Résumé L'administration intraveineuse de cellules médullaires ou de «buffy coat» humain induit la formation de colonies hématopoiétiques chez les souris irradiées. L'analyse caryotypique en a démontré l'origine murine. Les phénomènes décrits sont plus prononcés chez les souris traitées avec des cellules provenant de malades atteints de mononucléose infectieuse, mais sont indépendant de la viabilité des cellules.

Résumé L'utilisation d'une race de souris (AKR/T1Ald) ne possédant que 38 chromosomes a permis de montrer que les cellules de moelle que l'on injecte à un individu irradié repeuplent directement la moelle, le thymus et la rate du receveur. Si le donneur est irradié, la pénétration des cellules n'est importante que dans la rate du receveur.

Summary In mouse, the administration of chemical protectors before an irradiation induces a more rapid bone marrow regeneration and an increased lymphoid rebound. In the thymus the late atrophy is reduced. Separately administrated, the protectors decrease greatly the thymocytes number but have no effect on the marrow population.  相似文献

Résumé Après une irradiation sublétale, la mlle présente une accumulation transitoire de cellules lymphoïdes particulières (cellules transitionnelles ou cellules X). Cette accumulation n'apparaît pas après une greffe de mlle normale. Le comportement des cellules lymphoïdes n'est pas influencé par une greffe de mlle irradiée.

Genotoxic effects of dithane M-45 were studied on the bone marrow cells of male albino mice (Lacca strain) in vivo. Different doses (30 mg, 40 mg and 300 mg/kg b.wt) of dithane M-45 were injected intraperitoneally and their effects were investigated after time intervals of 1, 2, 5 and 10 days. The chromosomal aberrations observed in the bone marrow cells of male mice after treatment with dithane M-45 were fragments, rings, dicentric chromosomes, terminal chromatid deletions, chromatid gaps and breaks. In addition to these chromosomal aberrations, physiological effects such as uneven stretching of chromatin material, end-to-end chromosomal associations, exchange configurations, clumping, stickiness and centromeric associations were also observed.  相似文献
