亚克汀病诊断中精神发育迟滞的诊断标准研究

目的　探求亚克汀病诊断中精神发育迟滞的诊断标准。方法　按不同智力测验量表测出的不同智商范围标准,对秦巴山区3个MR高发典型区中按WHO标准所实际诊断出的中、轻度MR及边缘儿童的检出率进行比较。结果　①用韦氏测验且以亚克汀病诊断中制定的智商范围标准(IQ为50～69),虽然对实际诊断出的4～14岁轻度MR儿童的检出率显著高于(P<0.01)按WHO标准(IQ为55～69)的检出率,但易将中度MR混入轻度MR儿童之中,而用瑞文测验时,两种智商范围标准对轻度MR儿童的检出率均明显偏低;②对4岁以下婴幼儿,用DDST量表筛出的异常率显著高于(P<0.01)用Gesell量表所测出的智能发育迟长率,而后者又高于实际诊断的MR患病率。结论　在缺碘地区对亚克汀病患儿的精神发育迟滞进行诊断时,对4岁以上儿童宜采用韦氏测验且用WHO制定的智商与社会适应能力标准,对4岁以下婴幼儿宜用Gesell测验且结合儿科医生的行为观察和行为评定结果。     

不同智商的学生自我概念的差异分析

[目的]用团体智测和自我概念量表作为研究工具,以中学生为研究对象,探索不同智商的中学生自我概念的差异规律。[方法]利用团体智力测验和田纳西自我概念量表对74 4名中学生进行测量。[结果]1 随着智力的发展自我概念各因子分也在增加。高智商组和正常组与低智商组的自我概念间(除SA、PER、SO外)有显著性差异(P <0 0 1)。2 同一智力水平随着年级的增加有较大的变化,初中二年级的自我概念发展和变化最大。3 IQ与自我概念各因子存在有正相关,但相关性较低(0 12～0 17)。[结论]不同智商与自我概念存在较大差异。     

神经运动功能测验在亚临床克汀病诊断中的应用

依据亚临床克汀病的诊断条件，将神经运动功能测验的方法和步骤分为３步：①可疑对象的筛选，提出在运用智力测验的同时，辅助以病史调查法，对智商在５０～６９之间且无患有明确影响智力疾病史者，可确定为亚临床克汀病的可疑对象；②神经运动功能检查，建议在测验项目选择中，选用易于用仪器自动计数或计时的项目，如敲击试验、反应时测验等；③正常与异常的判定，认为以非缺碘地区正常儿童实验结果Ｘ±２Ｓ作为正常值范围具有可行性。     

注意缺陷多动障碍儿童首次就诊的智力结构分析

目的:测试首次就诊、未经治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)儿童的智力结构.方法:采用韦氏儿童智力量表修订本(C-WISC)对33名ADHD儿童和33名正常儿童进行智力评估.结果:ADHD儿童言语智商(VIQ)为(102.55±14.16)、操作智商(PIQ)为(99.39±10.21)及总智商(FIQ)为(101.24±11.33),均分别低于正常儿童(115.91±9.53、113.91±10.93及116.76±10.60),差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);各分测验(除外图形拼凑)均显著低于正常儿童(P<0.05,P<0.01);ADHD儿童组言语智商VIQ-PIQ差值(13.35±8.75)显著高于对照组(7.31±4.14)(P<0.05).结论:ADHD儿童智商结果普遍下降,智力结构因为注意缺陷全面受损.操作智商发育落后于言语智商,智力结构发展不平衡.     

事业单位考试简版测验组成方法的比较研究?

分别基于因素分析法和逐步回归法,按照因子载荷和对误差解释率的大小,依次组成包含3、4、5、6个题型的简版测验.计算每种简版测验与全版测验的相关大小,以及在给定误差的情况下,每种简版测验的覆盖率.分别比较在给定及格分数线60和70分时,每种简版测验的总命中率和正命中率.结果为:1)基于因素分析方法开发的4种简版测验与全版测验的相关均达到显著水平,但重复测量的方差分析表明,这些简版测验与完整版测验分数的差异达到显著水平;2)基于逐步回归方法开发的4种简版测验与全版测验的相关均达到显著水平,但重复测量的方差分析表明,包含3和4个分测验的简版测验分数与全版测验的分数差异并不显著;3)当将60分作为及格线时,基于回归分析方法开发的简版测验的总命中率高于相应的基于因素分析方法开发的简版测验的总命中率,但正命中率却低于相应的简版测验.当将70分作为及格线时,基于回归分析方法开发的简版测验的总命中率高于相应的基于因素分析方法开发的简版测验的总命中率,但正命中率却没有表现出类似趋势.总体上讲,基于回归分析方法开发的简版测验与全版的相关,覆盖率以及命中率优于基于因素分析方法开发的简版测验.     

结构效度的因素分析和多维尺度分析比较

通过阐述探索性因素分析(EFA)和验证性因素分析(CFA)对心理测验结构效度的检验原理,再使用多维尺度分析技术对韦氏简明智力量表(WASI)和广泛性智力测验(WRIT)两个智力量表共8个智力维度进行结构效度检验。试图提出在检验心理测验的结构效度以及测验结构的相容性时,可以采取3步法:使用探索性因子分析技术检验因素效度;使用验证性因子分析检验各因素之间的结构效度;使用多维尺度分析检验各因素之间多维空间中的立体结构效度。     

急性期治疗对精神分裂症认知功能的影响及与症状变化的相关性

为了探讨精神分裂症患者急性期治疗后认知功能的变化以及与精神症状变化之间的关系。通过收集精神分裂症患者37例,给予利培酮治疗3个月,应用阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and nequtive syndrome scale,PANSS)及精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识版(MATRICS consesuscognitive battery,MCCB)分别评估患者治疗前后的临床症状及认知功能的方法研究了精神分裂症患者急性期治疗后认知功能的变化以及与精神症状变化之间的关系。结果表明治疗后患者的处理速度(P 0. 01)、工作记忆(P 0. 01)及推理与解决问题能力(P 0. 01)均较治疗前显著性升高,言语学习和记忆、视觉学习和记忆及社会认知功能较治疗前无明显变化;治疗后患者PANSS总分(P 0. 01)、阳性症状评分(P 0. 01)、阴性症状评分(P 0. 01)及一般病理症状评分(P 0. 01)均较治疗前显著降低;治疗后认知功能中处理速度(r=0. 55,P 0. 01)及工作记忆(r=0. 42,P 0. 05)的改善与阴性症状的缓解正相关,与总症状、阳性症状及一般病理症状的改善无相关性,推理与解决问题能力的改善与总症状、阳性症状、阴性症状及一般病理症状的改善均无相关性。可见急性期药物治疗可改善精神分裂症患者认知功能中的处理速度、工作记忆及推理与解决问题能力,处理速度及工作记忆的改善与阴性症状的缓解相关。     

武警官兵职业压力与心理健康的关系：社会支持的调节作用

目的：探讨社会支持在武警官兵职业压力与心理健康关系中的作用。方法：采用军人职业压力量表、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）和症状自评量表（scl-90）,对488名武警官兵进行测试。结果：1）职业压力总均分及各因子分均与心理健康总均分及各因子分显著正相关（ps5〈0．01）,领悟社会支持总均分及各因子分均与心理健康总均分及各因子分显著负相关（ps〈0．01）。2）领悟社会支持在职业压力与心理健康的关系中起调节作用。结论：提高武警官兵的社会支持,有利于降低职业压力对心理健康的不利影响。     

高中生心理健康水平与家庭功能的相关研究

采用“心理健康诊断测验”(MHT)和“家庭功能评定量表”(FAD)调查郑州市重点、普通高中二年级共236人,并对结果进行相关分析。结果表明:沟通与学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向等七项因子分存在显著正相关;角色与对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向等六项因子分存在显著正相关。沟通、角色与总的功能与高中生的心理健康水平呈显著正相关。结论表明:高中生的心理健康水平欠佳。完善家庭中的沟通、角色功能有利于促进高中生的心理健康水平。     

用项目反应理论编制中文版远程联想测验(RAT)

遵循远程联想理论, 筛选适用于中国中学生群体的远程联想测验题本; 运用项目反应理论, 构建双参数模型, 使用来自广东、甘肃和湖北3所中学2659名初中学生的结果进行项目分析检验。遵照标准参照测验的编制原则, 选取难度为3.00~3.00, 区分度为0.30~2.50以及θ(π0)处信息量大于0.20的项目, 编制了中文版远程联想测验(RAT)(计91个项目)。该中文版RAT与托伦斯创造力测验、伦科创造力测验和瑞文智力测验的成绩正相关, 该测验可以预测中学生的学业成绩和教师评价的创造力表现。此外, 还讨论了该测验在实践中的应用价值。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
