丹江口水库湖北外迁农村移民安置效果调查研究

丹江口水库移民工作事关南水北调中线工程建设大局,同时也具有特殊性。通过对湖北省外迁农村移民搬迁一年后的补偿情况、收支状况、基础设施、社会适应性、问题与期望等的入户调查,研究外迁移民的安置效果。调查表明：外迁移民安置补偿政策得到较好地贯彻落实,移民获得了较好的土地、住房、基础设施,社会融入度也不低,搬迁对大多数移民来说是一次发展机会;同时部分移民因短期内不习惯安置地的生产经营方式、土地保障功能弱化而种地积极性不高、社会关系网络破坏而就业困难等,导致收入偏低,存在致贫或返迁的风险,以及存在移民对养老医疗不太满意等问题,移民期望提供更多就业机会等。为加快实现＂搬得出、稳得住、能发展、可致富＂的移民外迁目标,及时解决移民安置后潜在的风险与问题,需要加强移民后期扶持,注重人力资源开发,完善社会保障机制等。     

南水北调中线工程丹江口库区外迁移民安置策略探析

南水北凋中线工程丹江口库区移民安置是整个中线工程移民安置工作的重点,而外迁移民则是南水北调中线工程丹江口库区移民安置工作的重中之重。通过对丹江口水库移民的特点进行分析,总结过去丹江口水库移民的历史经验教训,需要从补偿机制、收入恢复、社会适应、社会保障体制方面采取策略与措施,防止和规避高强度大规模的外迁移民贫困风险发生。     

从“乡土”文化结构探究三峡移民心理困境原因

时至今日,三峡移民第三批已经成功迁移,而层出不穷的移民适应问题仍然令人堪忧。为此主要依托费孝通“乡土社会理论”,通过论证外迁三峡移民的“乡土”习性来解释中国人对于故土的依赖感以及对迁入地的不认同和归属感的缺失,并结合社会环境的急剧变迁详细分析了三峡移民在“乡土”习性下外迁所导致的文化震慑。经验表明,在有外迁移民需求的大型工程项目中,移民问题往往是该工程能否顺利发挥效益的关键因素之一。在各种适应中,心理适应往往是关系目标主体认同感、归属感、幸福感的重要适应性指标,但这一点在以往的研究中却往往被忽略。因此,探寻三峡外迁移民在迁入全新生活地区后面临哪些心理困境,导致这些困境的原因有哪些方面,根源如何等等,对解决移民安置问题具有现实意义。     

三峡工程外迁农村移民稳定与发展研究

通过对湖北省当阳市三峡工程外迁农村移民进行实地调查,发现移民已逐步适应安置地的生活,但是仍然存在着生产、生活及心理各方面的问题。因此,促进移民长期稳定与发展还需加强移民后期扶持工作,完善生活保障体系,重建社会网络,促进移民融合。     

三峡库区外迁移民问题研究

三峡库区大规模移民外迁已经基本结束，实现了三峡工程移民目标“搬得出、稳得住，逐步能致富”的第一步，及时总结外迁移民安置的经验和训练，提出实现外迁移民安置一步的目标“稳得住、逐步有致富”即外迁移民经济发展问题的对策，对于进一步搞好三峡库区移民和三峡工程建设，丰富我国开发性移民理论都具有重要意义。

水库移民生计资本对安稳发展影响的比较研究

可持续生计是移民稳定的保障,生计资本是重建生计的核心。通过对三峡与南水北调外迁农村移民的调查,对二者的生计资本及其对安稳发展的影响进行比较分析。结果表明,三峡移民的生计资本总量略高于南水北调移民,但二者都处于较低水平;人力资本中的生活适应和社会资本中的基层支持对二者稳定发展均起着重要作用,而土地等自然资本没有显著影响;非自愿搬迁引发的消极心态在一定程度上制约着移民可持续发展。外迁移民安置地应重视关怀和帮扶满足移民的精神文化需求,今后水库移民安置可顺应新型城镇化趋势,在尊重移民意愿的基础上稳妥推进非农化转移。     

完善三峡外迁移民置换安置模式的思考——以江苏省大丰市为例

大丰市作为江苏省三峡外迁移民安置工作的试点地区,在采取置换安置模式安置移民方面取得了一定的成功,但同时,也应清醒地认识到置换安置模式容易受到旧房、土地、资金等资源的制约,需要地方政府从科学规划、主动协调、加强管理、积极开发投资性资源等方面继续完善这一新型模式,更好地服务三峡外迁移民。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
