分别以高塑性低强度工业纯铝、高强度低塑性的铝-镁合金及高脆性的铝-锌合金为原材料制备出相同胞结构的开孔泡沫铝,并对其进行压缩实验研究。实验结果表明,基体性能对泡沫铝合金的压缩行为和吸能性有显著影响,虽然不同基体性质的泡沫铝合金压缩过程均出现3个明显的变形区域,但变形行为不同。以高塑性工业纯铝为基体的铝泡沫表现出典型的塑性泡沫特征和较低的坍塌屈服强度,而高强度脆性基体的铝-锌泡沫呈现典型的脆性泡沫特征和较高的弹性模量及屈服强度,在相同应变量情况下,其吸能量和吸能效率均明显高于另外2种泡沫铝。  相似文献

对采用熔体发泡法制备的不同孔径、不同材质的Al-Si和Al-Mg泡沫铝合金进行了压缩试验和电磁屏蔽性能研究.结果表明:铝镁合金泡沫铝压缩过程中无明显断裂阶段,应力-应变曲线表现出明显的塑性特征,泡沫铝合金整体表现出较好的塑性特征;同种材质的泡沫铝材料中,随着孔隙率P的增加,泡沫铝的屈服强度σ_(0.2)以及弹性模量E均随之下降,但孔径大小对屈服强度σ_(0.2)以及弹性模量E的影响较小;随着孔隙率P的降低或者孔径的减小,泡沫铝的反射损耗与吸收损耗增大,从而泡沫铝的电磁屏蔽能力升高,研究表明泡沫铝的电磁屏蔽能力与电磁波的入射角度无关;孔隙率的变化对泡沫合金电磁屏蔽性能的影响相对于改变其他条件对电磁屏蔽的影响要小.  相似文献

使用硅烷偶联剂KH570对孔隙率不同的泡沫铝合金进行表面改性后,通过注塑成型法制备了聚甲醛/泡沫铝合金互穿复合材料。研究了改性后泡沫铝合金表面的红外结构、泡沫铝合金/聚甲醛互穿复合材料的力学性能和摩擦学性能以及泡沫铝合金/聚甲醛互穿复合材料的磨损表面。研究结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH570成功接枝到了泡沫铝合金的表面;复合材料的弯曲强度和压缩强度随着泡沫铝合金孔隙率的降低而升高;而复合材料的摩擦学性能随着泡沫铝合金孔隙率的增加而降低。  相似文献

在球形孔泡沫纯铝压缩、拉伸应力应变曲线基础上,研究了致密化起始点、吸能能力、压缩强度和拉伸性能.结果表明:球形孔泡沫纯铝与球形孔泡沫铝合金的压缩应力应变曲线相似,分为3个部分:线弹性阶段、平台阶段和密实阶段;提出了根据压缩曲线的斜率图,确定球形孔泡沫纯铝的致密化起始点的新方法;球形孔泡沫纯铝相对于球形孔泡沫铝合金是一种吸能能力更强的、韧性性能良好的新材料.采用Gibson-Ashby的模型来分析球形孔泡沫纯铝的压缩屈服强度和抗拉强度,吻合效果良好.  相似文献

基于X射线电子计算机断层扫描技术,建立了反映闭孔泡沫铝真实结构的三维有限元模型.对闭孔泡沫铝准静态和动态压缩力学性能进行了实验和数值模拟,分析了闭孔泡沫铝的变形特性及力学性能,验证了模型的可靠性.结果表明,准静态压缩下,试件主要沿加载轴45°方向产生塑性变形.压缩速率为低速时,其变形模式与准静态相同.闭孔泡沫铝试件截面上结构薄弱处首先出现应力集中,材料达到塑性屈服.在高速压缩下,试件加载端首先达到塑性屈服.比较闭孔泡沫铝不同应变率下的屈服强度,动态压缩下的屈服强度远高于准静态压缩下的.应变率280~700 s-1下,其屈服强度变化不明显,应变率继续升高至2 000 s-1,屈服强度略微提高.   相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
