从理论和实际上论述了摩擦-喷气复合纺纱的加捻过程,并利用电子显微镜和示踪纤维方法对摩擦-喷气复合纱和色芯摩擦纺分别进行了分析和测量,发现摩擦-喷气复合纱的芯纱比包芯摩擦纱的芯纱具有较多的包缠纤维和较高的包缠捻度,表明摩擦-喷气复合纺纱有利于提高成纱强力.  相似文献

采用改进的环锭纺细纱小样机,试纺了9种不同规格参数的驼绒/水溶性维纶包芯纱,考察芯纱张力、芯纱含量和捻度等因素对包覆效果的影响,并测试包芯纱的拉伸性能、条干均匀度和毛羽指数等指标,获得了最佳纺纱工艺参数.研究结果表明:适中的芯纱张力可以提高包芯纱的包覆效果;芯纱含量越小,纱线包覆效果越好,断裂强力越高;捻度越大,包覆效果越好,毛羽指数越小,但断裂强力先增加后降低.优选工艺参数:芯纱含量为19.1%~19.9%;捻度为300~325捻/m;在芯纱不断裂的情况下,提高芯纱张力有利于改善包覆效果.  相似文献

从50年代末美国 Du Pont 公司提出利用缠绕方法纺纱到现在,喷气纺纱在设备上得到了很大的发展。但是,对于这种纺纱方法的加捻与成纱机理的研究却是非常少的。本文提出了喷气纺纱过程中假捻区捻度形成的一种机理,可以用来解释单、双喷嘴情况下的捻度分布情况。通过对村田(孪生双喷嘴)及 Du Pont(单喷嘴)纺纱原理的对比研究,提出了包缠纤维的形成机理。分析表明,由于村田原理喷嘴的安排使第1喷嘴与前罗拉钳口之间纱线的自转与气圈回转的方向相反,推后了边缘纤维被纱线夹持的位置,使较多的边缘纤维有可能在纱线中成为有效的包缠纤维。进而阐述了喷气纱的特点:毛羽的单向性、包缠纤维及纱芯捻度的不均匀性、单、双喷嘴成纱条件和成纱质量的区别,主要纺纱参数对纱线强力的影响等。  相似文献

研究几种竹浆纤维纱线包括环锭纱、紧密纱和MVS(Murata vortex spun)纱的芯吸性能,讨论了纱线结构、捻度和线密度对芯吸高度的影响.结果表明,几种竹浆纤维纱线的芯吸行为相似,纱线结构对芯吸性能影响显著,而线密度对芯吸的影响不明显并和纱线结构有关.对于给定的任意线密度,在给定的捻度范围内,竹浆纤维环锭纱和紧密纱的芯吸平衡高度随纱线捻度的增加而降低.  相似文献

随着环锭细纱机高速发展,为保证纺纱质量的稳定提高,对纺纱器材也提出了更高的要求。纱线毛羽的多寡是成纱质量的一项重要指标,毛羽的存在不但影响纱线的手感和光泽,还影响后工序的生产。过多的毛羽会使纱线捻度不匀率增加,从而影响细纱断裂强度和单强比值的显著差异,造成强弱捻纱,影响后道织布和染色工序的正常工作和外观质量。  相似文献

从纤维在空间上的三维形态以及在纱线横截面上的分布分析了低扭矩环锭纱中纤维的三维结构特征.研究结果表明,低扭矩环锭纱中大量的纤维轨迹呈非同轴异形螺旋线,其螺旋轴线与纱线轴线不一致,且螺旋半径不断显著变化,同时,很多纤维片段的螺旋线方向与纱线正常捻度方向相反.此外,低扭矩纱线中纤维在纱线横截面上的分布较为集中,有利于拉伸变形时纤维同时受力.低扭矩环锭纱的这些结构特征揭示了其独特的物理性能,即低残余扭矩、低捻度、高强力.  相似文献

为定量表征空气变形纱的结构特征,采用图像处理的方法,建立了空气变形纱纱芯-表层几何结构模型,并提出用纱线圈弧率、圈弧指数及表观不匀率3项指标来定量表征其结构特征和细度不匀.分析结果表明:根据纱线二值化图像逐行扫描像素分布曲线,可较好地提取纱线纱芯部分;采用图像法获得的纱线表观不匀率比传统纱线条干均匀度仪测得的条干不匀率值要大,表明空气变形纱的外观形态不匀率大于其质量不匀率;与常规毛羽仪测试结果相比,图像法不会改变纱线表面圈弧形态,并可减少对纱线表面细小圈弧的丢失,能较好地反映空气变形纱表面圈弧分布规律.  相似文献

本文作者对苎麻细纱的毛羽特性进行了研究。对纤维细度,纺纱支数、细纱捻度、变性苎麻纤维与细纱毛羽的关系亦进行了分析,得出如下结论: 1.纤维细度对细纱毛羽有明显影响。纤维支数愈高,毛羽愈少。 2.纺纱支数对毛羽的数量有一定影响。支数愈高,毛羽量愈少。 3.提出了细纱捻度与毛羽的回归方程。 4.变性苎麻纤维对细纱毛羽有明显影响。 5.提出了S_0=KN_1L_1d_0是衡量苎麻纱毛羽的一个重要指标。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
