精益供应链环境下企业物流供应商的评价与选择

在分析精益供应链对物流供应商选择评价指标特点的基础上,建立了精益供应链环境下企业物流供应商的评价指标体系．结合改进的层次分析法和离差决策法,利用主观权重和客观权重对物流供应商进行了综合分析,进而构造了物流供应商的综合评价模型．最后,通过算例验证了所选择的指标体系及综合评价模型的科学性与可行性．     

基于DEA-Delphi方法的B2C企业对第三方物流供应商的评价与选择

已有第三方物流供应商选择的研究一般只是对供应商进行综合的绩效评价,未能充分考虑企业自身的需求.本文结合B2C企业的现状,从其自身角度出发,认为B2C企业对第三方物流供应商的选择即企业追求“性价比”的过程,即企业期望通过向物流供应商支付最小的费用而获得最满意的服务.基于此,本文建立起第三方物流供应商绩效评价指标体系,综合运用数据包络分析法(DEA)和德尔菲法(Delphi)对第三方物流供应商进行评价;最后,考虑B2C企业向第三方物流供应商支付的费用,形成单输入单输出型决策单元,即各决策单元的“性价比”,构成了一套较为完整的B2C企业选择第三方物流供应商的方法体系.     

供应商选择的评价指标设计及其优化

运用各种评价模型进行供应商评价选择,需要建立科学合理的评价指标体系。供应商选择的评价指标设计,应从研究现状分析入手。供应商评价指标设计的方法主要包括文献法、调查法、德尔菲法以及综合法。依据供应商评价指标设计的基本理念、思路和流程,文章以第三方物流供应商选择为例,综合运用文献法、模糊德尔菲法,优化了供应商评价指标的设计流程,设计了H公司第三方物流供应商选择的评价指标。     

基于VIKOR混合多属性群决策的供应商选择

为科学决策选择供应商,企业应吸纳有竞争力的供应商参与竞争,通过建立供应商评价指标体系,充分考虑供应商的比较优势,建构科学评价模型进行决策。根据混合多属性群决策的特点,采集混合的主客观评价指标信息,形成了科学的集结与规范化方法;然后运用层次分析法和离差最大化法相结合,确定评价指标权重,构建了VIKOR混合多属性群评价模型;最后以第三方物流供应商选择为算例,形成决策结论。     

M公司物流配送问题优化研究

随着电子商务的飞速发展,传统的物流运营模式已经无法满足电子商务的飞速发展,配送成本高、配送周期长、服务质量差、物流信息化程度低等物流配送服务的滞后,已经成为制约电子商务发展的瓶颈;与此同时,第三方物流已经在电子商务模式下日渐凸显出来,物流外包这种运营模式已经被很多企业特别是电子商务企业所青睐。对于B2C的电子商务企业而言,运用物流外包可以使企业将主要精力放在自身的核心竞争力上,减少建设物流团队的投资成本以及投资风险,从而有效地提高配送服务质量,进而提高市场竞争力。对此M公司提出引进多家物流供应商竞争,防止多级物流外包,加强与物流供应商信息化对接,加强物流外包风险控制,建立一套有效的物流供应商引入流程等一系列提升物流绩效的策略。最后提出对物流供应商的选择更加有效合理,有效地降低物流风险,提高物流效率。     

基于直觉模糊多属性决策的逆向物流供应商选择

逆向物流供应商选择是典型的多属性决策问题.针对逆向物流供应商选择问题的特点,提出一种基于直觉模糊熵的逆向物流供应商选择问题的直觉模糊多属性决策方法.在回顾相关基础理论知识基础上,建立了逆向物流供应商评价指标体系,给出了基于直觉模糊熵的评价指标权重的确定方法,然后运用直觉模糊加权平均算子对二级指标信息集结,得到逆向物流供应商选择问题的直觉模糊决策矩阵,提出了基于直觉模糊熵和TOPSIS法(逼近理想解的排序方法)的逆向物流供应商评价方法.最后通过数值分析验证了该方法的可行性与有效性.     

运用AHP法对供应链中供应商的评价分析

在现时市场环境下进行供应链管理,核心企业(即制造商)必须适时的对现有供应商进行评价,以完善和提高供应链系统的能力。文章结合现时的市场环境,分别提出和确定了原材料供应商和第三方物流供应商的评价准则和评价指标,并运用AHP法分别对原材料供应商和第三方物流供应商进行了评价,进而分别建立了原材料供应商和第三方物流供应商的评价模型及评价指标体系。     

层次分析法在物流服务企业供应商评价中的应用

层次分析法是一种对复杂的多目标系统进行定性定量分析的评价方法。在物流服务企业中,供应商对企业的发展有着至关重要的作用。该文提出了一种基于层次分析法的供应商评价体系,并结合具体情况,通过对某物流服务企业供应商的组织能力、质量控制能力等目标建立评价指标体系,验证了该方法的可行性。也为企业优先选择供应商提供了一条有效的途径。     

面向电子商务的配送中心服务质量评价研究

在研究电子商务环境下新型物流配送中心特征和运作类型基础上,构建了适用于电子商务环境下的物流配送中心服务质量评价指标体系,进而为顾客及物流企业本身创造出越来越大的经济效益.在实际进行电子商务配送中心服务质量评价时,应咨询和参考各相关专家的意见和建议,进行定性的选择.     

AHP和TOPSIS在供应商评价与选择中的应用

结合现代企业发展要求及指标体系设置原则,建立了供应商评价指标体系.采用AHP和TOPSIS相结合的方法,提出一种供应商评价与选择模型,并通过实例验证该方法的可行性.供应商评价选择模型的应用使企业能够通过科学、合理的方法对供应商做出评价,为管理人员制定决策提供可靠的依据.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
