用熔炼法制备TiB2/Al复合材料.通过添加Ti,B化合物,在纯铝基体中原位生成TiB2颗粒,基体得以增强.就TiB2的体积分数对复合材料机械性能和显微组织的影响进行了研究,并对两种Ti,B化合物(Ⅰ,Ⅱ号)的增强效果进行了比较.结果表明,TiB2/Al复合材料的机械性能明显优于铝基体.与Ⅰ号Ti,B化合物相比,Ⅱ号Ti,B化合物能更有效地提高复合材料的强度和硬度.TiB2/Al复合材料的拉伸强度和硬度随Ti,B化合物加入量增多而提高,而延伸率降低.含2.0%(体积分数)TiB2的复合材料其热轧退火态的拉伸强度和铸态布氏硬度分别为158MPa和388MPa,与纯铝基体相比,拉伸强度和硬度分别提高了111%和51%.  相似文献

采用激光熔覆技术,在45#钢表面进行了镍基合金粉末添加碳纳米管的熔覆试验,对熔覆层横截面进行了硬度测试和显微组织分析,对熔覆层表面进行了X射线衍射物相分析和摩擦磨损试验.结果表明,碳纳米管能够提高镍基合金激光熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性能,当碳纳米管的质量分数为0.4%时,镍基合金激光熔覆层的耐磨性能最好.  相似文献

利用原位聚合方法制备了尼龙-6/纳米SiO2、尼龙6/纳米TiO2及尼龙6/碳纳米管复合材料;对复合材料的力学性能、软化温度进行测试,并对复合材料进行了IR分析;探讨了改性纳米粒子对复合材料力学性能的影响.结果表明:经钛酸酯偶联剂表面处理的纳米TiO2、经硅烷偶联剂处理的纳米SiO2及混酸处理的碳纳米管都可以在一定程度上提高尼龙6基体的拉伸强度和冲击强度;当复合材料中纳米SiO2质量分数为3%,或纳米TiO2质量分数为3%,或碳纳米管质量分数为1%时,其复合材料有较好的力学性能.  相似文献

通过对多壁碳纳米管进行表面处理,用超声分散和模具浇注成型法制备了碳纳米管/环氧树脂纳米复合材料。研究了碳纳米管含量和表面处理对碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料力学性能和断面形貌的影响,分析了碳纳米管对环氧树脂的增强机理。结果表明,随着碳纳米管含量的增加,碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度及模量先增加后减小;当碳纳米管的质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别达到最大值69.8MPa、136.9MPa和3.72GPa,比纯环氧树脂提高了33.9%、29.3%和4.8%;当碳纳米管的质量分数为1.5%时,拉伸模量达到最大值2050.5MPa,比纯环氧树脂提高了7.3%。  相似文献

使用铸造技术制备了碳纳米管铸钢复合材料.将碳纳米管与铝粉球磨混合,冷压成饼状预制块.将钢水浇注在粉碎成颗粒度为2mm的预制块粉末上,制得样品.拉伸试验结果表明碳纳米管添加量为0.1%的复合材料样品拉伸强度较未添加碳管的铸钢试样提高11%.复合材料使用扫描电镜观察样品断口,发现碳纳米管存在,显示碳纳米管被成功加入到钢基体中.  相似文献

采用氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)、丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)以及马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAPP)分别对纤维素、木屑和秸秆进行了表面改性处理,并分别制备了三种植物纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料,考察了复合材料的拉伸性能与改性方法、纤维类型及纤维含量的关系。结果表明,复合材料的拉伸强度随着纤维含量提高而降低;MAPP处理较硅烷偶联剂处理的纤维-基体界面粘接性能改善较大,其拉伸强度最大提高了50%,而断裂延伸率和断裂韧性也由于界面结合力提高而明显降低。  相似文献

对碳纳米管/2024铝合金复合材料进行固溶和时效处理,通过维氏硬度和室温拉伸实验测试了复合材料的性能,对固溶和时效处理后复合材料的微观组织和析出相进行了表征。研究发现,复合材料的强塑性与固溶和时效处理密切相关,碳纳米管/2024铝合金复合材料经530 ℃×4 h固溶处理后维氏硬度达到最高,为179.45,较原始复合材料维氏硬度提高约31%。时效处理后加速了时效硬化行为,经130 ℃×4 h时效处理后复合材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率最高,分别为430.4 MPa,606.1 MPa和9.5%。结果表明,碳纳米管/2024铝合金复合材料适宜的固溶和时效制度为:固溶处理530 ℃×4 h,时效处理130 ℃×4 h。  相似文献

用转矩流变仪共混-模压成型方法制备了Ekonol / POM复合材料,在对复合材料的力学性能(含拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度、压缩强度和断裂强度)以及显微硬度进行测试的基础上,考察了聚苯酯的含量对于复合材料力学性能的影响.结果表明, Ekonol的最佳含量为20%(质量分数),此时,复合材料的压缩强度比POM提高42.4%,显微硬度提高24.7%.而其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和断裂强度有所降低,但并不妨碍其作为结构零件使用.  相似文献

重点探讨了一种制备SiCp/6066Al复合材料的新工艺,即高能球磨法与粉末冶金技术相结合,采用低温长时分段式烧结和低温快速热挤压工艺成功制备了高性能的10%SiCp/6066Al复合材料.研究了材料的微观组织结构和力学性能.材料的平均屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率与工艺相同但采用高温短时烧结相比,分别提高了82%,65%和300%.采用高能球磨法混料和低温快速热挤压工艺相结合,是实现增强体颗粒均匀分布的最有效方法。  相似文献

采用激光熔覆技术在Cr12MoV冷作模具钢上制备Al_2O_3陶瓷颗粒增强的镍基合金涂层,分别采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机研究了熔敷镍基合金涂层的横截面宏观形貌、显微组织、物相、显微硬度和耐磨性能.结果表明:当陶瓷颗粒的质量分数为15%时,镍基合金涂层中出现明显裂纹;当陶瓷颗粒的质量分数小于15%时,镍基合金涂层中金属与母材具有良好的冶金结合;镍基合金涂层的显微硬度与耐磨性具有相同的变化规律,即随着陶瓷颗粒质量分数的增加,显微硬度逐渐增大,耐磨性能逐渐增强,这是由于Al_2O_3陶瓷颗粒均匀分布在Cr元素形成的固溶体骨架附近的缘故.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
