将用溶胶-凝胶法得到的La0.67Ca0.33MnO3(LCMO)微粉与ZrO2的颗粒进行复合,制备了(LCMO)x/(ZrO2)1-x渗流复合体系。当LCMO的体积份数为40%时,复合体系达到渗流阈值,此时材料在低温下的磁电阻得到显著增强。77 K时在10 mT的磁场下,(LCMO)0.4/(ZrO2)0.6的磁电阻比为7.8%,相对于LCMO增加了712%。  相似文献

应用氧离子束辅助准分子脉冲激光沉积薄膜技术 ,先在不锈钢基底上室温下淀积出平面织构的钇稳锆(YSZ)缓冲层薄膜 ,再在YSZ/不锈钢上 750℃下制备出了平面织构和高临界电流密度YBa2 Cu3 O7-x(YBCO)薄膜 .YSZ和YBCO薄膜都为C 轴取向和平面织构的 ,YSZ( 2 0 2 )和YBCO( 1 0 3 )的X射线 (扫描衍射峰的全宽半峰值分别为 2 0°和 1 2°.YBCO薄膜的临界温度和临界电流密度分别为 91K(R =0 )和 7.2× 1 0 5A/cm2 ( 77K ,无外磁场 ) .  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备了Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4和α-Fe2O3纳米微粉,进而利用陶瓷工艺制备了(Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4)1-x/(α-Fe2O3)x纳米晶复合块体材料.详细研究了(Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4)1-x/(α-Fe2O3)x样品的相结构、磁学性质和电阻率的温度依赖性.研究发现在Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4中掺入适量的α-Fe2O3可改善材料的高频软磁性能,也可改善样品电阻率的温度灵敏度.从而为锰锌铁氧体性能的改善提供了新的线索.  相似文献

利用磁控溅射方法制备了不同金属体积分数x的(Fe21Ni79)x-(Al2O3)1-x纳米颗粒膜样品,并对样品的霍尔效应进行了研究,在x=0.48时,样品的饱和霍尔电阻率为4.5μΩ.cm,霍尔电压为450μV。在同样的制备条件下保持x不变,用Co去替代部分Ni得到一系列[Fe21(NimCon)]x-(Al2O3)1-x颗粒膜,测量其霍尔电压,结果发现随着Co含量的增加,霍尔电压增大,当原子比n/m=0.6时,霍尔电压为1125μV。  相似文献

在采用传统固相烧结工艺制备0-3型x Ni_(0.7)Zn_(0.3)Fe_2O_4-(1-x)BaTiO_3(x=0.00,0.15,0.30,0.45)多铁复合陶瓷靶材和采用PLD技术探索纯相BaTiO_3薄膜溅射工艺的基础上,本文在不同激光能量条件下分别在Pt(111)/Ti/SiO_2/Si、0.5%铌掺杂的钛酸锶(STO:0.5%Nb)和钌酸锶(SRO)衬底上制备了相应配比的0-3型xNi_(0.7)Zn_(0.3)Fe_2O_4-(1-x)BaTiO_3(x=0.15,0.3,0.45)复合薄膜。然后详细研究了这些复合薄膜的极化行为和影响因素,以期获得更优化的PLD工艺参数。  相似文献

为探究Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管的微结构和铁电性能,采用阳极氧化法生成TiO_2纳米管,并以TiO_2纳米管为模板采用水热合成法制备Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X线衍射仪(XRD)和铁电分析仪对不同硝酸镧浓度和水热反应温度下所得Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管状阵列的微观结构和铁电性能进行测试分析.结果表明:增大硝酸镧浓度和提高水热反应温度均有利于TiO_2纳米管向Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管的转变,并提高其结晶度,在240℃水热温度下制备所得Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管的表面形貌最好.铁电分析仪测得Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管的P-E曲线具有良好的滞后性,表明样品具有优良的铁电性能,说明增加硝酸镧的浓度和升高水热温度均有助于提高Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管的剩余极化强度(Pr)和矫顽场(Ec),水热温度为240℃、硝酸镧浓度为0.01 mol/L条件下制备所得Ba_(1-x)La_(2x/3)TiO_3纳米管的剩余极化强度Pr达到1.32 C/cm2,矫顽场Ec可达3.37 k V/cm.  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备了NiFe2O4粉体样品,采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备了La2/3Sr1/3MnO3的多晶样品.用无压烧结制备了名义组分为(La2/3 Sr1/3MnO3)1-x(NiFe2O4)x(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20)的多晶样品.在1.8×107A/m磁场作用下,当x=0时,样品的磁电阻随温度几乎成线性变化;当x=0.10时,样品在335 K时出现峰值,磁电阻值达35%.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
