目前企业信息化影响因素的研究大多是在评价指标体系的建立上,没有对其关键因素做进一步探讨,或对关键因素的描述过于宽泛,不易在实践中操作。为此,在研究企业信息化成熟度评价指标及其影响因素的基础上,采用典型相关分析方法,通过对63家企业问卷调查结果的定量分析,找出了评价指标和影响因素之间的关系。从10个可能的指标中得出了6个企业信息化成熟度评价指标,这些指标是:企业局域网建设水平、网站建设水平、生产过程的自动化程度、系统间信息共享程、与合作伙伴系统的衔接能力、电子商务的应用水平。从30个对评价指标有影响的因素中得出8个关键因素,这些因素是:企业领导的重视程度、员工的信息化技能、企业的信息化资金投入、企业管理制度现状、部分间的合作状况、政府对企业信息化的资金投入、政府在信息化中的作用以及客户和供应商的信息化水平。在企业信息化过程中,抓住这些关键影响因素,可避免人力、资金等方面的浪费,提高信息化的效果,达到稳步提高本企业核心竞争力的目的。  相似文献

制造业信息化绩效是评价制造业综合运营能力、客户响应速度以及创新能力的重要指标.结合理论研究和企业调研,提出了制造企业信息化水平评价指标体系,并采用主成分分析法建立了沈阳市工业企业信息化水平的数学评价模型.最后,采用K-means算法对100家沈阳市制造企业进行了信息化水平聚类分析,认为从强调规模向强调效率、综合运营能力和综合盈利能力转变,注重软件和人才,以契合企业战略目标作为信息化实施的根本准则,是提升制造企业的核心竞争力的根本途径.  相似文献

针对高校实验室信息化建设特点,从信息基础建设、信息化人才队伍、信息化安全和信息化产出效益4个方面选择14个指标构建实验室信息化建设水平评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy)对某高校工科学院实验室信息化建设水平进行评价。结果表明该学院的实验室信息化建设水平总体上为"优",但在信息化人才队伍建设和信息化产出效益等方面仍有提升的空间。  相似文献

信息化发展水平评价是准确掌握信息化发展现状和存在问题的重要途径,是有针对性地制定相关政策、赋能经济和社会高质量发展的重要依据.在数字中国建设大背景下,结合信息化发展形势,构建了省市级别信息化发展水平三级评价指标体系,介绍了采用层次分析法计算各指标权重的详细过程,给出了分类指数和发展指数合成的定量分析方法,以及综合模糊评判的定性分析模型与算法,提出了定量计算和定性分析相融合的评价模型,并以河北省2021年度信息化发展水平评价为实例对融合评价体系进行了验证.研究结果表明,该体系模型能够全面真实地反映当地信息化建设成效,对信息化建设从注重“量”向注重“质”的转变具有显著促进作用.  相似文献

为客观评价煤炭企业的信息化水平,根据评价指标体系设计原则,建立以信息化基础设施、信息化安全、信息化战略及规划、安全信息化等为主要指标的煤炭企业信息化水平评价指标体系。依据层次分析法、模糊综合评价法构建综合评价数学模型。运用该模型对济三煤矿的信息化水平进行评价。结果显示,该矿的信息化处于中等水平。该研究可以为煤炭企业制定正确的信息化发展策略提供依据。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
