对高校学生人格转变的研究

人格是一个历史范畴，它的演变历程可分为依附型、独立性、自由型三个阶段。大学生处在人生成长阶段他们的人格是处在健康人格和不健康人格、依附人格和独立人格之间的人格状态，把大学生人格从依附型培养成独立性是高等学校的宗旨和目的。     

培养大学生健康人格

培养当代大学生健康人格是时代的需要，目前大学生的人格发展有其局限性，我们应该从四个方面培养大学生的健康人格：用邓小平理论武装大学生头脑、困材施教，注重个性教育、鼓励大学生积极参加社会实践活动、利用校园化培养大学生健康的人格。

浅谈大学生创新人格的培养

创新人格主要特征是浓厚的求知兴趣、强烈的创新激情、坚定的信念、冒险的精神、顽强的意志力，以及思维和行动的独立性与做事一丝不苟。创新人格的主要特征对创新的影响表现在对创新意识、创新精神、创新能力、创新行为的影响方面。教育工作者要注意对学生创新人格的培养如：抓住好奇心，增强自信心，树立正确的创新价值观，培养高尚人格。

重视人的全面发展，重视学生完整人格培养、个性充分发展，实行素质教育，创建一个良好的班集体，培育学生完整人格，这是班主任肩上责无旁贷的重任。作为班主任的我，有以下几点体会：     

论大学生人格素质的培养

人格素质是一个人成才的重要因素，青年大学生正处于人格的形成和发展时期，因此，加强大学生人格素质的培养，帮助大学生形成健康、理想的人格具有重要的意义。本文就大学生人格素质培养内容和培养途径作了一些论述。     

从韩信的人格特征谈人格培养

本文将韩信人格的基本特征概括为：超乎寻常的容忍度；胸怀大志、深谋远虑；忠心不二，为人坦荡；与人为善，知思必报。韩信由布衣而为将为王，是与他的人格特征密切相关的。作为当代青年，应从中得到启发，注意培养自己，立志远大，胸怀宽广，忠诚守信，形成完美人格。     

论大学生健康人格的培养

本文在论述了人格的涵义及健全人格的特征的基础上，针对大学生的人格特点，提出了高等学校积极培养大学生的健康人格的措施：即提高大学生政治素质和人生修养；创立二十一世纪中国高等学校的校园文化；组织大学生积极参加社会实践活动；提高大学生的人际交往能力。     

中学语文教学的人格培养管窥

中学语文教学在学生人格培养方面具有不可忽视的价值：促进学生心理的和谐发展，发展学生和谐的人际关系和协调能力，促使学生形成有力的自我调控系统，培养学生的创新意识。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
