Open hydrostatic slideway has many advantages, that is, high moving precision, low power in friction, non-crawling and long working life. Near constant clearances of hydrostatic slideway may be obtained in a wide load range by applying new type variable restrictors, new static characteristic formulas and optimum restrictive parameters. Hydrostatic slideway has two characters. One is that the scope of external load is very large. Generally, the largest load is 2 to 6 times the smallest, the other is that the algebraic equation is a horizontal S shape curve, showing that the relation between slideway clearance and external load is a three exponents formula. The curve of the numerical values of this kind of three exponents formula just is the working curve when the hydrostatic slideway is moving, if one section is selected as the slideway work curve randomly without any analysis, the slideway clearance will be changed acutely along with the variation of external load. Selecting the optimum restrictive parameters and the beeline through two inflexions of the curve or tangent of the curve as the range of workload can ensure the minimal change of sliding clearance. Simultaneously, the hydrostatic sliding way has high beeline moving precision.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of element segregation on the microstructure and γ′ phase in a γ/γ′ cobalt-based superalloy. Several samples were prepared from a cast alloy and homogenized at 1300°C for different times, with a maximum of 24 h. A microstructural study of the cast alloy using wavelength-dispersive spectroscopic analysis revealed that elements such as Al, Ti, and Ni segregated mostly within interdendritic regions, whereas W atoms were segregated within dendrite cores. With an increase in homogenization time, segregation decreased and the initial dendritic structure was eliminated. Field-emission scanning electron microscopy micrographs showed that the γ′ phases in the cores and interdendritic regions of the as-cast alloy were 392 and 124 nm, respectively. The size difference of γ′ was found to be due to the different segregation behaviors of constituent elements during solidification. After homogenization, particularly after 16 h, segregation decreased; thus, the size, chemical composition, and hardness of the precipitated γ′ phase was mostly uniform throughout the samples.  相似文献

The detection system integrates control technology, network technology, video encoding and decoding, video transmission, multi-single chip microcomputer communication, database technology, computer software and robot technology. The robot can adaptively adjust its status according to diameter (from 400 mm to 650 mm) of pipeline. The maximum detection distance is up to 1 000 m. The method of video coding in the system is based on fractal transformation. The experiments show that the coding scheme is fast and good PSNR. The precision of on-line detection is up to 3% thickness of pipeline wall. The robot can also have a high precision of location up to 0.03 m. The control method is based on network and characterized by on-line and real-time. The experiment in real gas pipelineshows that the performance of the detection system is good.  相似文献

Based on the study of visitors‘ individual spatial behaviors, a tourists‘ spatial behavior simulator (TSBS) to assess the carrying capacity of tourist resorts was developed, TSBS employs GIS (Geographic Information System) to manage the spatial data, and Multi-Agent system to simulate the actions of individual visitors. By utilizing TSBS, visitors‘ travel patterns such as location, cost, and state can be analyzed and predicted. Based on this analysis and prediction, the model of assessing the carrying capacity of resorts is built. Our results show that TSBS will be an effective tool to accurately assess the carrying capacity of tourist resorts.  相似文献

After comparing the sensitizing effect of various mixed surfactants on the chromophoric reaction of gallium (Ⅱ) with orthochlorophenylf luorone, it has been found that the mixed micelle of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and Tween-80 is most suitable. In the presence of this mixed micelle, not only both the sensitivity and stability improve markedly, but also a wider pH range is tolerable for the colour-development. From the study on the optimum conditions for the formation of the coloured coordination compoundin the system of 《Ga (Ⅱ)--o-Chlorophenyl fluorone-catyltrimethylammo-nium bromide--Tween-80》 and its main characters, a spectrophotometricmethod, by which sensitivity and reproducibility are higher than those of ternary systems of gallium(Ⅱ) has been developed. In this paper, Kaixian County, situated in the hinterland of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region, was selected for the case study. Factors of soil erosion were obtained based on the technique of remote sensing (RS) and geographic information system (GIS). Combining with field survey, soil erosion data in the years of 1988, 2000 and 2004 which covered the period from the beginning of the Three Gorges Reservoir Project to nowadays were investigated through the judgment model established on soil erosion intensity. With the function of spatial analysis in the geographic information system, the analysis and appraisal of dynamic soil erosion changes were carried out, and the spatial characteristics of the vicious change were highlighted, and the main causes of the vicious change of soil erosion were explored.  相似文献
