通过比较几种Lewis酸对长叶烯异构化反应的催化效果,选择了LS-98作为长叶烯异构化反应的较为理想的催化剂。通过对异构化反应的温度、反应时间和溶剂用量等条件对比试验,选择了长叶烯异构化反应的工艺:以冰乙酸为溶剂,LS-98为催化剂,在30~40℃温度下反应3~4小时,90%以上的长叶烯转化为异长叶烯。  相似文献

对复合催化剂催化重质松节油直接异构化合成异长叶烯的反应进行了研究,确定了较为理想的催化剂及相应的反应条件:复合催化剂为占重油质量3%H2SO4,加上占重油质量10%的y,异构化反应温度为60~70℃ ,反应时间为3.5h,异长叶烯产率达到83.9%.  相似文献

【目的】将噻唑环构建至异长叶烷酮分子中,得到具有新型生物活性化合物,拓展松节油的应用领域,提高松节油的利用价值。【方法】异长叶烷酮与氨基硫脲缩合,生成异长叶烷酮缩氨基硫脲; 异长叶烷酮缩氨基硫脲再与α-溴代苯乙酮衍生物发生环化反应,得到11种异长叶烷基噻唑类化合物2a—2k。采用FT-IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、HPLC-MS等手段,对合成产物的结构进行了表征。采用最低抑制浓度(MIC)法和MTT法分别研究了异长叶烷基噻唑类化合物的抑菌活性和抗肿瘤活性。【结果】化合物4-(4-氯苯基)-2-(2-(1,1,5,5)-四甲基四氢-1H-2,4α-桥亚甲基萘-8(2H,5H,8αH)-亚基)肼基)噻唑(2b)和4-(2-萘基)-2-(2-(1,1,5,5)-四甲基四氢-1H-2,4α-桥亚甲基萘-8(2H,5H,8αH)-亚基)肼基)噻唑(2j)对枯草芽孢杆菌与荧光假单胞菌抑制效果较好,其最低抑制浓度(MIC)为7.5 μg/mL,化合物2b对真菌(白色念球菌与热带假丝酵母菌)的抑制效果优于其他化合物,其MIC值均为15.6 μg/mL; 异长叶烷酮缩氨基硫脲对人体肝癌细胞HepG2 的半抑制浓度(IC50)为(34.5±0.8)μg/mL,表明其对HepG2具有较好的抗癌活性。【结论】异长叶烷酮缩氨基硫脲可作为潜在的抗肿瘤药物。  相似文献

以异长叶烷酮为原料,采用叔丁醇钾为催化剂,分别与对溴苯甲醛、对氟苯甲醛、间硝基苯甲醛、2,4-二氯苯甲醛等进行缩合反应,合成了系列7-芳亚甲基异长叶烷酮类化合物a—j。采用1H NMR、13C NMR、GC-MS和FT-IR等分析手段对合成所得7-芳亚甲基异长叶烷酮类化合物的结构进行了鉴定,并探索了化合物a—j的紫外吸收特性与光稳定性。结果表明:化合物a、b、c、d、j对中波紫外线(UVB)具有良好的吸收性能; 而化合物e、f、g、h和i对长波紫外线(UVA)和UVB均具有较好的吸收性能。化合物a—j的光稳定顺序为h>g>e>c>a>d>b>f>i>j,其紫外线吸收强度顺序为d>i>e>h>g>f>b>c>j>a。  相似文献

采用自制的聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚砜(PDMS/PSF)复合膜制备富氧空气,用于异长叶烯催化氧化,主产物为异长叶烯酮.通过实验,对富氧膜的性能进行了表征,并考察了富氧空气的氧浓度和富氧空气的流量对催化氧化反应的转化率及产率的影响,结果表明转化率随氧浓度和气体流量的增加而增加,而主产物的产率并不随氧气浓度同向变化,其中在31.0%O2氧浓度和37.5 mL/min气体流量下可获得较为理想的产率和转化率.反应体系中无有机溶剂参与,后续分离操作简便,同时避免了溶剂气味对产物香气的污染,反应体系对环境友好.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
