在水溶液中,纳米银粒子的紫外吸收峰随牛血清蛋白(BSA)浓度的增加而红移并且吸光度降低,表明纳米银粒子能与BSA发生相互作用,红外光谱也证实这种作用的存在。水溶液中,纳米银粒子具有一个较弱的反二级散射光谱,BSA存在下,其反二级散射大大增强并产生相应的散射光谱,最大波长位置位于470nm。BSA在O—8μg/ml范围内与散射峰强度△I成正比。方法有很高的灵敏度,可用于痕量BSA的测定。  相似文献

以聚碳酸酯超滤膜为基膜,采用化学镀的方法在聚碳酸酯膜纳米通道阵列内镀金.对金纳米通道表面进行氯离子修饰,在电场作用下电解质离子通过纳米通道时产生稳定的电流,当牛血清白蛋白(BSA)加入含BSA抗体的进样池后,与溶液中的牛血清白蛋白抗体分子形成BSA/抗体复合体,该大体积的复合体对电流产生一定的阻碍作用,引起相应的电流降,基于此发展了纳米通道检测BSA的传感技术.电流降低值与BSA浓度在3.64×10^-8~5.46×10^-7mol/L范围内具有线性关系,检测限(3S/N)为1.93×10^-8mol/L.  相似文献

研究了酸性条件下染色剂苋菜红-蛋白质体系的共振瑞利散射光谱。在pH=3.80的Clark-Lubs缓冲介质中,苋菜红与蛋白质通过分子间作用力形成复合物,使最大波长为523nm的共振光散射光谱得到加强,这种增强的共振光散射用于鸡蛋清试样中总蛋白的测定,其线性响应范围为1.5~5.0mg/L,检测限为209μg/L。该方法的稳定性及选择性良好,适用于微量蛋白质分析。  相似文献

10mg/mL硝化纤维-58.2mg/mL甘油-3mL丙酮-3mL苯体系为白色不透明体系;6.7mg/mL硝化纤维-38.9mg/mL甘油-3mL丙酮-6mL苯纳米微滴体系呈黄紫色;5.7mg/mL硝化纤维-33.3mg/mL甘油-3mL丙酮-7.5mL苯纳米微滴体系呈红紫色;5.0mg/mL硝化纤维-29.1mg/mL甘油-3mL丙酮-9.0mL苯纳米微滴体系呈蓝紫色,它们具有不同的紫外吸收光谱和共振散射光谱。由紫外吸收光谱无法确定纳米微滴的颜色,而共振散射光谱可判定纳米微滴的颜色。根据纳米微粒的界面超分子能带原理解释了纳米微滴体系的呈色现象。  相似文献

研究了脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)与阴离子染料酸性红(FA)及阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)和非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100(TX)作用的共振光散射光谱的特征考察了各种影响因素,在优化条件下确立了共振光散射强度与鱼精DNA和小牛胸腺DNA以及变性后的鱼精DNA和小牛胸腺DNA浓度之间的关系,相应的线性范围分别为0.026-7.00mg/L;0.025-7.00mg/L;0.032-6.00mg/L;0.031-8.00mg/L,相关系数为0.9991;0.9996;09981;0.9996,检出限为7.0μg/L;6.0μg/L;11.0μg/L;12.5μg/L,基于共振光散射的增强,建立了一种测定DNA的新方法.图4,表3,参7.  相似文献

首次研究了三溴偶氮胂和蛋白质作用的共振光散射光谱.实验发现,在pH3.5~4.7的范围内,蛋白质的加入导致三溴偶氮胂共振光散射增强,并在345和410nm处产生两个增强峰,其强度与蛋白质的浓度成线性关系,据此建立了一种定量测定蛋白质的共振光散射新方法.采用五水平正交设计对反应参数进行选择.方法的线性范围为2.5~30.0μg/mL(BSA)和2.5~40.0μg/mL(HSA),对应的检测限分别为46.5和43.8ng/mL.该方法已用于实际样品中蛋白质含量的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

提出了硫酸颜色反应用于盐酸苯海拉明的二级散射测定新方法,盐酸苯海拉明本身为微弱散射光物质,在浓硫酸作用下生成为具有强散射光的物质,具有二级散射特征,在494.0nm处具有最大二极散射光,该条件下盐酸苯海拉明在0.2-10μg/mL范围内与体系的二级散射光强度线性关系良好,方法检测限为2μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD=1.3%(n=5)。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
