2020年经济景气形势监测、分析和预测

2020年1季度新冠肺炎疫情给经济和社会带来前所未有的冲击,使经济景气出现了断崖式大幅下降,警情指数罕见发出“过冷”信号,但2、3季度经济景气明显回暖,9月已经回到“正常”区间。经济周期已经在2020年2月形成改革开放以来的最低收缩谷底,从3月开始经济景气进入新一轮周期的扩张期。预计4季度GDP增速将继续回升至潜在增长水平附近,全年经济增长2.3%左右,CPI上涨2.7%左右。宏观调控应继续以“保就业、促消费、稳投资”为主要政策发力点,推进落实“六稳”、“六保”政策,使经济增长回归并保持在潜在增长率水平附近;同时需提前关注和应对经济金融领域的多种风险,平衡好稳增长和防风险。     

2021年经济景气形势监测、分析和预测

我国经济增长在遭遇前所未有的疫情冲击后进入为期一年的超常快速扩张期，并于2021年2月形成扩张高峰，此后转入经济周期收缩阶段。2020年11月至2021年7月经济运行已恢复至“正常”景气区间，但需求端的恢复弱于供给端。2021年3季度的综合警情指数明显下滑，发出“偏冷”预警信号，且4季度可能继续下行,但物价总体保持稳定。预计全年GDP增长8.1%左右（两年平均增长5.2%左右），全年CPI上涨0.9%左右。建议宏观调控应做好跨周期设计，注意处理好稳增长、防风险和节能环保的关系，提高疫情应对的精准性，适度加大稳增长力度，努力保持经济在合理区间的平稳运行。     

2015-2016年中国经济形势分析与预测

2015年年初以来,全球经济总体保持了温和复苏态势,但经济增速不及此前预期,2015年全球贸易增速处于国际金融危机以来的较低水平。预计2015年中国经济增长6.9%~7.1%,可以实现年初预期的7%左右的经济增长目标。预计2016年中国GDP增长6.6%~6.8%。2015—2016年中国经济增长将在新常态下运行在合理区间,就业、物价保持基本稳定,中国经济不会出现硬着陆,但2016年加大积极财政政策的实施力度十分必要。当前应把"稳增长、增效益"作为积极财政政策的重心,加强积极财政政策在扩大需求方面的直接作用。2016年应继续实施结构宽松的货币政策,推动有利于实体经济发展和结构调整的金融改革,防范系统性金融风险。     

外媒：中国维持稳健货币政策 推进利率市场化

中国央行10月5日在2014年第三季度例会的声明中称,将继续实施稳健的货币政策,进一步推进利率市场化和人民币汇率形成机制改革。据路透社报道,会议认为,当前中国经济运行仍处在合理区间。今年,中国经济增长动能出现放缓迹象,决策者推出了一系列刺激政策。

在潜在经济增长率下移和"稳增长、调结构、促改革"的政策取向共同影响下,2012年7月以来,经济景气在"偏冷"区间出现弱回升态势,2013年8月已返回"正常"区间,未来经济有望保持平稳运行。预测2013年GDP增长率将达到7.7%。从2012年4季度开始,物价进入新一轮比较温和的上升周期,并可能持续到2014年2季度,预计2013年CPI上涨率为2.7%左右,仍然处于适度增长区间。

受欧债危机与世界经济增速放缓影响,2012年我国出口增速大幅回落．国内经济发展面临的困难增多。中央坚持稳中求进的总基调,积极应对,主动调整,把稳增长放在更加重要的位置,加大了预调和微调的力度,着力扩大内需,稳定外需,经济运行初步显现了触底企稳的迹象。当前我国宏观经济运行中突出的问题是,经济增长仍处于低位运行,尽管在投资等领域出现了一些触底企稳的积极因素,但基础还不牢固,外需的不确定性仍然很大,经济下行压力仍然较大,产能过剩问题突出,企业经济效益明显下降。在国际经济形势尚不明朗,仍存在下行的风险。当前,处理好稳增长、调结构、抓改革的关键,是把稳增长放在更加重要的位置上。继续实施积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策。在防止过剩产能进一步扩大的前提下,把稳定投资增长作为短期稳定经济增长,防止经济增速进一步下滑的最有效、最直接的措施。2013年应加大积极财政政策的实施力度,适当扩大赤字规模,继续把结构性减税作为实施积极财政政策的重心,进一步加大结构性减税的力度,扩大“营改增”的实施地区和实施范围,适当降低增值税的标准税率,使结构性减税在稳增长、调结构中发挥更积极的效应。此外,应积极推动技术创新与制度创新,提高全要素生产率和长期增长潜力。

经过2004年的宏观调控，过热的经济得到了一定程度的降温。但是，然势在必行。在今年“两会”上，“稳健财政政策和稳健货币政策”增长方式，着力推进改革开放，更好地实现经济社会全面协调可持。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
