基于生产中的实际问题,研究了碳酸钡分解的机理,通过一系列毒重石分解的实验,最终确定了毒重石钡矿分解的最佳条件,为半工业性试验积累了经验.实验研究认为,在1300℃下煅烧毒重石比较符合实际要求,加入10%左右的焦粉有利于毒重石分解.  相似文献

本实验主要采用无盐焙烧法对暮石煤钒矿石进行焙烧和浸出研究。在700-900℃高温下焙烧.然后用硫酸做浸出分解试羽,在80-90℃条件下从舍钒石煤矿石中钢得硫酸钒酰溶液(浸出液),得到最佳焙烧和浸出工艺参数。  相似文献

通过对氧化锌矿的矿物组成、熔化温度等基本物性的研究,确定采用高温氧化焙烧的方法对氧化锌矿进行焙烧实验;试验结果表明;在所有的焙烧实验条件下,烧损率的变化并不明显,在30%左右;提高温度,可提高焙烧效果,焙烧的适宜温度为1200℃;增加焙烧时间,其焙烧效果与矿石焙度有关,粒度为5-10mm,焙烧时间为90min的焙烧效果较好,而粒度为15-20mm时,120min的效果较好;增加粒度有利于提高焙烧效果,矿石的适宜粒度为15-20mm。  相似文献

目的研究不同钡矿物对制备无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物的影响,为工业生产含钡硫铝酸盐水泥提供理论依据.方法分别采用毒重石和重晶石为含钡原材料,在1 400℃保温180 min的烧成制度下烧成硫铝酸钡钙矿物(2Ca O·Ba O·Ca SO4),使用X射线粉末衍射法对烧成熟料进行测试,并使用TOPAS软件进行定量分析.结果在全谱拟合过程中,使用毒重石制备无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物的Rw p的值为7.71%,使用重晶石制备无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物的Rw p值为12.64%,使用毒重石烧成的熟料中无明显杂质相,使用重晶石烧成的熟料中出现了11.22%的铝酸钡.结论使用毒重石制备的无水硫铝酸钡钙矿物比使用重晶石制备的矿物更为纯净.  相似文献

进行了西澳超细粒磁铁精矿分别配加国产磁铁精矿和巴西赤铁精矿制备氧化球团矿的实验研究.结果表明,以100%西澳超细磁铁精矿为原料制备氧化球团矿时,球团预热及焙烧性能较差,在预热温度为1050℃、预热时间20 min及焙烧温度1300℃、焙烧时间40 min的条件下,预热球团和焙烧球团矿抗压强度分别为每个502和2313 N.西澳超细粒磁铁精矿配加40%国产磁铁精矿或20%巴西赤铁精矿时,球团适宜预热温度由1050℃分别降低到950和975℃,适宜的焙烧温度由1300℃分别降低到1250和1280℃;而且焙烧球团矿的抗压强度分别提高到每个2746 N和每个2630 N.焙烧球团矿的微观结构研究表明:配加国产磁铁精矿后,焙烧球团矿中Fe2 O3晶粒发育优良,晶粒间互联程度提高,晶粒粗大,孔隙率低,固结更加紧密.配加20%巴西赤铁精矿时,焙烧球团矿中Fe2 O3晶粒基本连接成片,Fe2 O3晶体发育良好.优化配矿是改善西澳超细粒磁铁精矿球团矿预热及焙烧性能的有效途径.  相似文献

针对高钙、高磷型含钛钢渣的特点,采用Na OH为焙烧剂,考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间、碱矿比对含钛钢渣在熔融Na OH体系中TiO2提取率的影响,并对焙烧过程动力学进行解析。研究结果表明:含钛钢渣在熔融Na OH体系中优化反应条件为焙烧温度450℃,碱矿比6:1,焙烧时间60min;当焙烧温度为350~500℃时,含钛钢渣在熔融Na OH体系中焙烧过程由内扩散控制,反应表观活化能E=10.77k J/mol,其动力学方程可描述为:1-2X/3-(1-X)2/3=1.239exp[-39.4/(RT)]t;含钛钢渣中主要物相Mg2TiO4,Mn Ti2O4和CaTiO3在熔融Na OH体系中焙烧过程中已完全分解,为后续钛的提取创造了有利条件。  相似文献

使用BET和XRD对拟薄水铝石、硫酸铝和硝酸铝制得的氧化铝,以及由这三种铝源经过钡改性制得的氧化铝,在1000℃和1150℃下焙烧后的比表面积和晶型进行了考察.并探讨了C3H8、C3H6和CO在这三组氧化铝样品制成的单钯催化剂上的氧化活性,Pd在涂层中的重量为0.96g/L.结果表明,经过钡改性后,粉末样品的热稳定性和催化剂的氧化活性都有所提高.不同铝源的选择对样品的高热稳定性及催化剂的活性都有很大的影响.由硫酸铝制得的氧化铝经钡改性,1150℃焙烧后粉末样品的比表面积增加幅度最大,而硫酸铝为铝源的催化剂经钡改性,1000℃焙烧后氧化活性提高得最明显.  相似文献

采用氧化焙烧-酸浸法从高碳石煤中提钒试验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对广西某难浸高碳石煤,比较相同焙烧和酸浸条件下静态焙烧矿和流态化焙烧矿钒的浸出率,优化流态化焙烧矿的酸浸条件。研究结果表明:流态化焙烧矿酸浸钒的浸出率比静态焙烧矿酸浸钒的浸出率平均高24%,所以,在相同焙烧温度、时间下流态化焙烧较静态焙烧更利于钒的浸出;在液固质量比为0.8:1.0,二氧化锰添加量为3%和氢氟酸添加量为2%的条件下,得最佳酸浸条件,即酸矿质量比为0.4:1.0,浸出温度为150℃,浸出时间为6 h,在此最佳酸浸条件下,钒浸出率可达88.26%。  相似文献

为降低独居石分解工艺的加碱量,并提高独居石分解率,本研究在NaOH-Ca(OH)2体系中对独居石精矿进行焙烧分解,采用XRD对焙烧产物进行物相分析,并结合焙烧矿中稀土元素在盐酸中的浸出率判断独居石分解效果.实验分别研究了NaOH添加量、Ca(OH)2添加量、焙烧温度以及焙烧时间对独居石精矿分解的影响.结果表明,在NaOH-Ca(OH)2体系中,独居石精矿分解的最佳工艺条件:NaOH添加量为25%,Ca(OH)2添加量为20%,焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为1.5h.该焙烧条件下独居石全部分解为稀土氧化物,浓盐酸对稀土浸出率可达到98%左右.与现有工业生产工艺相比,本研究工艺中碱添加量降低55%左右,独居石分解率提高2%左右.  相似文献

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
