为了提高发动机冷却风扇叶顶间隙泄漏量的工程计算精度,基于泄漏量测量和流动显示试验以及间隙内部泄漏流动过程分析,构造了带有导流环的风扇叶顶间隙泄漏流动模型。深入研究了在静压力50~250Pa下3种带有导流环的风扇叶顶间隙流动结构的泄漏特性,通过流动显示试验,测量得到了泄漏流的涡旋结构和叶顶泄漏涡的轨迹。在经典泄漏量Martine和Egli泄漏经验计算公式的基础上,通过引入动能载越效应修正系数,应用修正后的计算公式对泄漏量进行计算并与试验结果值做了比较。研究结果表明:改进模型的计算结果与试验结果值接近,基本吻合;可为改进和提高发动机冷却风扇的气动性能提供理论依据。  相似文献

利用计算流体动力(CFD)技术对轴流泵叶顶间隙流动进行数值模拟,对比分析了宽度为叶轮直径的0%,0.1%,0.2%及0.3%四种不同间隙下轴流泵的能量特性,并对间隙内的速度分布情况进行了分析.该数值模拟捕捉到了叶顶间隙的泄漏流动及泄漏涡,得到了比较完整的能量特性图表并与实验数据吻合.本次模拟有较高的精准度.  相似文献

通过加装叶顶小翼来控制叶栅间隙的气体流动已受到广泛关注。本文采用计算流体力学方法,对叶顶间隙流动进行数值模拟。结果表明,加装吸力面小翼可以延缓间隙泄漏涡的形成,降低泄漏涡的强度。在不同的叶顶间隙下,吸力面小翼的加装都能相应地降低泄漏涡的强度。在降低叶顶泄漏涡与主流混合损失的同时,提高了叶栅的气动性能。  相似文献

应用数值方法研究了燃气透平动叶项部凹槽对动叶气动性能及叶顶传热的影响.采用商用计算流体力学软件CFX5.7求解稳态可压时均N-S方程组,湍流模型采用标准k-ù叫湍流模型,总体求解精度为二阶.计算叶型为一个典型现代燃气透平动叶片,叶顶凹槽深度取3%叶高,考虑了5种不同叶顶间隙的影响.结果表明:在凹槽内存在复杂的流动结构,相对平叶顶动叶,凹槽能够显著降低叶项的泄漏流量,减小泄漏损失,尤其在大间隙时更为明显;在小间隙时采用凹槽叶顶可以降低叶顶热负荷,而在大间隙时,凹槽叶顶的热负荷反而高于平叶顶的热负荷.  相似文献

应用高雷诺数k-e湍流模型进行了轴流压气机叶轮内三维流动的计算.使用SIMPLE型算法求解了全三维雷诺平均质量加权N-S方程.对流项采用了高阶精度的上游加权近似和TVD类型的MUSCL差分格式.采用非正交适体坐标和同位网格系,速度的协变物理分量被选作为独立求解变量.为了消除非物理的压力和速度振荡,对界面上的逆变速度分量采用Rhie和Chow动量插值方法.求解中考虑了周期边界条件和运动壁面边界条件.对两个轴流叶轮进行了计算,计算结果表明全三维湍流计算能有效地预测轴流叶轮对道内及无叶间隙处的分离,以便改进气动设计、几何设计以提高轴流压气机的性能.  相似文献

由于叶顶间隙的存在,使得叶片顶部的流动呈现复杂的三维流动。转子相对机匣的运动使得很难对其内部流场进行精确测量。文中采用CFX—Tascflow软件平台,对带叶顶间隙的轴流转子进行三维粘性流场的数值计算。数值计算的结果与实验测量的性能曲线较为吻合。基于数值计算,给出了叶顶泄漏流动的空阎三维结构,分析了叶顶泄漏流卷曲形成叶顶泄漏涡的过程,揭示了轴流转子叶顶泄漏流动基本特点,有助于改进和提高叶轮机械的设计水平。  相似文献

采用标准k-ε湍流模型和Mixture多相流模型对喷水推进轴流泵五种不同叶顶间隙下的流场进行数值模拟;并对其不同叶顶间隙下的空化性能进行分析。结果表明,随着装置空化余量的降低,空化最先在叶轮进口轮缘附近发生;然后逐渐向叶轮出口边、轮毂及压力面方向扩展开去。随叶顶间隙的增大,临界空化余量逐渐增大;且叶片吸力面空化面积增大,抗空化性能下降;叶顶间隙的存在导致叶轮出口轴向速度在靠近间隙的20%叶高区域降低;在相同装置空化余量下,叶轮出口轴向速度下降的速度随叶顶间隙值的增大而加快。  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
