

草酸铂联合方案一线治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究

目的 研究草酸铂联合吡柔比星和氟脲嘧啶／甲酰四氢叶酸钙一线治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应．方法 草酸铂135mg／m^2，静脉滴注3h．第1天；吡柔比星35mg／m^2静脉推注,第1天;甲酰四氢叶酸钙200mg／d，静脉滴注2h，第1至第5天;氟脲嘧啶400mg／m^2，静脉滴注,第1至第5天,28d为1周期．结果共治疗56例患者．完全缓解4例，部分缓解26例，稳定20例，进展6例，有效率为53．6％．至疾病进展中位时间为4．5个月．主要不良反应为白细胞减少、恶心呕吐及末梢神经炎．结论草酸铂联合吡柔比星和氟脲嘧啶／甲酰四氢叶酸钙一线治疗晚期胃病的疗效确切，毒副反应能耐受．     

环丙沙星治疗急性肠炎及菌痢60例疗效观察

1、临床资料1．1一般资料：所有病例均为1993－1997年的患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例。治疗组中：急性肠炎45例，菌痢15例，男34例，女26例，年龄最大52岁，最小18岁，其中18～30岁32例，31～45岁20例，46～52岁8例；腹泻水样便＜10次／日25例，腹泻脓血便＜10次／日比例，腹泻水样便＞15次／日20例，腹泻脓血便＞15次／日5例，病程1～2天41例，3～5天16例，＞6天3例。对照组中除腹泻程度较治疗组略轻以外（＜15次／日），余项无显著差异。1.2治疗方法：两组均常规按脱水程序的轻重给予口服或静脉补液，纠正酸碱平衡失调，庆大霉素静…     

替吉奥联合多西他赛方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察

目的观察替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗进展期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法44例进展期胃癌患者采用以下方法化疗：替吉奥胶囊每天80mg／m^2,分2次,餐后口服,第1-14天;多西他赛75mg／m^2,第1天,静脉滴注2-3h,21d为1个周期,至少完成2个周期。评价客观疗效和不良反应。结果44例均可以评价疗效。CR3例（6．8％）,PR18例（40．9％）,SD14例（31．8％）,PD9例（20．5％）,RR47．7％,DCR79．5％。中位疾病进展时间为7．2月,中位生存期为11．3月。不良反应主要是骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、脱发及口腔黏膜炎。结论替吉奥联合多西他赛方案治疗进展期胃癌的疗效较好,不良反应可以耐受,值得进一步研究应用。     

非洛地平缓释片治疗老年高血压病临床疗效观察

目的：观察非洛地平缓释片治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效．方法：选择在我院住院治疗的老年原发性高血压病人216例，每日早餐口服非洛地平缓释片2．5mg，采用逐渐增量的方法，最大剂量为10mg／d，疗程为6w．对比用药前后心电图、实验室检查等各项指标的变化，采用自身对照方法动态观察老年高血压病人服用非洛地平缓释片后血压的变化情况．结果：治疗前后心电图、实验室检查等无明显变化，心率虽有所加快，但无统计学差异，非洛地平缓释片治疗后有效病例共208例，每日剂量在7．5mg以下者占78．48％，平均剂量为5．25mg，不良反应发生率7．87％．结论：非洛地平缓释片是一种安全、有效的降压药，可以提供临床应用，推荐的常用剂量为5mg／d，早晨餐后一次服，最大剂量可用到10mg／d．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
