影响注册会计师审计独立性的因素分析

独立、客观、公正是注册会计师职业赖以存在并得以发展的信条和灵魂。由于经济利益的驱动,有关会计师事务所制度建设的不健全等内外部因素,影响了注册会计师审计独立性,因此。应采取相关措施增强审计的独立性,提高会计信息质量,以维护注册会计师审计的独立性,提高审计质量。     

会计师及注册会计师的职业判断

会计职业判断可分为会计师的职业判断和注册会计师的执业判断两个方面内容,会计师是信息的提供者,注册会计师是对其信心对外公布的"合理"保证者.在我国进行会计师职业判断与注册会计师职业判断的教育迫切而重要.     

民间审计的执业质量

关联方交易审计风险的识别与防范研究——以A公司为例

近年来财务舞弊事件频发,不仅影响了我国资本市场的正常运行,更加严重的损害了中小投资者的投资信心,而在众多舞弊手段中,关联方交易又具有一定的隐蔽性。本文以A公司关联方交易审计失败为例,通过分析注册会计师审计失败的原因,指出存在的主要问题,提出提升审计人员的专业水平、加强注册会计师对职业的谨慎性、加强注册会计师的职业道德建设和提高注册会计师对分析性程序的认识等几个方面的建议,为以后会计师事务所对上市公司关联方交易审计风险防范的问题提供参考价值。

注册会计师审计是维护商业正义的最后一道防线,审计独立性则是该防线的基石;丧失独立性,审计意见价值甚微,审计职业之社会功用难存。由于被审计单位管理当局负责日常经营管理,从而与注册会计师保持着密切的业务联系,这种先天的互动关系可能影响审计独立性,进而导致注册会计师向管理当局方面倾斜。而且,注册会计师审计市场基本上属于买方市场,作为买方的管理当局可能利用其对注册会计师的选择权或审计收费等手段来影响注册会计师独立性,达成购买审计意见的意图。

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
