中国机构投资者对上市公司治理的影响——基于A股上市公司的实证研究

随着近十年来不断地发展壮大,现在我国机构投资者对证券市场的影响很大,可以说是具有举足轻重的地位.发生改变的不仅仅是机构投资者的资产管理规模,我国证券市场经过十多年的发展,同样逐渐变得完善起来.在内部条件和外部条件都有利于机构投资者参与上市公司治理活动的情况下,机构投资者在综合考虑其参与公司治理的收益和成本之后很有可能会选择成为积极股东.运用回归分析的方法来研究我国机构投资者对公司治理情况的影响,通过实证检验发现我国机构投资者参与上市公司治理取得了一定的效果,能够提高上市公司的绩效,但我国机构投资者仍处于初步发展时期,对于公司治理的参与程度以及能够发挥的作用还比较有限.     

我国上市公司会计信息披露问题探讨

我国证券市场经过十多年的发展,上市公司已经逐步走上规范的公开披露信息的轨道。作为会计信息披露主体的上市公司,已基本具备进行会计信息披露的水平,但是目前我国上市公司会计信息披露在范围、质量、时效、方式上都存在着严重的问题,会计信息披露的现状还远远不能实现保护投资者和资源有效配置的目标,不能满足当前证券市场和上市公司飞速发展变化的需要。新形势下要解决这些问题,一方面要加强会计信息披露立法,完善会计信息披露体系;另一方面要严格监管,加大信息披露违规的处罚力度。只有这样,才能使我国的会计信息披露更规范,更好地为证券市场和广大投资者服务。     

信息披露制度与资本市场效率

上市公司信息披露状况是资本市场有效性的一个基础性影响因素,两者存在较大的相关性。一般来讲,信息披露越完善越规范,越会促进和推动证券市场效率性的提高。本文基于资本市场有效性的内在特质,在分析当前我国上市公司信息披露状况的基础上,指出目前我国资本市场尚处于弱有效性阶段。因此,必须尽快完善我国上市公司信息披露制度,规范上市公司信息披露行为,提高我国资本市场的效率,以维护投资者的信心,促进资本市场的持续快速健康稳定发展。

我国证券市场正处于逐步发展、完善阶段，虽然建立了一些上市公司会计信息披露制度，但不健全，存在问题很多，这不利于我国证券市场的健康发展。针对上市公司会计信息披露制度存在的问题，作者提出了如何改进及规范会计信息披露的对策，从而提高它的真实性、及时性、可信性。

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
