３．３—二苯基—１—丙炔—３—醇在ＦｅＣｌ２的作用下，于无水丙酮中用Ｏ２进行氧化偶联，合成了１．１．６．６—四苯基—２．４—已二炔—１．６—二醇，收率７８％～８２％。     

Structural analysis of the promoter of tomato 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase 6 gene(Le-ACS6)

Ethylene plays an important role in the regulation of many growth and developmental processes of higher plants. In tomato,Le-ACS6,a member of the ACC synthase multigene family involved in system 1 ethylene biosynthesis during fruit ripening,is subject to negative feedback regulation by ethylene. To identify the cis-elements that are responsible for the negative feedback control,we established an in vitro transient assay system employing particle bombardment on mature-green tomato fruit pericarp to examine the expression of a luciferase(LUC) reporter gene driven by a 5′-serially deleted Le-ACS6 promoter. The results localized putative cis-elements required for negative ethylene-response between -347 and -266 upstream from the translational start site ATG. Several lines of stable transformation of the Le-ACS6 promoter and GUS reporter fusion gene containing internal deletion from -347 to -266 were generated. The expression pattern of the GUS reporter showed that removal of the nucleotides from -347 to -266 completely eliminated the response of the Le-ACS6 promoter to exogenous ethylene.     

Cell-autonomous action of zebrafish spt-1 mutation in specific mesodermal precursors

In zebrafish, as in Xenopus, the well-orchestrated cell movements of gastrulation can be dissected into several components, including epiboly, involution, convergence and extension. Embryos homozygous for the recessive lethal mutation spt-1(b104) or 'spadetail' have a complex set of defects in the trunk of the embryo that may arise secondarily after loss of one of these movements, convergence, from those precursors that would normally have given rise to trunk somitic mesoderm. We have now tested this hypothesis by transplanting cells between wild-type and mutant embryos, to identify the cells that spt-1 affects directly. Our results show that the mutation autonomously affects only those mesodermal precursors located along the lateral margin of the early gastrula blastoderm. Other mesodermal cells and all ectodermal precursors seem not to require function of the wild-type gene. Our findings reveal an unexpectedly delicate genetic control of vertebrate gastrulation.     

6-硝基苯并咪唑-1-乙酰腙类化合物的合成

以６－硝基苯并咪唑为原料，进行烷基化、肼解，得到６－硝苯并咪唑－１－乙酰肼，分别与醛、酮及乙酰基二茂铁进行缩合反应，合成了８个新的酰腙化合物，经元素分析，核磁共振氢谱、红外及质谱对其组成和结构进行了表征，这些化合物不溶于水，在醇、酮中有一定的溶解度，均易溶于ＤＭＳＯ和ＤＭＦ。

型为6^nb^1的Frame自正交拉丁方的存在性

在型为２ｎｂ１的３ｎｂ１和Ｆｒａｍｅ自正交拉丁方的存在性问题解决了之后，接下来要考虑的应该是一般化的情况，即型为ａｎｂ１的Ｆｒａｍｅ自正交拉丁方的存在性问题。但是，从文［１７］我们可以看到，型为６ｎｂ１的情况同型为３ｎｂ１和２ｎｂ１的情况一样，是属于必须单独讨论的基本情况。本文对此情况进行讨论，并证明型为６ｎｂ１的Ｆｒａｍｅ自正交拉丁方存在性的充分必要条件是ｎ≥４且ｎ≥１＋ｂ／３。     

地震作用下桩基的1/3次亚谐波共振分析

建立了均匀地基下桩基础的非线性运动方程。运用Galerkin方法对运动方程进行一阶模态截断,得到离散的非线性振动方程。利用多尺度法求得该系统1/3次亚谐波共振的一阶近似解。分析了频率比、剪切波速度及土层厚度等参数对地震惯性力和亚谐波共振幅频响应的影响,并通过与非共振硬激励情况对比分析1/3次亚谐波共振对系统实际动力反应的影响。研究结果表明:在软弱土层中,剪切波速度及土层厚度对地震惯性力影响显著;1/3次亚谐波共振区域对外激励幅值敏感;阻尼大于一定值后,系统将不出现1/3次亚谐波共振响应;1/3次亚谐波共振显著增大系统稳态动力响应位移。
