采用文献资料法、数理统计法和比较分析法等方法,对第28、29届奥运会及第14、15届世锦赛中国男篮的攻防能力进行横向和纵向比较分析。研究结果表明：在进攻上,中国男篮和对手存在明显差距的主要原因是2分球的出手次数少,助攻低和失误多;在防守能力上,近两届世锦赛和奥运会,中国男篮的防守技术指标呈现出良好的趋势,同对手的差距在缩小。针对中国男篮的不足提出了一些建议,以期促进篮球运动的可持续发展。

A novel method to improve the performance of heatexchanger——Temperaturefields coordination of fluids

The methods to enhance the heat transfer in heat exchanger may be classified into two levels: one is to improve the heat transfer coefficient; the other is to upgrade the whole arrangement of the heat exchangers. For the second level, the performance of heat exchanger can be upgraded by increasing the coordination degree between the temperature fields of cold and hot fluids. When the temperature distributions are similar to each other, the temperature difference field (TDF) is more uniform, which means that the temperature fields are more coordinated with each other. For the cross-flow heat exchanger, rearrangement of the heat exchange surface area should improve the heat transfer effectiveness, which is even equal to that of the counter-flow heat exchanger when the surface area is reassigned optimally. For the multi-stream heat exchanger, the thermal performance is also dependent on the uniformity of the TDF, and the parallel-flow arrangement may achieve higher heat exchange effectiveness than the counter-flow arrangement, which indicates that the performance of heat exchanger depends on the coordination degree of temperature fields instead of the flow arrangement.

A Co—expression System Based on Phage and Phagemid to Select Cognate Antibody—antigen Pairs in vivo

A modified selectively-infective phage(SIP) is developed to facilitate the selection of interacting antibody-antigen paris from a large single-chan antibody(scFv)library in vivo.The system is constructed with a modified helper phage M13KO7 and phagemid pCANTAB 5E.The antigen fused to the C-terminal of N1-N2 domain and the scFv to the N-terminal of CT domain of the gIIIp of filamentous phage are encoded on the phage and phagemid vectors respectively.The phages produced by co-transformants restore infectivity via interaction between antigen and antibody fusions in the cell periplasm.In a model system,the scFv fragment of the anti-hemagglutinin 17/9 antibody and its corresponding antigen are detected in the presence of a 10^5 fold excess of a non-interacting cotrol paris,which demonstrates this system to be very sensitive and facile to screen a large single-chain antibody library.

A new hybrid method—combined heat flux method with Monte-Carlo method to analyze thermal radiation

A new hybrid method, Monte-Carlo-Heat-Flux (MCHF) method, was presented to analyze the radiative heat transfer of participating medium in a three-dimensional rectangular enclosure using combined the Monte-Carlo method with the heat flux method. Its accuracy and reliability was proved by comparing the computational results with exact results from classical "Zone Method".     

A new method to reconstruct hydrocarbon-generating histories of source rocks in a petroleum-bearing basin——the method of geological and geochemical sections

Via investigating typical Palaeozoic and Mesozoic petroleum-bearing basins in China by using thermal maturation theories of organic matter to improve the conventional Karweil's method,a new method to reconstruct hydrocarbon-generating histories of source rocks has been suggested.This method, combining geological background with geochemical information makes the calculated VRo closer to the measured one. Moreover, it enables us to make clear the hydrocarbon generation trend of source rocks during geological history. The method has the merits of simple calculation and objective presentation, especially suitable to basins whose sedimentation and tectonic movements are complicated.
