针对非常规突发事件具有突发性和不可预测性等特点,在借助救灾专家判断偏好的基础上,应急决策者需要根据阶段性的处理结果和突发事件的演化趋势动态地调整救援方案.首先构建数学模型,详细分析动态博弈框架下应急管理中应急决策者与突发事件之间的序贯博弈过程.通过有限次序贯博弈获取未来应急资源的需求信息,形成资源调度的最优方案,为应急决策人员在突发事件爆发后应急救援资源的调度提供决策支持.最后通过具体的算例分析,探讨了运用序贯博弈模型生成最佳调度预案的方法.     

应急资源调度的补货策略问题研究

根据突发事件的特点,将突发事件的应急资源调度过程分为三个阶段。分别对应突发事件发生以前的资源储备阶段、紧急救援物资的调度阶段和用于灾后重建的一般资源调度阶段。考虑了突发事件需求和由于灾害影响资源运输时间滞后的不确定性,将应急资源管理与供应链管理中的补货策略相结合,三个阶段分别决策,提出使得考虑时间效应的综合成本最低的动态资源调度方案。

利用马尔科夫决策方法,对突发公共事件下的应急资源调度方案的动态优化过程进行研究,以期找到特定场景下最优应急资源调度方案,保证应急救援行动的时效性.通过实例分析表明,基于马尔科夫决策过程的应急资源调度方案动态优化方法可实现应急资源调度方案的动态优化,未来通过采用本方法,可以为突发公共事件下的应急资源动态调度提供依据.     

消耗速率为函数的应急调度模型及算法

当突发事件发生时,迅速地制定一个合理的调度方案对及时救援是非常关键的。本文针对应急系统多点出救的特点,首先研究了单资源应急调度模型中应急时间最早、出救点数目最少的两阶段模型。其次研究了消耗速率为函数的连续型多资源应急调度模型,该模型通过求取每种资源的最早应急时间得到了多资源调度的最早应急时间,进一步探讨了应急时间最早、出救点数目最少的多资源调度方法。数值算例表明了算法的有效性和实用性。     

基于偏好序的多事故应急资源调配博弈模型

应急资源调配是应急决策和应急响应的重要内容。为解决多个事故的同时存在时应急救援中资源调配问题,设计了一种改进的基于偏好序的效用函数,用以刻画各事故得到救援的及时性和有效性。将多事故资源调配问题描述为完全信息非合作博弈过程,利用G am b it软件,求解该博弈过程的N ash均衡,得到资源分配方案。综合了考虑事故严重程度、响应时间、救援可靠性等多个优化目标和影响因素。结果表明:该方法能合理有效地解决多事故点的应急资源调配问题,为应急辅助决策提供必要的支持。     

基于B/S架构的油田灾难事故应急资源调度研究

本文将重点研究在油田灾难事故应急资源调度过程中存在的问题以及应对策略,保证在应急救援过程中,应急决策者能够快速、及时、准确地调配应急资源,从而保证应急工作的及时开展,保证应急资源的有效利用,最大程度的降低财产损失和人员伤亡。

应急救援中基于线性规划的多目标多资源分配模型

在应急救援中,救援情况各不相同,救援任务对执行时间有着严苛的限制,而救援资源又十分匮乏,以往单目标和一对一的资源分配方法很难有效解决应急救援中的资源分配问题.为此提出了一种新的应急救援资源分配模型,该模型通过组合救援资源以减少救援任务的执行时间,同时可以增强救援资源的能力.另外,模型通过对多个目标的比重进行调整,并利用线性规划方法得到更符合实际救援需求的资源分配方案.最后,通过采用动态规划思想中的多阶段的资源分配方式,可以解决应急救援中的救援任务和救援资源的动态性问题.由实验可以看出,该模型对不同救援任务和不同救援目标都有着良好的适应性,可以满足应急救援中救援任务和救援资源的动态性需求.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
