^99mTc直接标记单克隆抗体3H11及其在小鼠体内分布的研究

对二硫苏糖醇（ＤＴＴ）为抗体还原剂，亚锡ＭＤＰ药盒为弱交换配体，进行了＾９９ｍＴｃ直接标记ＭｃＡｂ３Ｈ１１的研究。用ＨＰＬＣ分析鉴定标记物，标记率大于９５％，标记后不需纯化。体外竞争实验和在小鼠体内分布的研究表明，由标记得到的＾９９ｍＴｃ－３Ｈ１１和＾９９ｍＴｃ－ＩｇＧ，在体内和体外均是稳定的。     

99mTc间接标记单克隆抗体的研究

以ＮＨＳ－ＭＡＧ３为双功能连剂,采用先记后偶联的方法,研究了用＾９９ｍＴｃ标记单克隆抗体的各种实验条件,得到了最佳标记方法和偶联方法。标记抗体＾９９ｍＴｃ－ＮＨＳ－ＭＡＧ３－ＩｇＧ体外稳定性良好,进行了＾９９ｍＴｃ－ＮＨＳ－ＭＡＧ３－ＣＬ３在小鼠体内的生物分布测定。结果表明,该配合物在小鼠体内稳定性良好,在胃、肠、心中摄最低,在肾,肝中摄取最高。     

^99mTcN—CYE,CYB的制备及其动物分布的研究

为了寻找新的＾９９ｍＴｃＮ标记的心肌显像剂，合成了２种含有酯基的ＮＳ配体ＣＹＥ（Ｌ－半胱氨酸乙酯）和ＣＹＢ（Ｌ－半胱氨酸丁酯），以ＳｎＣｌ２为还原剂，通过交换反应制备了标记率大于９０％的＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＣＹＥ，ＣＹＢ络合物，探讨了ｐＨ值和反应时间对＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＣＹＥ，ＣＹＢ标记率的影响，并对其小鼠生物分布进行了研究。结果表明，＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＣＹＥ，ＣＹＢ在心肌中具有相当的摄取，血清除快，血半     

新型心肌显像剂^99mTcN—TBI的初步研究

在成功制备了（＾９９ｍＴｃ〈Ｎ）＾２＋核的基础上，通过配全交换反应制得放化纯大于９５％的＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＴＢＬ＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＴＢＩ在制备后室温放置９ｈ放化纯不变，分配系数Ｐ＝５０．５２小鼠实验结果显示：＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＴＢＩ，＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＴＢＩ和加叶温－８０的＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＴＢＩ（Ｔ）有明显不同的生物分布，特别是＾９９ｍＴｃＮ－ＴＢＩ（Ｔ）的早期肝摄取低，在静注后５ｍｉｎ心肝比为１．１５，     

利用^99mTc直接法标记单克隆抗体及其HPLC分析

比较了２－巯基乙醇（２－ＭＥ）、二硫苏糖醇（ＤＴＴ）和抗坏血酸（ＡＡ）做为抗体还原剂进行９９ｍＴｃ直接标记ＩｇＧ的结果．以ＤＴＴ做为抗体还原剂进行了９９ｍＴｃ标记单克隆抗体３Ｈ１１及其Ｆａｂ片段研究．建立了分析鉴定９９ｍＴｃ标记抗体的ＨＰＬＣ方法．采用ＴＳＫ４０００ＳＷ为色谱性（１３μｍ,７．５ｍｍ×３００ｍｍ）和０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＰＢＳ（ｐＨ７．０）为流动相,同时进行紫外检测和放射性检测,可快速地同时测定样品的蛋白质含量和标记率．     

心血池显像剂~(99m)Tc-DMP-HSA的研究(Ⅱ)─—~(99m)Tc-DMP-HSA与~(99m)Tc-HSA的生物性能比较

分别制备了标记率高于９０％的９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＭＰ－ＨＳＡ，９９ｍＴｃ标记的未修饰的ＨＳＡ以及预还原的ＨＳＡ，并对其进行了小鼠体内生物分布的测定，结果表明９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＭＰ－ＨＳＡ在血液内的摄取和滞留情况明显优于其他方法标记的ＨＳＡ，是一种很有潜力的新型心血池显像剂。 关键词　心血池显像剂；９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＭＰ－ＨＳＡ；预还原；双功能联结剂     

新的NS配体CYCA的合成标记及动物分布的研究

为了探索结构与生物分布性质的关系,合成了一种新的ＮＳ配体Ｌ－半胱氨酸酰－对氯苯胺盐酸盐（ＣＹＣＡ）、以ＳｎＣ１２为还原剂,制备了放化纯大于９３％的＾９９ｍＴｃＯ－ＣＹＣＡ。探讨了ＰＨ值和反应温度对＾９９ｍＴｃＯ－ＣＹＣＡ标记率的影响,并对其小鼠生物分布进行了研究。结果表明,＾９９ｍＴｃＯ－ＣＹＣＡ在脑和心肌中具有一定的浓集,在肝脏中有较高浓集,并且清除速度较慢。这些结果对于探索结构与生物分布性质的     

抗人膀胱癌单克隆抗体的锝－99m标记及荷瘤裸鼠放射免疫显像

抗人膀胱癌单克隆抗体ＢＤＩ－１通过２－巯基乙醇直接还原法标记得－９９ｍ制备了９９ｍＴｃ－ＢＤＩ－１。质量控制实验结果表明，标记率为６９．９％，分离纯化后标记抗体的放化纯度高于９０％。标记抗体的免疫活性分数为８１％，亲和常数为１．２２ｘ１０９Ｍ－１。本文在上述结果基础上，研究了标记抗体在荷人膀胱癌裸鼠体内的分布及放射免疫显像。９９ｍＴｃ－ＢＤＩ－１经尾静脉注射后，分别在４，１６及２２小时γ照相后断颈处死小鼠，取脏器称湿重并计数。９９ｍＴｃ－ＢＤＩ－１注射后２２小时肿瘤清晰显示，肿瘤对标记抗体的吸收率为２０．７％ＩＤ／ｇ：平均Ｔ／ＮＴ为１０．５２，最小Ｔ／ＮＴ为２．９０（肿瘤／肾脏）；最大Ｔ／ＮＴ为２０．７（肿瘤／小肠或肌）。上述研究结果为进一步临床应用奠定基础。

采用三（间－磺基苯基）膦（ＴＰＰＳ）作还原剂制备而得＾９９ｍＴｃＮ（ＮＯＥＴ）２（ＮＯＥＴ：Ｎ－乙氧基，Ｎ－乙基氨荒酸钠），经ＴＬＣ检测标记物的放化纯大于９０％，将＾９９ｍＴｃＮ（ＮＯＥＴ）２进行了大鼠体内生物分布测试，结果表明＾９９ｍＴｃＮ（ＮＯＥＴ）心肌摄取快而且摄取率高，５ｍｉｎ心肌摄取量ＸＩＤ（即每克组织中含量占总注射量的百分比）为５．２２％ｇ＾－１，心肌滞留时间长，６０ｍｉｎ为３．０９％

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
