提高自动化仓库运行可靠性的对策研究

在对自动化仓库一种最复杂的作业形式作故障树定性分析的基础上，找出影响系统正常工作的薄弱环节，设计是采用一系列相应措施来予以改善，以此作为提高自动化仓库运行可靠性的对策，文中不仅提出了提高系统固有可靠性的具体措施，还涉及提高人－机系统可靠性的一些意见，对提高自动仓库运行可靠性是必不可少的。     

基于PLC的立体活动仓库的应用与研究

本文介绍了在大型运动仓库项目的设计和制造中,采用PLC（可编程序控制器）实现对仓库系统的自动化控制。叙述了立体运动仓库的设计、PLC控制系统的构成和程序设计。     

一种用于小型敏捷仓库的AGV视觉导航方法研究

随着物流行业的发展,物流自动化仓库正在朝着多用户、多品种和高度灵活性的柔性自动化仓库发展,传统AGV(automatic guided vehicle)难以满足物流仓库的新需求。针对实际需求,基于色差阈值分割的方法对AGV的导航路径偏差进行提取并融合,采用"预瞄闭环控制"的思想设计路径跟踪控制器,实现了机器人高精度的路径跟踪。最后,在搭建的模拟仓库中,对设计AGV的导航性能进行了全面测试,实验结果表明,该视觉导航AGV导航灵活,精度高,运行平稳,可以满足柔性仓储的需求。     

智能仓库管理机器人的设计与实现

本文研究了当前仓库系统的管理现状、存在问题以及现实需求。针对当前仓库管理系统大多数仅有软件部分,无法系统配合自动化设备提取仓库物品的系统的现状。设计并实现了智能仓库管理机器人系统。本系统采用目前成熟的SQL Server数据库技术和开放式数控系统MACH3,通过仓库管理软件结合MACH3电子系统控制机械手臂,实现管理仓库中商品和货物的存取,对于提高企业的经营效率、加快仓库管理的自动化具有重要的意义。     

基于PLC控制的自动化立体仓库研究及其软件监控系统的开发

根据目前自动化立体仓储技术发展的现状,提出了用PLC控制堆垛机等运动部件并用MCGS工控软件开发监控系统以监控仓库实时状态的具体方案.针对中小型仓库,建立了典型的仓储模型,讨论了PLC控制系统的设计、仓库监控系统的开发以及监控计算机与现场设备的通讯等问题.

本文主要介绍立体仓库的微机管理，及可编成序控制器在自动化立体仓库中的应用．对仓库数据库管理程序设计中的一些特殊问题作了详细的说明．

北斗导航技术在物流自动化仓库定位中的应用研究

传统物流自动化仓库定位方法无法同时满足高定位精度和低计算量的要求,为此,提出一种新的基于北斗导航技术的物流自动化仓库定位方法。分析北斗卫星导航系统,依据分析结果对物流自动化仓库与客户需求点位置进行定位,观看到4颗卫星时获取基本定位结果;依据基本定位结果将物流自动化仓库定位问题转变成线性规划问题,构建物流自动化仓库定位目标函数,利用贪婪启发式法得到目标函数的初始解,通过禁忌搜索法对目标函数进行最终求解,获取物流自动化仓库最终的定位结果。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,所提方法计算量低,定位精度高,整体费用低,得到最优仓库定位结果。     

挑选作业优化问题的研究

针对自动化仓库固定货架拣选作业的特点,为了提高自动化仓库固定货架拣选作业的工作效率,建立了货物拣选路径优化问题的数学模型。介绍了模拟退火算法和粒子群算法的基本原理,应用杂交算法和带高斯变异算法在模拟退火操作下对较优的粒子群进行寻优运算,设计了模拟退火粒子群优化算法。实例证明,该算法具有较好的全局寻优能力,能取得令人满意的效果。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
