对273只健康猕猴进行了六项生理指标的测定,并对数据进行了统计分析.结果表明,血红蛋白含量、红细胞总数、白细胞总数三项测定值与文献报道资料相近似,心率、呼吸数和体温测定值偏高;六项生理常数在性别组间差异不显著(P>0.05),在年龄组间红细胞总数和血红蛋白含量差异不显著,其余四项差异显著或极显著,(P<0.05或P<0.01).  相似文献

基于Ising模型,利用一种改进的4×4转移矩阵法研究了具有最近邻以及次近邻原子铁磁交换作用及不同的表面最近邻自旋交换常数的体心立方结构的磁性多层膜磁特性.计算结果表明:相变温度TC不仅取决于表面与体内最近邻自旋交换常数之比,还与次近邻交换常数的相对大小b以及系统的层数L有很大关系.当系统的表面与体内相变温度相同时存在一个临界值,其大小不仅与b值有关还与表面层层数有关.计算结果与利用MonteCarlo方法模拟的结果基本一致,且很好地解释了实验事实.  相似文献

本文对不同海拔地区白唇鹿的呼吸、心率、体温、红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞形态等12项生理指标进行了测定.发现生活在高海拔地区的白唇鹿,其呼吸、心率、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量,中性和酸性白细胞均高于低海拔地区的白唇鹿,而红细胞压积和红细胞平均体积却与海拔高度呈负相关。体温在不同海拔高度大致相同,电镜下,红细胞形态呈双面凹陷的轮胎状,直径4.368±0.192μm。  相似文献

采用电化学法研究环境激素双酚A与牛血清蛋白的相互作用.实验表明牛血清蛋白存在使双酚A的氧化峰峰电流减小.双酚A在加入牛血清蛋白后参与反应的质子数和电子数都为2.牛血清蛋白与双酚A的结合数m=2,结合常数β=5.81 × 1010.由此推测双酚A进入牛血清蛋白的疏水空腔内,使游离双酚A浓度变小.  相似文献

应用荧光光谱法研究了生理条件下吡罗昔康对牛血清白蛋白,Cu(Ⅱ)对牛血清白蛋白以及Cu(Ⅱ)对吡罗昔康和牛血清白蛋白荧光光谱特性的影响.结果表明:Cu(Ⅱ)和吡罗昔康均可使牛血清白蛋白的荧光强度发生静态猝灭,并且在Cu(Ⅱ)存在下,吡罗昔康对牛血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭作用显著增强.根据荧光猝灭双倒数图计算吡罗昔康和牛血清白蛋白的结合常数为3.18×103 L/mol,结合位点数为0.75;二元配合物Cu(Ⅱ)与牛血清白蛋白之间的结合常数为1.13×103 L/mol,结合位点数为0.74.  相似文献

在三维孔隙材料如泡沫材料中,胞孔的形状及大小并非完全均匀,因此借助二维均匀化方法来讨论胞孔形状及大小对多孔材料性能的影响。在线弹性范围内,根据均匀化理论,基于虚位移原理,结合有限元方法推导出二维周期性结构的均匀化的有限元格式。取具有不同孔洞形状的正方形胞元作为周期性结构的代表胞元,将三维孔隙材料简化为截面上具有规则孔洞的二维结构,来计算不同微孔形状及大小下的等效弹性常数;比较分析了微孔结构对多孔材料等效弹性常数的影响。计算结果分析表明,多孔材料的等效弹性参数不仅取决于微孔结构的数量,而且对微孔结构的形状也有一定程度的敏感,同时对基体材料的泊松比的变化敏感与否也与微孔结构有关。  相似文献

对高固含体系下Intermig桨搅拌槽内的桨叶搅拌性能以及颗粒的混合与悬浮特性进行实验研究.采用光导纤维技术对不同桨径、搅拌转速和桨叶离底距离下搅拌槽内底部以及轴向颗粒密度进行测量,同时对临界悬浮转速和搅拌功率进行测定.实验结果表明:对高固含液-固搅拌体系,所采用的Intermig搅拌桨具有很好的轴向混合特性,该桨适合在较大的桨径和较低的桨叶离底距离下应用,可在促进颗粒悬浮与均匀分布的同时,大大降低功率消耗.通过对实验结果的分析和拟合得出底部均匀度与搅拌槽内弗劳德数有关,Q=0.58Fr-0.35,Intermig搅拌桨功率准数在0.2 ~0.3之间,且与雷诺数关系为NP=2.1Re-0.2.  相似文献

采用超声波对金属Ag盐溶液的直接超声作用,利用超声波产生的声空化效应、声流效应和非线性交变振动效应使水分子被激活,产生还原性的H·、水合eaq-和氧化性的·OH,利用H·和eaq-的还原性实现金属Ag离子的被还原。实验结果发现,PVP的存在可以明显地降低还原Ag粒子的大小和减小粒度分布范围;利用TEM对还原金属Ag粒子的生成过程和分形生长进行观测;运用分形理论,定性解释了在超声条件下金属Ag粒子的分形生长过程和树枝晶产生的原因,并利用盒维数法求出晶形分形生长过程中的分形维数,其分形维数在1.8~1.9之间。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
