本文采用化学镀的方法对粉煤灰微珠表面进行镀银处理,制备出导电良好的银包粉煤灰微珠,且探讨了粉煤灰微珠粒径、镀银工艺参数对镀银效果和镀银微珠导电性能的影响。实验结果表明:粉煤灰微珠粒径越大,镀银效果越好;经每升含有30mLHF(质量分数36%)和10gNH4F的粗化液处理和每升含有3gAgNO3银氨活化液的处理的微珠镀银效果好;银氨镀液中AgNO含量应为8g/L,镀液的pH值应控制在10~11。  相似文献

对短切聚酯纤维进行化学镀银,制备了用于导电高分子材料的导电填料,探讨了氨水浓度、装载量及稳定剂对纤维化学镀银的影响。实验表明,φ=0.10的氨水有利于化学镀银;通过调整装载量,可提高纤维的增重量率和硝酸银的利用率;稳定剂的加入可阻止镀液自分解,但对包覆层的均匀性和致密性有影响。电性能测试表明,镀银纤维的体积电阻率可达3.35×1-0 3Ω.cm,以其作为导电橡胶填料,当含量为w=0.40时,其电阻率为1.54×1-0 1Ω.cm。  相似文献

根据化学镀CoB薄膜试验得到镀液中反应物浓度、pH值、温度以及对应沉积速率.利用回归分析法,建立一元线性回归处理的数学模型和多元线性回归处理的数学模型.实验数据的拟合程度用相关系数R与剩余方差S来表征,借助于计算机编程运算,求出回归系数的估计值b0-3、估计值的置信区间、残差r、残差的置信区间rint分别确定上述诸因素所对应的反应动力学参数,并求出镀液中反应物浓度、pH值、温度与对应沉积速率的对数关系曲线表达式,导得了镀液沉积速率的方程式.优化了实验方案,确定了镀液的构成和工艺条件,成功制备了性能良好的合金镀层.  相似文献

采用常用电镀溶液的分析方法,研究了化学镀镍一磷一金刚石镀液老化情况,提出了一种新的化学镀液再生处理巩义,并对再生液与相同条件下原镀液进行了比较。新的化学镀液再生处理工艺为:氯化钙添加量为[Ca^2+]/[(HPO)^2-]比为0.7-08;温度50±5℃;处理时间6小时。再生液与相同条件下原镀液性能相当,能够满足生产工艺要求。  相似文献

采用正交试验法研究了络合剂、稳定剂、pH值以及温度对镀层和镀液性能的影响,优选出高稳定性、长寿命的镀液组分及工艺。实验表明,该工艺稳定,镀液氯化钯稳定性实验时间大于580s,稳定常数为99%,使用寿命大于8周期,得到光亮、致密、外观平整的Ni-P镀层,镀层磷含量为8.58%,镀层沉积速度为20.94μm/h。  相似文献

研究了CrCl3对酸性化学镀镍铜磷合金溶液的稳定性、沉积速度以及镀层成分、表面断面形貌的影响,并与文献报道的其他Ni-Cu-P镀液的稳定剂进行了比较.结果表明:CrCl3能有效地抑制镍铜磷镀液的分解和铜在基体上的置换反应,得到更高铜含量的光亮镀层;随着CrCl3在镀液中含量的增加,沉积速度先升后降;CrCl3的加入使镀层中铜含量略微降低,镍磷含量增加;与其他稳定剂一样,CrCl3不改变沉积层的岛状表面形貌;断面形貌表明镀层仍保持致密.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
