委托代理理论下循环农业企业支持与规制研究

乡村振兴背景下,发展循环农业是生态文明建设的根本保证．而推动循环农业主体发展的前提,便是重视农业企业的持续发展,并制定出能够推动此类企业稳步发展的科学机制,以委托代理理论为基础,构建循环农业企业委托-代理模型．结合模型构建有关于税收优惠、产权制度变革以及财政扶持弹的支持机制、建立环境会计核算体系,采取各种方式保证市场运行机制及行政机制的合理性,通过科学制度体系推动农业企业发展,使其在不断提高自身综合实力的过程中发展成循环型农业,加快我国生态文明建设进度．

比较NBA与CBA可以看出,NBA与CBA 产生的背景不同,两者的职能也不相同.NBA联赛市场产生了俱乐部业主与NBA总裁﹑俱乐部业主与俱乐部总经理两个层次的委托代理机制,而CBA组织机构与投资者之间的委托代理关系不清晰,投资者与职业俱乐部经理人之间尽管存在着形式上的委托代理关系,但二者缺乏通过制度、契约所建立的运行通畅的激励与约束机制.不过,CBA 联赛组织机构与体育中介机构之间建立起的委托代理机制,在设计上具有一定的创新价值和积极意义.NBA与CBA在外部政策和内部制度上有很大差异,NBA有"垄断豁免权"等很多外部优惠政策,CBA尚无任何外部优惠政策;NBA有完整的系统内部法规体系,CBA的内部法规体系尚不系统和完整.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
