采用并流沉淀法并在超声辅助下制备了纳米α-Fe2O3,以甲基橙为模拟污染物对α-Fe2O3的光催化脱色性能进行考察,并用比表面(BET)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对所制备的纳米α-Fe2O3进行了表征。结果表明,超声震荡对纳米α-Fe2O3的比表面参数、形貌、晶粒大小和光生电子-空穴的分离效应能产生显著的影响,从而使其光催化性能得到了显著提高。在α-Fe2O3中起催化作用的主要是空穴,超声制备α-Fe2O3的光催化活性是无超声制备α-Fe2O3的1.5倍。  相似文献

以廉价的无机盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)结合超临界流体干燥(SCFD)技术制备纳米级Fe2O3粉,并通过XRD,TEM测试技术对所得样品进行分析。研究结果表明,采用该法,可制得分散性好的红色纳米级α-Fe2O3粉,且制备成本低,工艺简单。  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4和α-Fe2O3纳米微粉,进而利用陶瓷工艺制备了(Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4)1-x/(α-Fe2O3)x纳米晶复合块体材料.详细研究了(Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4)1-x/(α-Fe2O3)x样品的相结构、磁学性质和电阻率的温度依赖性.研究发现在Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4中掺入适量的α-Fe2O3可改善材料的高频软磁性能,也可改善样品电阻率的温度灵敏度.从而为锰锌铁氧体性能的改善提供了新的线索.  相似文献

以硝酸铁和草酸为原料,在去离子水溶液中采用水热法直接在涤纶织物纤维表面包覆纳米α-Fe2O3颗粒.采用单因素分析方法,研究硝酸铁浓度、反应温度和时间,分散剂种类和用量,氢氧化钠刻蚀和偶联剂改性对纳米α-Fe2O3包覆涤纶织物的影响,并借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射和振动样品磁强计对涤纶纤维改性后表面形貌、结构和磁性能进行了表征.结果表明,涤纶织物经过水热改性之后,纤维表面的附着物为赤铁矿纳米α-Fe2O3颗粒,晶粒大小在21.9nm左右,织物饱和磁化强度为0.003 2emu.g-1,矫顽力为203.0Oe.硝酸铁和草酸制备纳米α-Fe2O3包覆涤纶织物最佳工艺为:硝酸铁与草酸摩尔比为2∶3,硝酸铁用量0.03mol/l,反应温度150℃,反应时间4h.氢氧化钠刻蚀或者A-151(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)偶联改性能够增加织物表面纳米α-Fe2O3包覆量.  相似文献

以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O和Sb Cl3为原料,采用水热法和浸渍法制备了Sb2O3/α-Fe2O3纳米异质结复合可见光催化剂,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和紫外可见漫反射光谱(UVVis DRS)等测试手段表征了试样的结构和性能。结果表明:Sb2O3与α-Fe2O3的复合使α-Fe2O3吸收带边红移,在可见光区的吸收增强;Sb2O3只存在于α-Fe2O3的表面,未改变α-Fe2O3的晶体结构;二者形成的异质结,能高效转移光生载流子,并实现电子-空穴的高效分离;以甲基橙为目标降解物考察了催化剂的可见光催化降解性能,结果显示,Sb2O3/α-Fe2O3的可见光催化活性优于纯α-Fe2O3;当Sb2O3的复合含量为1.5%时,光催化活性最佳。  相似文献

用微乳液法制备纳米α-Fe2O3,研究不同反应温度和煅烧温度对其晶型结构和形貌的影响,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其进行表征、用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其形貌。结果表明,当煅烧温度大于600℃时,所得样品均为α-Fe2O3,随着反应温度和煅烧温度的增加,α-Fe2O3粒子的粒径逐渐增大,表面呈现蓬松多孔状,而且出现少量团聚现象。  相似文献

以FeCl3·6H2O为源物质,尿素作沉淀剂,采用均相沉淀法制备α-Fe2O3纳米晶,讨论了温度、沉淀剂用量、pH值等因素对试验的影响,并用TEM、XRD对所得样品进行表征.结果表明,均相沉淀法制得的α-Fe2O3纳米晶分散性好,粒度分布均匀,粒径为20nm,适合于工业规模生产.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
