采用浸渍法制备铜金属氧化物改性活性炭吸附剂,采用同步热重差热分析(TG/DTA)、比表面分析(N2-BET)和X线光电子能谱(XPS)分析,考察吸附剂的净化性能。研究结果表明:最佳焙烧温度为300℃,最优体积空速为600 h 1;铜金属氧化物改性能显著增加活性炭对HCN的吸附性能,孔径为0.74~1.98 nm的微孔对HCN的吸附贡献较大,改性活性炭在325℃以内保持较优的热稳定性,CuO是吸附剂的主要活性组分,吸附HCN后,HCN被催化氧化分解为NH3,吸附剂的失活可能是HCN在脱除过程中生成的CuCN填充和覆盖了活性炭的微孔。  相似文献

为探究多级鼓泡流化床吸附工艺中吸附剂的选择依据,本研究选取3种商业球形吸附剂作为实验材料,分别考察乙醇、乙酸乙酯、环己烷和二甲苯在上述吸附剂上的吸脱附行为,比较分析了吸附剂不同理化性质对吸附特性的影响。实验结果表明:吸附剂孔道结构和表面官能团都会影响吸附质的动态吸附特性,具有更大微孔容积、更小微孔分布的吸附剂对吸附质的动态吸附性能更好;吸附剂的表面官能团类型会对不同吸附质的吸附产生影响。对于实验所考察的4种吸附质,3种吸附剂在脱附温度达到160°C后均可脱附完全,符合实际应用要求。本研究工作对多级鼓泡流化床吸附工艺的开发及吸附剂的选择具有指导意义。  相似文献

反气相色谱法测定燃料乙醇专用吸附剂对水和乙醇的吸附   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用反气相色谱法研究了燃料乙醇专用吸附剂在60~130?℃范围内对水和乙醇的吸附,并用环境扫描电镜对吸附剂的性质进行了表征。由气相色谱的保留时间计算出水和乙醇的分离因子和吸附剂吸附水、乙醇的吉布斯自由能变化(ΔGs)、吸附焓变(ΔHs)等热力学参数。实验结果表明,水和乙醇的吸附焓变分别为-37.41、-4.59kJ/mol,属于物理吸附过程。吸附的ΔGs、ΔHs均为负值,说明该吸附过程是自发的放热过程,低温度有利于吸附。吸附剂对水的吸附比乙醇强烈得多,可以选择性吸附水分,达到脱水的目的。  相似文献

吸附法脱除二氧化碳的关键在于开发高效的吸附剂.采用溶胶-凝胶法制备微孔玻璃,首先通过控制pH值、乙醇用量、温度等参数来得到适宜的干凝胶,干凝胶在高温下熔融形成玻璃体后,依次进行分相和酸浸析处理后得到微孔玻璃.结果表明:在pH值1~2、凝胶温度50℃、熔融温度1 175℃条件下,可以得到孔径集中在0.7~2.0 nm的微孔玻璃;随着盐酸浓度的升高,微孔玻璃的平均孔径逐渐增大,而孔体积和比表面积则逐渐减小;微孔玻璃对N2/CO2具有较高的吸附选择性,分离因子可达8.4以上.  相似文献

将氯化钙与膨胀石墨相混合,利用膨胀石墨丰富的微孔来强化氯化钙的传质,可解决化学吸附剂吸附过程中由于结块现象而导致的性能衰减现象.氯化钙/膨胀石墨固化后可以提高吸附剂的体积制冷量,从而提高吸附制冷系统的制冷性能.对4种不同组分的氯化钙/膨胀石墨混合吸附剂的吸附性能进行测试,当蒸发温度为-10℃时,固化混合吸附剂的体积制冷量比氯化钙高45%.  相似文献

采用静态吸附实验方法,研究了吸附时间、溶液p H、吸附剂投加量和溶液初始浓度等因素对凹凸棒石黏土吸附Sr2+、Cs+和Co2+的性能,并通过等温吸附模型拟合对其吸附过程及吸附机理进行了探讨。结果表明:凹凸棒石黏土对Sr2+、Cs+和Co2+的吸附效果依次为Co2+Cs+Sr2;Freundlich和D-R等温吸附模型能较好地描述凹凸棒石黏土对Sr2+、Cs+和Co2+的吸附过程,其中,凹凸棒石黏土对Sr2+和Cs+的吸附以物理吸附为主,而凹凸棒石对Co2+的吸附过程以化学吸附为主,并且其吸附方式主要为离子交换的方式发生。  相似文献

为了提供一种高效描述多孔材料的方式,以水和乙醇为液体探针,N_2、O_2和CO_2为气体探针,在303 K和常压下研究了3种吸附剂(AC、CMS和ZSM)的吸液驱气行为.引入一种描述微孔吸附剂吸液驱气过程的动力学模型去拟合吸液驱气曲线,用于提取定量化信息.结果表明,吸液驱气法对于吸附剂、液体探针以及气体探针的改变十分敏锐.气体驱替量随着时间推移变化的曲线与吸附剂的孔隙结构和表面性质关系密切,同时也与涉及的液体和气体探针的性质有关.吸液驱气曲线能够通过平衡驱气量V_e提供微孔容积和吸附质气体密度的相关信息,通过微孔扩散速率系数k_1指示微孔和流体探针分子尺寸的相对大小以及气体分子的吸附状态.吸液驱气曲线还能够反映吸附剂孔径分布的均一性、液体探针与吸附剂的亲和性以及气体探针分子在吸附剂微孔内的吸附密度.  相似文献

通过实验研究石油焦基吸附剂储气性能参数质量吸附量与体积释放量之间的关系,吸附剂的微观结构参数(比表面积、微孔容积、孔尺寸分布)与储气性能的关系,以及优质天然气吸附剂应具备的微观结构参数. 实验结果表明: 吸附剂的体积释放量与质量吸附量和堆密度的乘积基本成正比,当微孔容积为1.2~1.5 cm3·g-1, 比表面积为2200~2400 m2·g-1, 堆密度为0.22~0.25 g·cm-3, 孔尺寸分布窄且主孔径为1.1~1.3 nm时,吸附剂的储气性能最佳.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
