美国开发出新型节能芯片

美国新墨西哥州的一家半导体公司即将推出一种数字信号处理器，这一电子设备使用了耗电低的新型节能芯片。大多数芯片的工作电压是3伏特，但新墨西哥州“皮达因”公司利用新墨西哥大学微电子研究所的技术，设计出了能在更低电压下工作的芯片。

基于室内弱光能量采集的蓝牙信标设计

蓝牙信标作为一种电池驱动的电子设备,电能耗尽导致信标无法工作或更换电池是亟待解决的关键问题。文章提出一种基于室内弱光采集的低功耗蓝牙信标设计方案。方案硬件上采用TI公司的能量采集芯片BQ25504和无线芯片CC2640,并开启MCU中断IO与能量采集芯片的电池状态端口连接,使得信标工作状态能在“广播—睡眠—掉电”之间自适应切换。文章最后给出了测试情况,在室内弱光条件下,能基本满足信标的工作,同时也验证了低能耗策略设计方案的正确性。     

用WebChip和PSD实现现场设备的远程监控和在线升级

利用能联接电子设备和Internet网络的集成电路芯片——WebChip和美国Waferscale公司推出的具有存储区切换技术的PSD934F2芯片实现现场数据采集设备的远程监控和在线升级。该系统使电子设备与Internet连接起来,以便人们能够远程获得这些电子设备的信息并对控制它们的运行提供一定的服务和控制功能。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
