肿瘤的生物治疗

肿瘤是威胁人类健康和生命的主要疾病，与心血管疾病位列人类致死原因前两位。其传统的治疗方式有：手术、放疗、化疗：基本思想在于借助外力切除或者杀死肿瘤细胞；缺陷在于往往不能完全摘除或者彻底消灭肿瘤细胞，因此，常常出现转移和复发，同时也损伤正常细胞或具毒副作用。     

肿瘤相关性贫血的中西医研究进展

贫血是肿瘤患者常见的并发症,其发生率及严重程度与性别、年龄、肿瘤类型、分期、化放疗等有关.贫血可引起组织缺氧,使患者生活质量降低,是影响肿瘤患者生活质量的重要因素.贫血程度与化疗疗效、化疗药物的敏感性及耐药性密切相关.贫血患者常规化疗预后较差.低血红蛋白可使肿瘤组织放疗敏感性降低,是放疗患者预后差的独立预后因素.肿瘤相关性贫血的病因是多样的,包括肿瘤自身因素、治疗因素及营养因素等.促红细胞生成素(EPO)的使用是治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的主要方法,可以有效提高患者的血红蛋白水平,改善肿瘤患者的生活质量,提高肿瘤化放疗的疗效.随着中医对肿瘤相关性贫血认识的不断深入,中医药在肿瘤相关性贫血的治疗中取得了良好的疗效.     

高聚生配合低剂量化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤临床观察

目的：对不适合手术、放疗、常规化疗及高剂量化疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者，为提高疗效，用低剂量化疗配合高聚生治疗38例患者，试图诱导出适应性反应，对相继应用较大剂量抗肿瘤药物出现的损伤产生抗性，抑制封闭因子，使T细胞发挥抗肿瘤的作用。超级抗原通过生物调节作用减轻化疗对正常组织的损伤，改变宿主和肿瘤之间的关系，达到治疗肿瘤的目的。本法用常量的1／3～1／2，尽可能选用以往未用过的化疗药物，两周后增加剂量。高聚生开始每次400ug每周3次，以后800ug或每日1次400ug。观察到患者可耐受，症状改善34例、存活12个月11例、24个月7例、36个月3例。淋巴结缩小，骨转移出现个别骨质修复，声音嘶哑恢复，高胆固醇，高甘油三酯，高转氨酶均降至正常。

人参皂甙Rh2抗肿瘤作用机制的研究

恶性肿瘤治疗至今尚无好的方法.传统化疗药因其缺乏特异性的细胞毒性作用,治疗中容易造成正常细胞的损伤,从而引起一系列的并发症.人参皂甙Rh2是人参中提取的天然活性成分,具有很高的抗肿瘤活性,而对正常细胞无毒副作用.文章从人参皂甙Rh2的抗肿瘤作用机制(抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、诱导分化、抑制肿瘤DNA合成、提高荷瘤机体的免疫功能和抑制肿瘤转移、抗肿瘤耐药性增强、其他化疗药物对耐药肿瘤作用)等方面进行研究.     

肝癌患者顺铂治疗后癌细胞凋亡情况的观察

【目的】通过对肝癌患者使用顺铂治疗后,观察肝脏癌细胞凋亡情况,探讨对肝癌患者手术治疗前实施化疗的必要性.【方法】对手术切下的肝脏肿瘤组织制成细胞悬液进行荧光染色,用流式细胞仪进行细胞凋亡检测,运用统计学方法Satterthwaite近似法对这两组标本进行t检验.【结果】经顺铂治疗的病人较对照组的癌细胞细胞增殖指数显著降低,癌细胞凋亡率显著提高,而细胞增殖指数显著降低,提示诱导细胞凋亡发生是顺铂对肿瘤细胞抑制作用的主要方式.【结论】小剂量CDDP诱导治疗肝癌,作为综合治疗肝癌方法的一种是可行的,特别是在外科治疗（肿瘤切除或减低肿瘤负荷）前,作为辅助治疗能防治肿瘤的复发和转移.     

神经胶质瘤诱导分化治疗的研究进展

神经胶质瘤作为中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤，运用传统疗法至今难以根治，成为一个难题。诱导分化治疗作为肿瘤化学治疗的新领域，为胶质瘤的治疗提供了一个新的途径。目前常用于胶质瘤治疗研究的诱导分化剂主要有：维甲酸（retinoicacid，RA）、六亚甲基双乙酰胺（hexamethylenebisacetamide，HMBA）、苯丁酸钠和环腺苷酸衍生物等。随着相关学科和技术的发展，诱导分化治疗作为一种改进与补充传统疗法的新方案将在胶质瘤的治疗中发挥更大的作用。本文就其研究进展作一综述。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
