提出一种股票上市公司财务报表的Fuzzy综合评价方法。在深入分析上市公司财务报表内在联系的基础上,借助专家咨询,建立了财务报表Fuzzy评价指标体系,采用层次分析法形成各指标的权重,给出了各指标评价矩阵隶属度的确定方法。实践表明,应用该方法可有效地引导投资者客现、公正地评价上市公司的经营业绩与财务状况。  相似文献

利用经过修正的上市公司股票内在价值估值模型,研究了我国钢铁行业上市公司的内在价值.结果表明:随着我国钢铁行业上市公司的业绩进入上升通道,可获得的现金红利将是增长的;随着这些上市公司股票价值低估后的价值回归,最终股票价格将大于股票现价,从而其内在价值将明显大于股票现价.因此得出结论:目前我国钢铁行业部分上市公司股票具有投资价值.  相似文献

2017~2018年,金融去杠杆的推进使得股市低迷,全国人大常委会对《中华人民共和国公司法》中股票回购的内容进行了专项修订,在二者的共同作用下,上市公司开始大规模进行股票回购,以提升企业价值。本文以2017~2018年以集中竞价方式回购了A股股票的上市公司为样本,实证检验了股票回购、高管持股与企业价值的关系。结果表明,股票回购对企业价值有显著的负向影响,而高管持股则可以调节这种负向影响。本文的研究印证了利益聚汇假说在股票回购领域的重要性,也为上市公司实施回购提供了新的参考。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
