碳钢薄板厂板坯连铸机上使用的引锭杆开浇过程中出现下窜,严重影响着6#连铸机的生产稳定性。通过对引锭杆下窜故障的现场诊断及故障分析,从引锭杆设计、修复质量等方面找到了其下窜故障的影响因素,提出了5条改进措施。改进后引锭杆寿命比原来提高了2倍,同时消除了开浇过程下窜的隐患,保证了6#连铸机的稳定、可靠运行。  相似文献

随着国民经济的持续快速发展,国内对铜合金带材的需求量也在逐年增加。水平连铸是目前生产铜及铜合金带材的重要工艺。主要从国内外水平连铸技术的发展历史、水平连铸设备、水平连铸的生产工艺流程、结晶器的基本结构和水平连铸的优点等方面对铜板带的水平连铸进行了论述与介绍。并且重点分析了铜合金板带坯在凝固过程中产生表面凹坑、气孔、晶粒不均匀、边部裂纹、反偏析、缩松等缺陷的原因,并提出了相应的改善措施,有效预防了缺陷的产生,提高了带材的成品率,延长了结晶器的使用寿命。并对铜板带水平连铸未来的发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献

作为“金属冷凝、加热过程数学模型研究”的一部分,本文根据水平连铸工艺特点,建立了坯壳应力数学模型。推导了结晶器内、外坯壳应力解,定量地分析了各种工艺参数对坯壳应力状态的影响。评价了引锭力对不同厚度坯壳的作用程度,并初步提出了改善坯壳应力状态的途径和措施。  相似文献

为推导多杆机构的瞬停节传递特性 ,利用瞬停节的概念分析了 4杆机构和 6杆机构的自锁性能。根据 6杆机构存在多个瞬停节的现象 ,定义了瞬停节传递的概念 ,并证明了多杆机构瞬停节传递现象发生在新增杆组与组成瞬停节构件相连接的时候。因此利用瞬停节的传递可以进行具有稳定自锁功能的多杆机构设计 ;结合假肢的具体要求 ,还可以设计出具有可靠自锁功能的 6连杆假肢膝关节  相似文献

上引连铸生产铜镁合金接触线的工艺中,镁含量波动、断杆及裂纹等铸造缺陷制约着接触线产品质量的提高。通过对上引连铸过程中镁含量变化规律及断杆、裂纹的特征和产生原因的分析,提出了相关的工艺措施,有效的解决了镁含量波动问题,减少了断杆和裂纹杆的发生几率,提高了产品合格率。  相似文献

为了实现以铝代铜,开发铜铝复合材料,设计和制造了一台制备铜包铝复合棒坯的充芯连铸试验机.该机器的特点为:结晶器为水冷铜套内衬石墨套;在高度方向上设置一高一低直径不同的加热器,下加热器与结晶器相连接在此试验机上;充芯与连铸同时进行.利用该设备,成功地连铸出芯部直径为φ24mm,外层厚度为8mm的铜包铝双金属复合棒.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
