渔洞水库坝基帷幕灌浆工程,运用普通高压灌浆为主、湿磨水泥灌浆补强的施工工艺,具有可操作性,处理微裂隙的效果较好。通过单位注灰量和单位透水率的递减情况、灌前灌后压水试验分析,灌浆效果良好,灌浆后透水率满足了设计的防渗要求。2000年12月25日枢纽竣工验收正常蓄水运行以来,坝基防渗帷幕未出现异常情况,证明了防渗帷幕质量的可靠性。  相似文献

湖北清江水布垭电站位于岩溶地区,坝址岩层软硬相间,多剪切带多断层分布。右岸趾板帷幕灌浆施工时遇沿趾板长度70m范围的厚30m贯穿性软弱破碎夹层,对趾板地基的稳定及防渗有较大危害。采取加密帷幕孔施工,对脱空掉钻部位先用水泥砂浆回填,再用纯水泥浆液灌浆,对大漏量部位严格控制水泥灌入量,每次灌入水泥5000kg还未达标准时采取待凝24h后再扫孔复灌至达到设计帷幕结束标准为止,灌浆效果明显,提高了趾板地基岩石的完整性和承载能力。  相似文献

针对老营盘水库大坝坝肩和坝基存在的渗漏较大的问题,采用防渗墙下帷幕灌浆进行处理。帷幕灌浆采用分段灌浆方法,灌浆用水泥浆液水灰比分别采用5、3、2、1、0.8、0.5等6个比级。通过压水试验对灌浆效果进行检查,取得了好的灌浆效果。  相似文献

通过设计试验,将不同水灰比的水泥浆液灌入到不同孔隙比的砂砾石地层中,并通过室内压水试验对结石体的防渗效果进行了检测.试验结果显示,水灰比和孔隙比对砂石料结石体渗透系数的影响并不明显,只要砂料的孔隙被凝胶体充满,地层的渗透性状就得到了同样的改善,砂石料结石体的渗透系数可达10。-10。cm/s.而沿结石体扩散半径方向上末段的部位未被水泥浆完全充满,防渗性能较前端有所下降.为使灌浆帷幕充分发挥防渗效果,建议现场施工时使钻孔帷幕留取一定搭接量,搭接量可为最大扩散半径的10%~20%.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
