Eugene O＇Neill＇s Desire Under, the Elms n the View of Aristotle＇s Tragedy Theory

Aristotle is the greatest scholar of ancient Greece, his Poetics is considered as a classic theoretical work in the history of westernliterature, which mainly refers to the theory of tragedy. The paper aims at analyzing Eugene O’Neill’s Desire Under the Elms by applyingAristotle’s Tragedy Theory in order to acquire a sharp and deep understanding of literature and art.

Enlightenments for Young Learners English teaching in the Perspective of Maslow’s Theory

Children are the center of young learner’s English teaching. Their motivation and interest are capable of guiding them English learning effectively. Only when the young learners are motivated and stimulated can they learn English well in an active and harmonious atmosphere. This paper first analyses the factors causing the lack of learning motivation of young English learners. Then, based on Maslow’s theory, the author puts forward some effective teaching methods and strategies, hoping to be helpful to motivate the young learners to learn English.     

An Analysis of the Factors Impacting Employee＇s Specific Investment

The amount of specific investment from employees is limited, and the reasons of the under-investment from employees are analyzed in this paper. Based on the relationship of the specific investment and the employee demission, an empirical study has been conducted focusing on the factors influencing the employee turnover and the specific investment. A theoretical model of the factors influencing employee＇s specific investment is given.
