通过对生菜下胚轴的愈伤诱导和植株再生的研究 ,发现诱导愈伤组织时 ,MS培养基中加 0 .5mg/L  6 BA 1mg/L  2 ,4 D 0 .1mg/LNAA效果最好 ,其出愈率达 94 %;愈伤组织分化为芽时 ,在MS 1.0mg/L  6 BA 0 .0 5mg/L NAA中分化频率最高 ,达 10 0 %.再生苗可在 1/ 2MS 0 .5mg/L NAA中诱导生根成完整植株 .  相似文献

作者以卡特丽亚兰开花植株茎尖和试管苗茎段或叶切段为外植体,成功地诱导形成原球茎并获得再生植株,筛选出了原球茎球诱导培养基:RE=60mg/L BA(5mg/L BA 0.5-1mg/L NAA或IBA)+0.5%-1%蔗糖;原球茎增殖培养基:MS(或KC)+5mg/L BA 0.1(0.5)mg/L NAA(或0.5mg/L 1BA) 0.2%蛋白胨和分化及育苗培养基;KC+0.3mg/L (0.5)NAA 10%香蕉匀汁+0.1%活性炭。BA在原球茎的产生、增殖分化中起着主导作用。  相似文献

报道了红掌叶片愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的研究结果 ,试验表明 :诱导愈伤组织频率最高的培养基是MS BA 0 .5mg/L 2 ,4 D 0 .8mg/L ;较适于愈伤组织分化不定芽的基本培养基是N6 ,激素配比以BA 2 .5mg/L 2 ,4 D 0 .1mg/L和ZT 2 .5mg/L 2 ,4 D 0 .1mg/L为好 ;红掌试管苗生根较易 ;使用质量浓度为 0 .5mg/L的NAA ,2 ,4 D和IBA都能很好地诱导不定芽生根 ;富含有机质的疏松表土是理想的移栽基质 ,移栽成活率为 92 .3% .  相似文献

研究了离体条件下甜叶菊(Stiuia rebaudiana Bertoni)叶片愈伤组织诱导和植株再生技术,离体培养以MS为基本培养基并附加300mg/L水解酪蛋白,离体叶片在BA 0.5mg/L和NAA 0.5mg/L的培养基上诱导形成愈伤组织,在BA 0.5mg/L和NAA0.05mg/L的培养基上可诱导愈伤组织分化不定芽,分化频率为100%,不定芽在White基本培养基并附 加NAA0.01mg/L的培养基上诱导生根,生根率可达100%,炼苗后移栽,成活率达95%以上。  相似文献

以丹参的茎、叶、芽、花药为外植体,对丹参的组织培养及植株再生进行了较系统的研究。结果表明,茎、叶在MS附加BA和2,4-D不同组合的培养基上易形成愈伤组织,且生长速度快。芽增殖培养基以MS附加BA1.0-2.0mg/L、NAA0.1mg/L为佳。叶片、花药在MS附加BA1.0mg/L、NAA0.1mg/L的培养基上可诱导不定芽的产生。  相似文献

通过对大花蕙兰的组织培养试验,筛选出B5+BA1.0+2,4-D2.0的组合对大花蕙兰花梗诱导类原球茎有明显作用。B5培养基较MS培养基更容易诱导花梗产生类原球茎。激素BA浓度在1.0-5.0mg/L之间,2,4-D浓度在0.5-2.0mg/L之间有利于诱导花梗产生类原球茎。筛选出MS+BA1.0+NAA0.5的组合对大花蕙兰类原球茎增殖有明显作用。采用井字形切割有利于类原球茎的增殖。  相似文献

对盾叶薯蓣的茎、叶片、叶柄进行了愈伤组织的诱导、分化,以及多芽体的诱导、生根、移栽的初步研究,结果表明:(1)茎的愈伤组织诱导率最高,在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L 2,4-D2.0mg/L上可达87.5%,但愈伤组织不易分化出苗;(2)腋芽能萌发形成多芽体,月繁殖系数达3-5,最适宜的多芽体诱导培养基是MS+6-BA2.0mg/L NAA0.5-1.0mg/L+椰汁10%;(3)无根苗在MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA2.0mg/L培养基上能形成完整的再生植株。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
