《联合国反腐败公约》对国际社会惩治腐败具有重要而深远的意义.中国作为联合国成员国,积极参与了公约的起草工作并批准加入该公约.为了贯彻公约的立法精神,切实履行条约义务,公约在中国的适用问题亟待研究.对此,应首先从宏观上解决中国刑法与《联合国反腐败公约》相协调的重大意义、适用模式与现实途径问题,以期充分发挥该公约的作用,使其最大限度地为我国反腐败实践服务.

船舶燃油污染是海洋环境污染损害的重要表现形式,为保证对船舶燃油污染损害及时得到合理的赔偿,我国已加入《燃油公约》.研究并明确该公约的适用范围,该公约的主要内容以及该公约下强制保险及《燃油证书》等问题,分析并明确公约在我国的适用以及强制保险的数额两个问题,具有十分迫切的理论与现实的意义.     

《世界遗产公约》中两个重要概念的解析与引申--论世界遗产的"真实性"和"完整性"

从实际问题出发,引入<保护世界文化与自然遗产公约>中"真实性"和"完整性"两个重要概念加以论述.通过分析指出,<公约>中的"真实性"和"完整性"原则分别单向对应于文化遗产、自然遗产,而这一关系已在中国世界遗产地、文物保护单位以及风景名胜区的实际问题中显示出局限性.结论是:无论从当今世界遗产事业发展趋势看,还是从中国的世界遗产往往兼具历史文化积淀和自然山水之胜的鲜明特点看,中国当前的世界遗产申报、文物保护和风景名胜区规划与利用等重要问题,都需用"真实性"和"完整性"的双重原则来面对.     

基于系统动力学的干散货航运市场影响因素研究

为探索干散货航运市场的运行机制及演变规律,对其影响因素进行深入剖析,定量地引入船东心理、投资导向型订单、航运衍生品市场等因素,构建干散货航运市场系统动力学模型并进行模拟分析.结果显示:世界贸易及"中国因素"是航运需求的主要影响因素;航运供给的主要影响因素包括船舶拆解、投资导向型订单、新造船交付比例.除此之外,FFA交易量与BDI指数波动密切相关;2009年之后,燃油成本已不是BDI指数的影响因素.据此,提出以下建议:市场低迷时,政府可适当增加拆船补贴,刺激老旧船舶更新;船东可协商船厂适当延迟船舶交付以降低供给侧的增速;船东与投资人应减少投机行为,理性投资.

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
