本文用新的观点探讨了梭织物双轴双向弯曲的试验方法及数学力学模型。通过大量试验证实了织物在广泛曲率范围内的抗弯刚度的非线性规律。通过非线性修正,得出了双向弯曲过程中压弯力P与变形程度D之间的预测关系式。  相似文献

介绍多层机织人造血管相比于传统单层人造血管所具有的优点,分析了多层人造血管织物的结构特点,结合改造的引纬机构原理对多层机织人造血管的设计原理进行了探讨,并列举了一部分多层人造血管的设计实例.最后,为验证所提出的多层人造血管新设计方法的有效性,制定了多层人造血管相应的上机参数和工艺,并上机织制了样品.通过对样品的表现分析和截面的扫描电镜观察,表明实际结构与设计结构完全吻合.  相似文献

为了对织物膜结构和服装进行虚拟模拟,例如膜结构的张紧和褶皱以及服装的悬垂和屈曲,建立了编织物的膜理论.编织物的细观编织结构被引入了膜理论,织物的经线和纬线被选为曲线坐标轴,未变形的纱线作为Lagrangian坐标轴,变了形的纱线作为Eulerian坐标轴.在变形中考虑经线和纱线之间夹角.该理论被用于织物膜的张紧分析.数值结果表明,当应变e12达0.06时,由于纱线夹角的改变导致的应力增加占总应力的25%左右.  相似文献

以3/1右斜纹为表组织,3/1左斜纹为里组织,设计了一种"下接上"接结双层组织。在此基础上采用芳纶或芳纶混纺纱作为表经表纬,天然纤维纱线作为里经里纬,设计并织造了两种表层阻燃、里层舒适的阻燃双层机织物试样。通过对试样进行阻燃性能测试,结果表明,两种试样的阻燃性能均达到阻燃要求。通过对试样进行导水性、透湿性和透气性能测试,结果表明,试样二的阻燃性能尽管较试样一稍差,但完全符合服用面料阻燃标准要求,且试样二克重较小,舒适性能明显优于试样一.  相似文献

To investigate wet permeability of woven fabric, a wet transfer model of woven fabric is built up and by means of the model, the main factors which have significant influences on its wet permeability function, including liquid/ material contact angle, fiber diameter, fiber cross-section configuration, the number of fibers, yarn's twisting angle and woven density, are discussed. Finally it is derived from the argument that optimal design of wet transfer function of woven fabric can be obtained.  相似文献

The comfort of the light-weight woven fabrics was investigated by conducting the wear trials under the controlled climatic conditions. The wear trial under the neutral environmental conditions showed that the lightweight wool and wool blend fabrics are generally less comfortable than the silk fabric, cotton poplin and polyester/cotton poplin fabrics tested in this study. The main shortcoming in terms of comfort for these lightweight wool fabrics is the prickle. Besides, the fabric softness was found to be a very important factor influencing the comfort of the clothing worn next to the skin.  相似文献

开发虚拟服装试衣系统需模拟织物的悬垂和屈曲,而采用正交异性力学模型不适合织物.为此,笔者基于织物的细观力学模型,用有限元方法来模拟方形织物片铺在圆桌面上的悬垂和屈曲,该细观模型描述了织物由于其细观编织结构而特有的力学性质.织物片用8结点壳单元离散,这种壳单元被特别设计,能描述织物片在悬垂中发生的大转动.对织物片的屈曲模态进行了分析,对其后屈曲变形进行了计算,也进行了方形织物片的悬垂和屈曲实验.模拟结果和实验的观测结果很一致.该研究为虚拟服装试衣系统的开发奠定了基础.  相似文献

研究了纯棉机织衬布的超低甲醛树脂防缩整理.探讨了树脂用量、催化剂用量、甲醛捕捉剂用量、焙烘时间及温度等因素对整理效果的影响.结果表明超低甲醛树脂整理的最优工艺为:树脂70g/L,催化剂氯化镁7g/L,乙烯脲1g/L。80℃预烘4rain,160℃焙烘120s.整理后衬布的甲醛含量为18.9mg/kg,白度为88.31,撕破强力保留率为88.3%.经向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.40%,纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.40%.  相似文献

The woven fabric can be defined as orthogonal elastomer if the extension force that puts on the fabric is very small. Based on the precondition, the apparent elasticity constants of a woven fabric were analyzed theoretically in the paper. The bias angle (which is between weft yarns and extension direction) affects apparent elasticity modulus and elasticity coefficient of the fabric in the extension direction.
