以负泊松比和刚度为优化目标,构建多目标拓扑优化模型.利用改进的优化准则(OC)算法求解该模型,得到兼具吸能和承载性能的多孔结构,并利用选择性激光熔覆技术(SLM)制造该多孔结构.通过对优化结构进行有限元仿真和压缩实验及分析,得到多孔结构的形变图、应力-应变曲线及能量吸收曲线.分析结果表明:等效刚度大的结构负泊松比值较小,受压内缩量小,平台应力和能量吸收量大,但易出现应力峰值;等效刚度小的结构负泊松比值较大,受压内缩效果明显,平台应力和能量吸收量小,但平台应力平稳,能量吸收增量大.模拟仿真和实验测试验证了本方法用于耐撞承载结构的拓扑优化设计的有效性.  相似文献

为研究不同桥面板厚度和铰缝深度对混凝土板梁桥的刚度及受力性能的影响,建立了30组简支板梁ANSYS有限元数值模型,通过施加中载和边载,取有代表性的板厚和铰缝深度进行分析。分析结果表明,随着桥面板厚度的增加,板梁挠度及板梁底横向拉应力逐渐减小,铰缝内的横向拉应力和竖向剪应力逐渐减小;随着铰缝深度的加大,各板梁挠度差逐渐减小,板梁底横向拉应力逐渐增大,铰缝内的横向拉应力和竖向剪应力逐渐减小;并且随着桥面板厚度的增加,铰缝深度对板梁桥的刚度及受力性能的影响效果逐渐降低。最后,建议板梁桥设计采用薄板梁厚桥面板的结构形式,以提高结构的整体刚度和改善受力性能。  相似文献

为解决工程机械复杂机液结构的疲劳寿命计算问题,以某型号高空作业平台剪叉机构为研究对象,提出了一种基于机液联合仿真的结构疲劳寿命计算方法.首先,建立了剪叉机构的机液联合刚柔耦合多体动力学仿真模型,分析了剪叉机构在举升过程中的受力情况,确定了极限工况为举升阶段79.2 s时刻,提取了各关键铰点处的载荷谱;并通过剪叉机构的油缸压力和结构应力测试实验,验证了动力学仿真模型的正确性;然后,基于联合仿真确定的极限工况和铰点载荷谱,对剪叉臂进行了极限工况下和单位载荷作用下的静力学分析,得到了剪叉臂结构应力分布情况;最后,利用铰点载荷谱和剪叉臂结构应力通过仿真获得剪叉臂疲劳损伤云图,确定了剪叉臂疲劳危险部位主要是剪叉臂各个零部件的连接位置处,为后续的疲劳寿命优化提供了基础.  相似文献

受压试验中常用铰支座来模拟理想铰接的边界条件,由于铰支座与构件刚度不同,导致实际试验为不等刚度杆件加载.本文旨在对比等刚度模型与两端不等刚度模型的极限承载力和变形.先从理论方面进行了初步分析与预测,然后用数值的方法进行求解,印证了理论分析的正确性.结果表明上下支座处的支座刚度对构件的整体稳定性力学性能没有明显影响.  相似文献

文章以朔准铁路黄河特大桥为例,对该桥吊装扣塔系统塔架结构力学性能做有限元分析,用以评定桥梁的实际工作状态以及承载性能是否符合设计要求.该文针对施工工况和施工荷载设计了多种计算工况,在各计算工况下对扣塔系统整体结构进行了刚度、强度分析,给出了结构变形(位移)和应力分布计算结果,并对该结构在施工荷载作用下的强度、刚度进行了分析和判定.  相似文献

对内支撑结构在支撑布置平面内进行线弹性受力分析,得到不同类型支撑弹性支点刚度计算公式,探讨了支撑不动点调整系数λ和支撑圈梁间夹角θ对支撑弹性支点刚度的影响.对材料、截面、长度均相同的支撑构件,平面斜撑刚度与水平对撑刚度比值为sin2θ,竖向斜撑刚度与水平对撑刚度比值为sin2θ/2.并通过有限元计算论证了此关系.  相似文献

针对车身覆盖件冲压成形时力学性能的改变对车门结构分析的影响,以某车型的前车门内板为研究对象,建立了完整的有限元模型,运用DYNAFORM软件对其进行了冲压成形仿真分析,并将厚度、应力、应变的分析结果作为初始值引入了车门结构分析中;同时,考虑不同成形因素,分别对车门位移量、应力和刚度进行了数值分析.结果表明:考虑成形因素之后,分析所得的车门结构在最大位移、最大应力以及扭转刚度处均存在显著变化,其中应力因素影响最大.  相似文献

为了研究某特种车辆方舱的静力学特性,该文应用HyperMesh和MSC.Patran软件建立了方舱的有限元模型.针对其加强筋复合板的独特承载方式和复杂结构,采用壳单元和实体单元相结合的方法进行有限元建模.同时,运用有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran,对该方舱进行了静力学分析.计算结果表明:该方舱的最大应力值远小于许用应力,最大变形也低于许可值,该方舱满足结构的强度和刚度要求,具有较大的承载潜力.  相似文献

为了确保新一代轮式机动平台的安全性、合理性,研究制动系统中关键制动元件对新一代轮式机动平台制动性能的影响,以某型号8×8全电驱动越野车开发的新一代轮式机动平台全液压制动系统为研究对象,建立了双回路脚制动阀和继动阀理论分析模型,运用AMESim软件建立了新一代轮式机动平台全液压制动系统仿真模型,分析了脚制动阀阀芯遮盖量、上弹簧刚度及复位弹簧初始压缩量对制动性能的影响,并通过实验验证了仿真模型的准确性. 分析结果表明:随着上弹簧刚度增加、复位弹簧初始压缩量减小,输出制动力增大,响应时间增长;随着脚制动阀阀芯遮盖量减小,平衡时上弹簧压缩量增大,输出制动力增大;输出制动力受阀芯遮盖量、上弹簧刚度的影响比较敏感,响应时间受上弹簧刚度的影响比较敏感. 理论模型和仿真模型为新一代轮式机动平台性能调节及进一步优化提供可靠依据.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
