通过析出粒子与奥氏体晶粒尺寸的定量关系,建立奥氏体晶粒长大模型,计算TiN和TiC析出粒子共同作用下钛微合金化钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸. 根据析出相质点理论计算结果表明:随着加热温度的升高,析出粒子体积分数逐渐减少,粒子半径逐渐增大,TiC粒子强烈阻止奥氏体晶粒长大,TiN粒子对奥氏体晶粒长大钉扎效果一般. 采用实验测试手段测量不同加热温度下保温30 min后实验钢的奥氏体晶粒尺寸,与理论计算结果吻合较好.  相似文献

通过在不同温度下等温奥氏体化,研究KT5331钢奥氏体晶粒长大行为,并探讨析出相对奥氏体晶粒长大行为的影响机理. 研究表明,KT5331钢奥氏体晶粒长大可分为三个阶段:1075℃以下,由于含W和Nb的析出相钉扎作用,晶粒长大缓慢;1075℃以上,含W和Nb的析出相溶解,钉扎作用减弱,随加热温度和保温时间延长晶粒迅速长大;1225℃及以上,δ铁素体析出,晶粒尺寸随加热温度升高而急剧减小. 通过拟合分别得到晶粒粗化温度以下( 950~1075℃)和晶粒粗化温度以上(1100~1200℃)的晶粒长大模型.  相似文献

采用金相显微镜和截距法,对不同加热温度和保温时间下机车车轮用钢的奥氏体晶粒长大行为进行研究,分析加热温度和保温时间对奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响,应用简单动力学模型对奥氏体晶粒的长大过程进行分析,同时研究钢中第二相粒子变化对奥氏体晶粒长大的影响.随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长,奥氏体晶粒尺寸明显增加,加热温度对晶粒的长大影响更明显.奥氏体晶粒长大的动力学时间指数随着温度升高而增加且其值均接近理论值0.5;奥氏体晶粒长大和钢中第二相粒子AlN体积分数和尺寸的变化呈明显的相关性.  相似文献

通过高温淬火试验观察试验钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸的变化情况.结合金相和TEM观察、显微硬度和第二相粒子的溶解度积公式分析了加热温度和保温时间对试验钢奥氏体晶粒粗化温度、第二相粒子的溶解情况以及显微硬度值的影响.结果表明:试验钢的奥氏体粗化温度在1200℃附近.当加热温度低于1200℃时,大量细小的第二相粒子阻碍奥氏体晶粒粗化;当加热温度高于1200℃时,细小的第二相粒子溶解,奥氏体晶粒出现异常长大.确定试验钢的合理加热温度为1150~1200℃,在此范围内可获得淬火组织的显微硬度值低于HV330.  相似文献

基于双亚点阵模型,计算了两种不同铌含量的高钢级管线钢在不同温度下Nb、Ti和Al的析出量,测定了不同加热温度和保温时间下奥氏体晶粒尺寸,建立两种钢奥氏体晶粒长大模型.发现Nb含量增加提高了其全固溶温度,并且温降过程中Nb析出量显著增多,在晶界两边析出的细小碳氮化物对奥氏体晶粒长大有显著的阴碍作用.高铌钢加热温度为1250℃时奥氏体晶粒显著粗化,预测模型也不同于1050~1200℃的模型,但相同保温温度下晶粒尺寸明显小于低铌实验钢.通过数据拟合计算出高铌钢的长大激活能远远高于低铌钢,再次证明高Nb的管线钢在1200℃以下能够有效地细化奥氏体晶粒,预测模型与实验值吻合较好.  相似文献

采用金相显微镜、透射电镜(TEM)以及电解分析等仪器和方法对不同加热工艺下,含Nb钢、含Ti钢以及Nb-Ti钢的奥氏体晶粒粒径长大规律和第二相固溶规律进行研究。研究结果表明:随着加热温度增加或保温时间延长,奥氏体晶粒粒径逐渐增大,钢中第二相析出物数量减少、粒径增大;在相同加热工艺下,Nb-Ti钢的奥氏体晶粒粒径比含Ti钢和含Nb钢的小;加热至1 200℃时含Nb钢中Nb基本全部固溶,而当加热温度升至1 300℃时,含Ti钢中仍有TiN无法固溶。Nb-Ti的复合添加使Nb元素的全固溶温度从1 200℃提高至1 250℃;当加热温度为1 150℃和1 200℃时,细小的第二相粒子Ti C和NbC的固溶是造成该温度区间奥氏体晶粒粒径显著增加的主要原因。  相似文献

设计了一种低合金含量的Q125级高强度石油套管用钢,研究了热处理工艺对实验钢组织和力学性能的影响.与870℃淬火+500℃回火工艺相比,实验钢在850℃淬火+500℃回火工艺下具有更好的强韧性配合.与870℃淬火相比,850℃淬火处理的奥氏体晶粒尺寸较小,使决定钢力学性能的晶区、板条束尺寸细化,因此其性能更优异.淬火温度对实验钢的析出行为影响不大.尺寸较大的TiN以及TiC和TiN复合析出物对奥氏体晶界起到钉扎作用,可以抑制奥氏体晶粒的长大;含有Mo的尺寸较小的TiC可以起到钉扎位错的作用,阻止位错移动,对强度的提高贡献很大.  相似文献

为控制中厚板中间坯长时间待温导致的晶粒长大,研究了中间强制水冷却对奥氏体组织的影响.通过对Q345B钢和含Nb-Ti钢采用1050℃变形后快冷至1050-950℃预定温度保温的热模拟方法,确定了中间坯冷却过程中的晶粒尺寸变化规律,提出了中厚板冷却过程中晶粒长大的控制方法,建立了Q345B钢和含Nb-Ti钢在中间冷却过程中的晶粒长大模型.在中间冷却过程中,Q345B钢晶粒稳定性较差,而含Nb-Ti钢晶粒稳定性良好,归因于以铌为主的析出相对奥氏体晶界的钉扎作用.中间坯的强制冷却可控制奥氏体晶粒长大,63mm厚中间坯强制冷却可有效减小平均晶粒尺寸约20μm.在实际生产中,经中间强制冷却后16mm厚度Q345B钢板的冲击韧性提高25%-70%.  相似文献

以含铌细晶高强IF钢为研究对象,在不同的退火温度下对实验钢进行模拟连续退火实验。采用OM和TEM对实验钢进行了显微组织和钢中析出二相粒子形貌的观察,得到不同退火温度下对细晶高强IF钢力学性能影响和二相粒子的析出规律,为实验钢的低屈服现象提供依据。在实验钢中晶界周边形成的无沉淀区PFZ带是典型的显微结构特点。实验结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,实验钢晶粒尺寸变大,强度下降,n值和r值有一定提高,部分第二相粒子溶解聚集长大。  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
