Sp1调控FoxM1在卵巢癌中的表达

探讨Sp1调控转录因子FoxM1在卵巢癌中的表达。免疫组织化学染色验证FoxM1在卵巢癌组织中高表达,Spearman'rho秩相关分析Sp1与FoxM1在卵巢癌组织中的表达相关性;双荧光素酶报告系统检测Sp1对FoxM1的调控作用;Real-time quantitative RT-PCR和蛋白免疫印迹技术验证Sp1对FoxM1的调控作用。FoxM1在大于60%的卵巢癌组织中呈阳性表达(阳性率33/42≈79%),并且与Sp1的表达显著相关(r=0.809,P0.01);Sp1可以结合并激活Foxm1启动子(P0.05);上调Sp1表达可以激活FoxM1在卵巢癌中的表达(P0.05),而干扰Sp1后可以下调FoxM1的表达(P0.05)。Sp1参与调控增殖相关转录因子FoxM1在卵巢癌中的表达。

羊肚菌菌株Me11和Me12的培养特性研究

羊肚菌Morchellaesculenta菌株Me1 1和Me1 2的菌丝在PDA培养基、麦芽浸粉培养基和酵母膏培养基上的生长虽然存在差异 ,但长势均良好 ,且均以在酵母膏培养基中长势最好 .在酵母膏培养基上培养时菌株Me1 1和Me1 2在被测的五种温度 4℃、1 0℃、1 7℃、2 5℃和 30℃中 ,以 2 5℃下培养的生长最为良好 .在酵母膏培养基上 ,菌株Me1 2的菌丝体呈褐色 ,菌株Me1 1的菌丝体呈淡色 .羊肚菌菌丝能否形成菌核与培养温度、培养基类型和菌株本身等因素有关 ,菌株Me1 2产生菌核较菌株Me1 1多

本文在实Banach空间中,研究迭代序列xa+1=P[(1-an)xn+an1/n+1∑n+1j=1T(PT)j-1yn]yn=P[(1-βn)xn+βn1/n+1∑n+1j=1T(PT)j-1xn],在对参数适当限制条件下逼近一致L-Lipschitzian非自映象的不动点问题。     

酸交换对A型分子筛吸附热力学参数的影响

采用反相气相色谱法测定了N2和CO在4种不同浓度酸交换液交换的分子筛的吸附热力学参数(ΔadH,ΔadS和ΔadG),其中对N2和CO的吸附热在-21.71kJ·mol-1～-20.36kJ·mol-1和-24.39kJ·mol-1～-21.59kJ·mol-1范围内,吸附熵在-80.01J·mol-1K-1～-72.32J·mol-1K-1和-72.13J·mol-1K-1～-60.48J·mol-1K-1范围内,吉布斯自由能变在-5.07kJ·mol-1～-4.69kJ·mol和-2.62kJ·mol-1～-1.87kJ·mol-1范围内,吸附热、熵和自由能变在数值上都随着酸交换液浓度的增加而增加,结合分子筛的结构变化,阐明了这些数据变化的原因。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
