用G泛函法求钢管冷斜轧延伸变形区中三维运动初始速度场

本文建立了与刚塑性有限元中总能耗率泛函近似的G泛函 ,用其泛函的驻值条件得到的线性方程组解出的速度场作为真实速度场迭代求解中的迭代初始值 ,此初始值与真实值比较接近 ,可减少迭代次数 ,加快收敛。     

液-液体系中均匀液滴分散装置的研制

在借鉴液气振动喷射分散系统的基础上,设计了由供液系统、振动分散系统和观测系统三部分组成的液一液振动分散系统。供液系统由高压气体提供动力源,振动分散系统可提供不同的振荡背景,分散过程由观测系统中的照相机记录。采用水-油体系对系统的稳定性、可控性进行了研究,记录振荡条件下两相中液滴的分散行为并得到了均匀的分散液滴。     

追溯言语行为理论

言语行为理论的提出震惊了知识界,尤其是语言学界。他们在语言的研究中第一次意识到言语是一种行为。言语行为理论自奥斯汀首先提出,后经塞尔的继承和发展,已经为人们所普遍接受。后来哈贝马斯在奥斯汀和塞尔的影响下提出了自己的言语行为理论,使之更加完善。     

On the origin of dissimilar pore evolution on patterned and unpatterned (100) n-type silicon

Via systematic investigation of the anodization of both patterned and unpatterned specimens, phenomena of pronounced discrepancy with respect to pore size, pore density and pore etch-rate were evidenced. Based on the detailed analysis of scanning electron microscope (SEM) micrographs and current-voltage curves, the competition between physical and chemical elements was found to be crucial to understanding the observations. The results indicate that the size, density and growth-speed of pores may act as an evident function of the initial morphology of the sample surface, despite a nearly fixed width of the space charge region. Electric-field effect as well as current-burst-model (CBM) was employed to interpret the underlying mechanism. Crystal structure of DegP (HtrA) reveals a new protease-chaperone machine

Molecular chaperones and proteases monitor the folded state of other proteins. In addition to recognizing non-native conformations, these quality control factors distinguish substrates that can be refolded from those that need to be degraded. To investigate the molecular basis of this process, we have solved the crystal structure of DegP (also known as HtrA), a widely conserved heat shock protein that combines refolding and proteolytic activities. The DegP hexamer is formed by staggered association of trimeric rings. The proteolytic sites are located in a central cavity that is only accessible laterally. The mobile side-walls are constructed by twelve PDZ domains, which mediate the opening and closing of the particle and probably the initial binding of substrate. The inner cavity is lined by several hydrophobic patches that may act as docking sites for unfolded polypeptides. In the chaperone conformation, the protease domain of DegP exists in an inactive state, in which substrate binding in addition to catalysis is abolished.     

Phagocytosis promotes programmed cell death in C. elegans.

In the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans programmed cell death requires the killer genes egl-1, ced-4 and ced-3 (refs 1 and 2), and the engulfment of dying cells requires the genes ced-1, ced-2, ced-5, ced-6, ced-7, ced-10 and ced-12 (refs 3,4,5). Here we show that engulfment promotes programmed cell death. Mutations that cause partial loss of function of killer genes allow the survival of some cells that are programmed to die, and mutations in engulfment genes enhance the frequency of this cell survival. Furthermore, mutations in engulfment genes alone allow the survival and differentiation of some cells that would normally die. Engulfment genes probably act in engulfing cells to promote death, as the expression in engulfing cells of ced-1, which encodes a receptor that recognizes cell corpses, rescues the cell-killing defects of ced-1 mutants. We propose that engulfing cells act to ensure that cells triggered to undergo programmed cell death by the CED-3 caspase die rather than recover after the initial stages of death.
