分析简阳大耳山羊不同年龄、不同性别组微量元素变化情况,为简阳大耳山羊粪尿处理及制订饲养标准提供参考.按性别、年龄分成四组,并运用ICP-OES测量山羊粪尿中微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Se、Co、Sn、V、Ni含量,成年组山羊粪中微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn,Ni低于1岁山羊组幼年组山羊(P<0.01),Mn、Se、Co、Sn、V显著低于幼年组(P<0.05);Mo无显著差异.成年组山羊尿中微量元素含量Fe、Cu、Zn、Sn低于幼年组(P<0.01).Mn、Se、Co、V、Ni显著高于幼年组(P<0.05),Mo无显著差异.公山羊组粪中Fe、Mn、Zn、Se、Sn、Ni高于母山羊组(P<0.01);Cu含量后者高于前者(P< 0.01); Mo、Co、V含量高于后者(P<0.05);公山羊尿中微量元素含量Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Sn、Ni含量均低于母山羊(P<0.05); Mo、Co无显著差异.结论,不同年龄、性别间简阳大耳山羊粪、尿中微量元素含量差异较大.  相似文献

本文报导大鼠循环血心钠素(ANP)含量和几种微量元素的水平。结果表明:锌组血浆ANP明显高于铜组和对照组(P<0.001),而铜组低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清铜含量以铜组高于锌组。和对照(p<0.05);血清锌含量从锌组高于铜组。铜组ANP与血清Cu呈显著负相关。锌组ANP与血清Zn呈显著正相关。同时还测定血清硒和锂。本实验已显示四种微量元素与ANP有一定相关。  相似文献

利用高频电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-PES)测定了小鼠极量运动(一次性衰竭游泳运动)后,骨骼肌内锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、猛(Mn)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)6种微量元素及钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)2种宏量元素含量的变化。结果表明,极量运动后可使骨骼肌内Se含量上升,Ca,Mg含量则明显下降。为进一步研究极量运动地运动员骨胳微量、宏量元素含量的影响提供了参考,对运动员合理补充微量元素提供了科学的依据。  相似文献

探讨尤文氏肉瘤患者血清中必需微量元素铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)的含量变化及临床意义。分别收集尤文氏肉瘤患者(实验组)及健康体检者(对照组)30例,采用化学比色法测定血清Cu、Fe和Zn数值,采用T检验比较两组之间的关系。与对照组对比,实验组患者血清中Cu升高(P0.01),Te降低(P〈0.01),Zn降低(P0.01),差异有统计学意义。尤文氏肉瘤患者血清中Cu、Fe、Zn三种微量元素的含量有变化,与尤文氏肉瘤的发生、发展密切相关,对于肿瘤的预防有重要意义;同时加强微量元素的测定,有助于对肿瘤的辅助诊断。  相似文献

探讨有氧运动对2型糖尿病大鼠肾脏微量元素、SOD、MDA的影响及其相关性.40只雄性Wistar大鼠,以高脂高糖饲料喂养28 d,从中随机选取10只为对照组(NC,n=10),其余大鼠腹腔注射STZ诱导2型糖尿病,后随机分为2组:糖尿病对照组(DM,n=8)、糖尿病运动组(DS,n=8).DS组大鼠以25 m·min~(-1),30 min·d~(-1)和6 d·(7 d)~(-1)下持续运动56 d.实验末,测试肾脏组织SOD活性及MDA和微量元素Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr的含量.结果表明,与NC组比较,DM组大鼠Fe,Zn,Mn,Cr含量及SOD活性极显著降低(P0.01),Cu及MDA含量极显著升高(P0.01);与DM组相比,DS组Fe,Zn,Mn,Cr及MDA含量显著下降(P0.05),SOD活性显著升高(P0.05),Cu含量极显著降低(P0.01).SOD活性与Zn,Cr呈正相关(P0.05),与Mn呈显著性正相关(P0.01);MDA含量与Zn呈负相关(P0.05),与Cu呈正相关(P0.05).结果暗示,有氧运动通过纠正微量元素Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr代谢紊乱,显著提高2型糖尿病大鼠肾脏抗氧化水平,从而减低血糖,改善机体糖代谢.  相似文献

目的探讨复合锌硒片对尘肺患者血清脂质过氧化水平及微量元素含量的影响.方法将80例单纯Ⅰ期尘肺患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在内科常规治疗基础上加用复合锌硒片治疗3个月.测定服药前、服药1个月后血清SOD,MDA的含量及微量元素锌、硒及铜的含量.结果对照组患者治疗前后血清SOD活力、MDA及硒、锌、铜含量差异无显著性(P0.05),而治疗组患者治疗后血浆SOD活力显著升高,MDA含量降低,微量元素锌、硒含量增高,与治疗前差异有显著性(P0.01),与对照组治疗后相比也有显著性差异(P0.01).结论复合锌硒片能调整体内微量元素比例,提高尘肺患者抗氧化作用,可用于尘肺病的辅助治疗.  相似文献

目的探讨钙磷含量及比例对大鼠肝组织微量元素含量的影响。方法将1月龄清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分成7组,每组10只,饲喂7种不同钙磷含量的试粮,试验期42 d。结果相同磷进食水平下,肝铜、肝锰含量在不同钙磷比之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);肝铁含量随日粮钙水平的提高而显著下降(P<0.05);肝锌、肝镁含量在低钙组与高钙组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。相同钙进食水平下,钙磷比4.0∶1组(低磷)的肝铜含量显著高于其它两组(P<0.05);肝铁、肝锰含量在三组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。相同钙磷比水平下,高钙高磷组的肝铁、锰、镁含量明显低于其它组(P<0.0 5)。结论钙影响肝铁、锌、镁的含量,对铜、锰影响不明显。磷影响肝铜、铁、锰的含量,对锌、镁影响不明显。钙磷比为4.0∶1(Ca 1.00%,P 0.25%)时肝中微量元素含量最高,而钙磷比为1.2∶1(Ca 3.00%,P 2.50%)时肝中微量元素含量最低。  相似文献

比较分析兰州地区产妇产后3个月乳汁与初乳中的钙、铜、铁、镁、锌等多种微量元素的含量变化。收集352例产妇产后3个月的母乳与其初乳标本,采用原子吸收光谱法测定其中所含的钙(Ca)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、钾(K)与钠(Na)的含量,得出了兰州地区产妇产后3个月母乳中与初乳中钙(Ca)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、钾(K)与钠(Na)元素的参考范围,并且对其差异性进行了比较分析。兰州地区产妇产后初乳中所含的铜(Cu)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、钾(K)与钠(Na)元素的含量均极显著或显著高于其产后3个月的乳汁中的含量(P0.01),钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)差异不显著(P0.05)。兰州地区产妇初乳中所含的微量元素含量明显高于产后3个月,因此,建议随着产妇生产后时间的推移,应定期检测乳汁微量元素,以保证婴幼儿健康成长。  相似文献

研究不同浓度的Fe2 ,Mn2 ,Cu2 ,Zn2 ,Se对钝顶螺旋藻富集量的影响,结果表明,螺旋藻对环境中的这些金属离子的均具有较强的富集能力,在Fe2+浓度对21.9mg/L,Mn2浓度1.65mg/L,Cu2 浓度0.1mg/L,Zn2 浓度1.49mg/L,Se浓度100mg/L,螺旋藻对它们的富集率最大,在1g干藻粉中其含量分别达到,铁2.7mg,锰31.9ug,铜12.46ug,锌212ug,硒408ug.  相似文献

用火焰原子吸收分光光度法分析了24只(10♂♂,14♀♀)野生金丝猴被毛中锌、钙、铜和铁的含量,雄性金丝猴的平均值分别为253.96,645.62,10.9,101.23(以上数值分别×10~(-6)),雌性的平均值为221.58,616.40,7.98,91.08(分别×10(-6))。雌雄毛发中锌含量有显著性差异,钙、铜、铁无显著差异。钙、铜、铁与锌的比值雌雄很接近,雄性毛发中Ca/Zn,Cu/Zn,Fe/Zn的比值分别为2.54,0.04,0.40,雌性的比值为2.78,0.04和0.41。金丝猴背部长毛与腹部绒毛中锌、钙、铜、铁的含量无显著差异。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
