从喜温蓝藻分离热稳定限制性内切核酸酶

从喜温蓝藻ＳｙｎｅｃｈｏｃｏｃｕｓｅｌｏｎｇａｔｕｓＴ３分离出一种限制性内切核酸酶，命名为ＳｅｌＩ．此酶是限制性内切核酸酶Ｓａｕ９６Ｉ的同切酶，它们的识别序列ＧＧＮＣＣ．但是ＳｅｌＩ的反应条件与Ｓａｕ９６Ｉ不同．ＳｅｌＩ是一种热稳定的限制性内切核酸酶，最适反应温度的范围是５０～５７℃     

微肥对不同菌根真菌菌丝体生长的研究

通过不同微肥对 Ｌａｃｃａｒｉａ ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 与 Ｇｙｒｏｐｏｒｕｓ ｃｙａｎｅｓｃｅｎｓ等菌根真菌菌丝体生长的研究证实：１） 浓度为 ０．０１％ 的 Ｎａ２ Ｂ４ Ｏ７ 对 Ｌ．ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 的菌丝体生长促进作用明显，其它浓度的 Ｎａ２ Ｂ４ Ｏ７ 以及 Ｍ ｎ Ｓ Ｏ４、（ Ｎ Ｈ４ ）６ Ｍｏ７ Ｏ２４、 Ｚｎ Ｓ Ｏ４ 对 Ｌ．ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 均有抑制作用．在培养 Ｌ．ｌａｃｃａｔａ Ｓ２３８ 时应单独添加低浓度的 Ｎａ２ Ｂ４ Ｏ７， 以促进其正常生长；２） Ａ 处理的 Ａ１ 对 Ｇ．ｃｙａｎｅｓｃｅｎｓ 菌丝体生长具有一定的促进作用，但不是很显著，其它微肥对其生长具有明显的抑制作用     

安徽百合属细胞学研究

本文研究了安徽产百合属（ＬｉｌｉｕｍＬ．）２种和２变种的染色体数目和核型，结果如下：野百合（Ｌ．ｂｒｏｗｎｉｉＦ．Ｅ．Ｂｒｏｗｎ）观察了２个居群。歙县居群观察到两种细胞型，细胞型Ⅰ：２ｎ＝２６＝１ｍ＋２Ｓｍ＋１０Ｓｔ＋１０ｔ＋３Ｔ；细胞型Ⅱ：２ｎ＝２４＋２Ｂｓ＝２ｍ＋２Ｓｍ＋８Ｓｔ（２ｓｃ）＋１２ｔ＋２Ｂｓ；石台居群核型公式为２ｎ＝２４＋１Ｂｓ＝３ｍ＋１Ｂｍ＋６Ｓｔ＋１２ｔ＋２Ｔ＋１Ｂｓ。百合（Ｌ．ｂｒｏｗｎｉｉＦ．Ｅ．Ｂｒｏｗｎｖａｒ．ｖｉｒｉｄｕ－ｌｕｍＢａｋｅｒ）核型公式为２ｎ＝２４＋１Ｂｓ＝４ｍ（２ｓｃ）＋１４Ｓｔ（２ｓｃ）＋６ｔ＋１Ｂｓ；药百合（Ｌ．ｓｐｅｃｉｏｓｕｎＴｈｕｎｂ．ｖａｒ，ｇｌｏｒｉｏｓｏｉｄｅｓＢａｋｅｒ）核型公式为２ｎ＝２４＝４ｍ＋９Ｓｔ（２ｓｃ）＋１０ｔ＋１Ｔ；条叶百合（Ｌ．ｃａｌｌｏｓｕｍＳｉｅｂ．ｅｔＺｕｃｅ．）核型公式为２ｎ＝２４＝２ｍ＋２Ｓｍ＋４Ｓｔ（２ｓｃ）＋１６ｔ。以上的核型类别全部属于“３Ｂ”型，其中野百合２ｎ＝２６的染色体数目和核型为首次记录。     

草珊瑚细胞悬浮培养之研究

报道了草珊瑚（Ｓａｒｃａｎｄｒａｇｌａｂｒａ）细胞悬浮培养的某些特性。细胞悬浮培养的摇床转速对草珊瑚细胞生长至关重要、培养物在１００ｒ／ｍｉｎ速度下振荡培养几乎难以存活，最佳的摇床转速为４０ｒ／ｍｉｎ（２３．５ｈ／ｄ＋８０ｒ／ｍｉｎ（０．５ｈ／ｄ），其生长可增加５倍左右。细胞悬浮培养的接种量以２．０ｇＦＷ／瓶合适，其培养物的月产率１３．２２ｇＦＷ／瓶（或１８．７３ｇＤＷ／１）。细胞生长的时间进程是，接种０－５ｄ，细胞增殖十分缓慢，１０－２０ｄ迅速生长，２０ｄ后基本停止生长。培养基的ｐＨ迅速下降时是细胞增殖缓慢的时期，当培养基ｐＨ值开始升高时，细胞增殖也显著加快。黄酮苷类物质的合成在０－２０ｄ迅速增加，２０ｄ左右达到高峰。     

固氮菌KlebsiellaoxytocaSA2在水稻根内定殖并表达固氮酶

利用内生固氮菌在植和体内固氮有可能开辟一条非豆科作用直接利用生物固氮的捷烃．ＫｌｅｂｓｉｅｌｌａａｘｙｔｏｃａＳＡ２是一株从生长在流沙地的先锋植物－沙竹（Ｐｘａｍ－ｍａｏｃｈｌｏａｍｏｎｇｏｌｉｃａ）内分离到的固氮菌。水稻幼苗接种ＳＡ２限菌培养，免疫金银染色根和芭匠石切片确证了ＳＡ２的内生特性。ＳＡ２可以从水稻侧根发生时产生的裂隙和根表皮胞间入侵支细胞间隙内向和纵向迁移。ＳＡ２可以进入根中柱，在导     

木聚糖降解菌的筛选和木聚糖酶性质的研究

筛选两株生长快、产木聚糖酶活力高的菌种；黑曲霉（Ａｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｌｕｓｎｉｇｅｒ，ＡＮ０１）、链霉菌（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｅｓｓｐ．Ｓｔｒ７Ｂ），酶活力分别达１２８ｍｇ／Ｌ·ｍｉｎ和１７６ｍｇ／Ｌ·ｍｉｎ；酶反应最适温度分别为６０℃与５０℃；最适ｐＨ值为５．０和６．０，并分别在ｐＨ２．２～５．０，５．８～６．４酶活性稳定；在６０℃条件下保温１．５ｈ，酶活力分别剩余２０．５％，８８．５％，其中ＡＮ０１株原酶液在９０℃保温１０ｍｉｎ，活力仍剩余１４．５％．Ｃｕ２＋对酶活表现出极强抑制，Ｆｅ２＋，Ｍｇ２＋，Ｃａ２＋等离子则有促进作用；用纸层析法探讨了不同培养时间各种产物产生的情况．     

真空液相重结晶法改善InSb薄膜的组织和性能

利用真空下氩气保护液相重结晶的方法，对热蒸镀和磁迭射制得的ＩｎＳｂ薄膜进行热处理，Ｘ射线衍和组织分析的结果表明：热处理前薄膜为ＩｎＳｂ，Ｉｎ，Ｓｂ各相的混合物；重结晶后，基本为ＩｎＳｂ单相，ＩｎＳｂ晶粒呈规则状外形长大，热处理后室温下的电子迁移率大大提高，由原来的１．３１×１０＾４ｃｍ＾２／（Ｖ．ｓ）提高到４．４７×１０６４ｃｍ＾２／（Ｖ．ｓ）（热蒸镀）和２．１５×１０＾３ｃｍ＾２／（Ｖ．ｓ）提高     

hSOD基因在大白鼠肺上皮细胞中的表达

本文以哺乳动物细胞表达载体ｐＲｃ／ＣＭＶ为运载体,构建了受控于ＣＭＶ启动子的ｈＳＯＤ基因的表达载体ｐＲｃ／ＣＭＶ＿ＳＯＤ,用脂质体转染法转染大白鼠肺上皮细胞Ｌ２细胞后,经抗生素Ｇ４１８选择性培养,获得与细胞染色体ＤＮＡ稳定整合的ｈＳＯＤｃＤＮＡ导入细胞,经ＳｏｕｔｈｅｒｎＢｌｏｔｓ和ＷｅｓｔｅｒｎＢｌｏｔｓ分析,结果表明,ｈＳＯＤ在细胞中得到稳定表达,同时测定细胞ＳＯＤ酶活性,ｈＳＯＤｃＤＮＡ导入细胞的ＳＯＤ酶活性是空载体导入细胞和父本细胞的约２倍,并且在选择细胞克隆之后的６０天内是持续的．     

大蒜细胞悬浮培养中细胞生长与产酶的研究

当大蒜细胞培养在ＭＳ液体培养基中，细胞生长迅速，脱分化的细胞仍具有合成和积累ＳＯＤ的能力．培养１５天，大蒜细胞生长和ＳＯＤ酶积累都达到高峰期，细胞合成量鲜重为１２０．８ｇ／Ｌ，细胞单位酶活力为每克细胞５．２２×１０－７ｍｏｌ／ｓ，细胞生长最适温度为２８℃，最适ｐＨ值为５．８。植物生长调节物质（２，４—Ｄ、ＫＴ）对大蒜培养细胞生长和ＳＯＤ酶积累都有显著的影响，其浓度有一个最佳值。适当地提高培养基中物质的浓度，有利于促进大蒜细胞的生长和胞内ＳＯＤ酶的积累。培养基中添加一些刺激剂，可大大地提高大蒜细胞内ＳＯＤ酶的产量。     

绿色巴夫藻的培养生态条件试验

对绿色巴夫藻ｐａｖｌａｖａｖｉｒｉｄｉｓ进行了生态条件试验，认为该藻能适应光强５００－２５００Ｌｕｘ；适温范围５－３３℃，最适２０－２６℃；密度１．００５－１．０４０ｇ／ｃｍ３，最适１．００５ｇ／ｃｍ３；ｐＨ５－９都可以满足其正常生长，通过单因子和正交试验表明：培养液的较佳配方是在天然海水中加入（ＮＨ２）２ＣＯ－Ｎ２０ｍｇ／ｄｍ３，ＫＨ２ＰＯ４－ｐ１ｍｇ／ｄｍ３，ＦｅＳＯ４－Ｆｅ０．２ｍｇ／ｄｍ３，维生素Ｂ１１ｍｇ／ｄｍ３和维生素Ｂ１２０．００５ｍｇ／ｄｍ３。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
