针对煤矸石、粉煤灰等占用大量的耕地并对矿区生态环境造成的污染问题,在对阜新地区煤矸石、粉煤灰进行基本性质检测的基础上,将煤矸石破碎级配后作集料,粉煤灰作填料,钢纤维作增强材料与环氧树脂胶粘剂结合,成功配制出7d抗压强度57.32MPa、抗折强度15.37MPa的树脂混凝土.文中基于均匀试验设计了9组试验方案.利用SPSS软件处理试验数据建立了强度回归方程,用MATLAB技术得到树脂混凝土的最优配合比,并进行了机理分析.该项目吃"渣"大,煤矸石、粉煤灰取代天然砂石占树脂混凝土总质量85%左右,研究成果为阜新市经济转型开辟了一条新途径,对实现阜新地区资源-环境-经济共同发展具有重要意义.  相似文献

水泥混凝土作为最大宗的人造材料,对资源、能源的需求和对环境的影响十分巨大.混凝土能否长期维持作为最主要的建筑结构材料,关键在于能否成为绿色材料,达到保护环境与发展同行,在混凝土中大量使用工业废弃物是其发展的重要途径.试验认为,用大掺量粉煤灰生产高性能混凝土是可行的.通过采用对粉煤灰进行磨细处理 高效减水剂的方法,当水泥熟料仅用25%左右,粉煤灰掺量为70%时,可配制得到工作性好,3 d强度大于20 MPa,28 d强度在50 MPa以上,其后期强度有极好发展的混凝土.大掺量粉煤灰混凝土能更多地利用粉煤灰,减少熟料用量,对环境保护极为有利.  相似文献

通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析等方法研究了粉煤灰、废玻璃和矿渣等固体废弃物-石灰体系的蒸压反应特性.结果表明:1.2MPa饱和蒸汽压下,固体废弃物的 Si-O 伸缩振动频率越低,其蒸压样品的结合水量越大,水热反应能力越强;粉煤灰、废玻璃的 Si-O 伸缩振动频率越低,其蒸压样品的强度越高;矿渣蒸压样品的强度与矿渣的 Si-O 伸缩振动频率表现出不同于其他两种固体废弃物的规律,这主要是因为矿渣中的活性铝参与了反应,形成大量的水石榴石,导致其蒸压样品的强度下降.  相似文献

为了扩展混凝土矿物掺加料的种类和掺量,优化配比了双掺陶瓷砖抛光废粉及粗粉煤灰混凝土(PFC),矿物总掺量为0~60%.对比分析了水胶比、胶凝材料用量、减水剂用量等配合比参数对混凝土工作性的影响,获得了不同混凝土的3d、7d及28d强度.研究表明,优化配比下,不同掺量的复掺矿物混凝土(PFC),均可达到预期的工作性控制目标.50%掺量时,各龄期强度可较普通混凝土提高50%左右;60%掺量时,类似工作性的混凝土可降低水泥用量24%以上,研究可为陶瓷抛光废粉和粗粉煤灰用于混凝土提供试验参考.  相似文献

试验研究水灰比、砂率、粉煤灰替代率、硅灰掺量及废砖替代率5个因素对复掺废砖再生混凝土抗压强度的影响.结果表明:水灰比、砂率和粉煤灰替代率对复掺再生混凝土28 d抗压强度的影响都是先增大后减小;随着硅灰掺量的增加,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度依次增大;随着废砖替代率的提高,再生混凝土28 d抗压强度逐步减小;当其他组分掺量适当,废砖骨料替代率为100%时,可以配制满足C30强度要求的再生混凝土.  相似文献

基于以废治废有效利用大掺量粉煤灰治理淤泥的思路,使用水泥和生石灰作为粉煤灰的激发剂,同时使用高吸水树脂内供水进行固化土内养护,进行固化土无侧限抗压强度试验和含水率试验.水泥加高吸水树脂、水泥加粉煤灰及水泥加生石灰双掺固化试验发现,各掺量下固化土的强度随龄期的增长而增长,在水泥掺入比一定时各种固化材料存在最佳掺量;以此为基础的四种材料的正交试验得出了固化淤泥的最佳的配比组合并分析固化机制,可以为低掺量水泥处理高含水率疏浚淤泥的实际工程提供参考.含水率试验得出粉煤灰和生石灰能快速降低固化土的含水率,高吸水树脂能够延缓固化土含水率的降低,能够通过内供水的方式保证水化反应环境,继而促使水化反应更大程度地进行.  相似文献

以质量分数0、10%、20%、30%和50%的废玻璃细骨料取代天然细骨料制作废玻璃再生混凝土试块,测试废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土试块的坍落度、抗压强度和回弹值,研究废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土的工作性能、强度性能和回弹特性。结果表明:废玻璃细骨料取代天然细骨料制作废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土是可行的,废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土的抗压破坏机理不同于普通混凝土,但废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土回弹值和抗压强度的变化规律与普通混凝土相近;废玻璃取代率为30%时,废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土的工作性能和力学性能均最佳;用SPSS软件建立的RGC3试件养护龄期与抗压强度、回弹值与抗压强度的预测公式,精度符合要求。  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
